Okay. So I had some time to kill and I took my toon to RV. I wandered around and got the explore badges, took over a pill box and stood around to get my 'hour in zone' badge. I saw 2 villains and maybe 5 or 6 other heroes. I was defeated um, maybe 12 times. I didn't really keep track. Even after each one of the villains got a kill on me, they came back and did it again and again, even though they could clearly tell I was no threat and was an easy target. Maybe BECAUSE they could clearly tell I was no threat and was an easy target. I don't know what they were thinking so it could go either way. I tried to make polite and witty banter in broadcast, which was largely ignored and when the others started to use broadcast it was a "you're so cheap you use base porter to escape, fight me like a man" and "if you're going to cheat and be cheap I'm going to be cheap and cheat" type BS that turns so many people away from PvP. Those comments were directed at each other, not at me, but it just creates a toxic environment, ya know? As I was leaving, I announced something along the lines of thanks for the fun, and one of the heroes then decided to send me tells about how to better survive in PvP. Bravo for good advice, but a little late there buddy, how about after the, oh I don't know, 5th death? I'm not upset about this, its honestly basically what I expected. I was hoping it would be better, but it wasn't. I just wanted to share my little story here to let you, the PvP community who wants to lure people in to your playstyle, know what we experience when we go in there. This example is not coming from an ANTI-PvPer, more a PvP-curious type. I have created a toon specifically for PvP, but after learning everyone uses Discord and you're a loser if you don't, I kinda gave up on her, she's in the 20s or 30s somewhere, languishing. Not the toon I went into RV with, obviously 😛 Anyway, ya'll take care! If I need more badges (really not a badger lol) I will gladly offer myself up for repeated ganking for your pleasure 😄

Maybe you mean a pop menu? -
I have seen so many threads about trying to draw/trick/bribe/beg people to play redside. I also think it makes zero sense not to have heroes fighting crime in the rogue isles an villains perpetrating crime in paragon city. I am most certainly not advocating any kind of full world PvP or self flagging or anything of the sort. I think the point about how do you even know if someone is a villain or hero if you see them standing around on the street is a very good one. With people naming their characters any and every thing under the sun, honestly that is very little indication. Going from mission to mission, I certainly don't stop to fight every mugger I see. It would be no different if that person were a player rather than an NPC (again talking about intent and the feeling of I must stop the foul villain and not talking about PvP). I would like villains to have their contacts and arcs and heroes to have their contacts and arcs and they happen to be able to be going on in the same zone. This would put more people redside, probably, or give people the opportunity to still be villainous but in a more populated area. I am not an RPer but that seems more immersive to me. As for heroes and villains teaming up, it works in the abyss, in Kallisti wharf, why cant it work everywhere? I can see if you want to limit that, I mean would a cold blooded villain want to join a Posi to save Atlas park or would they say let it burn? Whoever is in charge of such things, I am happy to let someone else decide the mechanics of that. I think the main things this would solve is the population disparity of the zones (you being relegated to empty zones if you enjoy villainy) and the common sense issue of heroes heroing in RI and villains villaining in PC.

Potential cause found for the AH "items not selling" bug

And thanks @Veracor for buying my stock..I thought those would never move 😁 -
Mostly Human was 40, but dark armor was still proving problematic, so she got a reroll and is now full incarnate. Sometimes you just gotta tweak your vision a little bit.

Yes, that's what I meant....alignment not limiting your available locations. Words are hard before the first cuppa coffee 😝 Reference to 'RP only' would be to allow them to join a Posi even as a villain, you make that choice for if your character would do that or not, and why (the beginnings of a nefarious plan). Basically let all the people do all the things if they so choose, but yes keep contacts alignment based. So villain cant start Posi but can join in, and not be kicked when using SG base as a shortcut. And sure lets add contacts in opposing zones to carry through the theme. I do think police drones or the redside equivalent should zap you based on alignment, make your forays into zones more tactical and strategic, but I dont think NPCs should have kill orders. Lets let the other guys level up, it'll be alright. -
This happens in several missions, I just happened to catch it with screenshots on this one. Basically, on an outdoor mission map, the in-game map shows you outside the mission zone area (blue box). And then it will randomly fix itself (usually, although sometimes it doesn't) through the course of doing the mission. This has happened several times on several maps, I don't know if its specific to anything in particular, just wanted to note it for someone to look at sometime. Totally not a big deal at all!

After the week I have had I am feeling very old and creaky, indeed! *sits in a rocking chair next to @Healix to watch the people who pass by the front porch...shouts 'howdy' occasionally*

Okay, to be honest, I haven't read the entire thread, I wanted to type up my idea before it ran away from my brain, so if its been listed, sowwies! All zones open to any alignment. It doesn't make sense that villains are NOT in Paragon City. It doesn't make sense that heroes are NOT in the Rogue Isles. I can see keeping goldside separate because that's a penance you have to pay for choosing it its an alternate something or other. Plus, if you are red or blue you can use pocket D to go to goldside and help out the folks there. But lets allow villains and heroes to intermingle, without requiring an alignment change and without the 'kick from team' if you accidentally zone to your supergroup base before you remember you can't do that because you're a vigilante. This would open up a lot of the teaming limitations we have now, such as 'nobody on redside to team with' when all the sudden, Azuria sends you to Port Oakes to find her pantihose! I am not entirely sure how heroes and villains teaming up on the same team would work, perhaps making alignment solely an RP thing, leave it to the player to decide if their villainous murderer would save Atlas or not. I mean, as it stands now, people will switch alignment at the drop of a hat in order to join teams, so if the mission doors may end up red or blue, this would go a long way to resolving the issues that people keep trying to 'draw people in' to redside zones. How difficult would it be to proliferate random door spawning to include opposite faction zones as well as your own? How difficult would it be to get rid of all those 'you cannot enter here because you are the wrong alignment' gates? Okay, second honest moment, I'm still not quite entirely awake, i'm awake by my eyes are still groggy, so anything that doesn't make exact sense, just pretend it does, please 😄 -
I think Twisted Visage had it down to 82 minutes on his own maps and dual boxing. I haven't seen him online in ages so I can't confirm. My own times are woefully slow because I'm a more casual player, bio breaks, smoke break, coffee break, bologna sammich break. Four runs of 17655 will get me 1-50 and some vet lvls (pop out to lvl to 50 then get incarnates open) but that may take anywhere from 4 hours to 8 hours (or more). Again, I'm easily distracted 😄

Any order is order, alphabet, color, set, any order or even a combination of orders. We must impose the order!

Chernobog is only an EB also. Dr. Vahz is an AV in Posi 2 and I think that's what the answer was because min level for that is 11 and no other AVs show up lower....unless as a level 1 you jump on a Maria Jenkins team or something.

I exemplar a lot. I have one toon boosted, not attuned, but the rest are ready to roll at any given level.

My biggest issue with PvP is that I know I need to do certain things build wise but those are super secret and I am not allowed to know the things. People start spouting info and forget I am an idiot. Its like they are speaking a different language. And if you ask for explanation, they get huffy, like its obvious. Also I have heard tell discord is required. I read discord on my smoke breaks but since my computer and discord dont get along I cannot use it while gaming. (Phone with discord is plugged in on other side of room while playing on computer.)

Frostie aint an AV.

So I was fighting something on some mission in DA and the foe was named Hua Tov, which naturally, looked like Hug Toy on my itty bitty target window to my old eyes. Of course, now I have a new alt, Hug Toy. She's super friendly, I swear!

Of course. Is there another way?
