Is the Snaptooth mission from DJ Zero not a part of this year's event? I'm not being offered it when talking to him.

I'm quite tickled by the idea of having a Kinetic Melee character with powers from the Kinetics set. But honestly I think something like this should be reserved for maybe the "Omega" slot power in Incarnates if it ever happens, that'd be balanced by it being only one selectable power at least. It'd also be further balanced by being limited to one enhancement slot, and that can only accept any additional crafted Alpha slot enhancements, as long as it's not the same Tier 4 version you've got currently in your Alpha slot since you can only have one of those. Obviously you'd need to see what the power requires to make that slotting choice.

I've got the Task Commander badge very recently, and that was with only doing the Sister Psyche TF and not Yin's. So is this a bug that afffects getting the badge?

Hero 1's bio just mentions he's from London, so any could work there. The Lady Grey lives in Wimbledon according to the comic, but no more information than that.

Outside of the technical difficulties of pet customization I'm gonna assume they'd stil want the primaries to represent what they actually are titled, so Robotics should still be robots and Mercs still some form of military looking unit. Being able to change the type would be good though, Robotics could have ones selected from Longbow, PPD, Malta, maybe Arachnos Spiderbots. Mercs could select from ones like PPD special forces, Malta, Arachnos Wolf Spiders, and the like. Plenty of mob/thug style groups exist already, and there's a few options for Necromancy and Demons too: from the Circle of Thorns (minion Hordeling Berserkers; lieutenant Hellfrost Lord & Behemoth Master; and then the giant Behemoth Overlord for example) and the Banished Pantheon and Zombie zone invasion mobs could probably be made to work for Necro.

How about 'Looking Through the Glass' (levels 20-29) from Special Agent Jenni Adair? It has you stopping Protean from unleashing an invasion upon Paragon City. The badge you get at the end is Singular Vision: "You've prevented Protean from carrying out his plot for a Praetorian invasion, but not without a heavy cost - the death of your alternate self."

Marcus Cole (Tyrant included) shouldn't come back, no. That doesn't preclude someone else taking up the job, either as "Statesman" or their own hero identity. Ms Liberty would probably be the obvious choice for either case.

Would be nice to have a few spear options.

It got a little easier once I acquired the Sommerswerd.

I think Arachnos attempting a takeover of Praetorian Earth could work out, with Vernon von Grun having demonstrated that they can wrest control from Hamidon of the devoured, I'd imagine Arachnos could gain substantial ground there. An even more terrifying implication though; if Hamidon is an Incarnate of Gaia, I'm sure Vernon using Recluse's own genetics mixed with Hamidon's could result in an abomination that could really cause both Earth's huge trouble.

I liked to imagine that the "intelligence" behind the Well isn't actually a part of it and more an entity that uses them to gain control and power over and from those that try to access it. This entity just disguises itself as being the originator of the Wells when really it's more like Mother Mayhem/Shadow King, leeching off its host. Incidentally, and though I've never liked "The Battalion" idea as stated, I also thought maybe the reason they're destroying the Wells isn't just for power as put forward by dubious sources, but that they're trying to eliminate this parasitic entity. The Battalion just resorted to a 'scorched earth' policy to do so.

I got the ring this past Friday from the arc, and was also above the level range by a couple of levels. It appears to just be very wonky.

One thing that confused me is the timing of this arc, is it meant to be before we expose and arrest Countess Crey as Julianne Thompson, or after? Both arcs currently appear within the 40-45 leveling, and this new one feels like it should be set in the late 30s.

You probably want to avoid costume altering transformations to these kind of powers, but maybe if there's a choice over what kind of alteration manifested that could work. Oddly, Mind could be the place for this. We have this from Lord Recluse's background: And that kind of mental focusing could also be why Tyrant grows so massive in his final confrontation, and might possibly explain Stheno's snake-like form too. On the other hand, there's clearly other alternatives since Statesman and Hero 1 never manifested such drastic physical manipulations themselves. Some sort of "state-of-matter" powers, that you will yourself into perhaps? Mind could have enchanments like a temporary pure energy form; pure dark form; and even just pure physical form, for those that didn't want to be concerned with how their character looked.
