Savage is....just savage to be sporting. Ladies like the rough and tumble look. Tank Rad/Savage Brute Savage/Rad Using macros to combine inspiration Tank is soft capped S/L but has better resists, single inspiration will cap all to S/L/F/E and 2 insp to cap neg leaving you weak to Cold/Psi. Mostly a high recharge build, uses Ground Zero and Radiation Therapy as AoE attacks; not the best but its different. Brute is about the same, but more inspiration to cap damage resist. No scrapper build, but the majority of the IO are pretty common so it can be copied and modified. With the lower resist cap, scrapper would be fairly close so could only need single inspiration and chug a couple of red.

CoX in Six Words - using only six words, describe CoX
Outrider_01 replied to DougGraves's topic in General Discussion
Not everything is a Nemesis plot. -
*every fire brute* No firey embrace? We don't know you bro... Change out Rise of the Phoneix, Firey Embrace can off set lethal damage when you hit resistant mobs.
-
Thats kind of the reason, they run. Burn was kind of bugged early last year, had one boss run half way across the Atlas city map and lost aggro. Idea is more just like a rapid damage dealer, actually have a build for Savage/Fire scrapper....idea is to follow a tank and hit them like an A-10 Warthog Bzzrrrrrtt!!!
-
I ha e considered a /Fire scrapper, without Burn. Basically just high recharge, Firery Embrace, and using the proc affect along with procs + scrapper ATO for a massive spike damage with critical. EM might work, except for those limitations on crits with TF or ET, forget which one.
-
yeah but its rare. Never tested it myself, but I think the scale causes it to degrade faster the higher you go to the point its almost impossible. On the other hand, auto combine macros for inspirations solves the issues for more damage. Provided you are not on a team, you can turn 20 random small inspirations into 6 reds with spares, eat them, and by the time the next round of minions is dead you already have half a tray of random inspirations to combine again. My farmer usually runs about 400% percent on smalls, which drops like crazy once you use the P2W vender to block out medium and large.

depends on the mood of a character. Been making themed and concept characters just to try something different, like power picks.

This is a scrapper build I am looking at, not quite finished yet With perma hasten, Savage leep is 10.5 seconds, shield charge is 24, and Spring is 32. Attack chain of Spring, Savage Leap, Rending Flurry (3.8 seconds), Shield Charge, Unbonused Rending Flurry, ????, Spring should be back up. You will be like a ground hog, popping in and out everywhere.
-
Add Savage Melee, double port and faster recharge than Electric Melee. Fit in Spring attack, tripple port and hit Rending Flurry, very flashy with no animation lock to the look. Teleport, 4 ports!
-
Sky raiders + Gold Brickers = Sky Brickers, fallimg from Heaven and hitting the ground like a gold plated brick.

Miasma is a debuff and control set. Affinity is a debuff and buff set. Minor differences seem half ass, but you could create a new set centered around Soul and Fade, just not have everything else of Miasma.

Compared this Exactly what I said, its not a pile of influence and what it may buy. Having spent out all my stored purples from drops (maybe almost a hundred, plus the melee winter) now on 5 lvl 50 characters with no incarnates recently, I know how expensive stuff is cause I am already moving onto another character concept. And looking at others to be cheap, have a rough idea how much a build may cost; not to mention turning some into attune builds. Me personally making myself looking like an ass, showing I help someone with a PVE build with S/L defense in a Rad/Fire brute and they liked it; which surprised even me. Guess I am a bigger asshole, I aim to please. Shit, got a global email awhile back, some guy thanking me cause I helped to hamer out his spines/fire and he said it was laughably faster than his. 1. OP didn't give much to work with on a PVE build 2. The build is capable of doing multiple things, no reason to point out the fact. Can even do a +0/4 to +1/8 farm or so, turn exp off and just farm for influence popping purples for defense in a fire farm. Turn exp back on, build for PVE with fire/smashing defense. @DreadShinobi See above. Nothing wrong with giving information, if the OP has any thoughts about making a farm brute the information was provided. It is capable pf it, nothing wrong with having the information on hand.

look again tl;dr - perchance, perhaps, as it may be, can be, conceivable, could be, credible, feasible, it could be, might be As in, if it was a weather forecast - "Bring an umbrella, just in case that it might rain" And that it is Rad/Fire brute while the comment "I'm currently lvl 34 and sitting on a bunch of Inf." Means it is 90% possibility its not a PL for a farmer but an actual played character, doesn't mean the OP may build it out and realize its sub par at both PVE/AE trying to shoe horn in 2 styles of play on the same build, while 70m will buy 3 purples or 3-5 other sets. tl;dr - I see the OP as trying to play for PVE content what is considered the numero uno #1 AT combo for farming and than the OP is like "Oh, it can do farms as well!" than struggle and get burned out by the time they reach 1 billion influence on a sub par build which was built half way for PVE; than specialize it for either PVE or AE. Source : trust me bro, been there done that so here is some sage advise if they are looking at it. Half/Half PVE/AE content Second post down, hidden in a spoiler tag- This player Glacier Peak seemed to enjoy the Rad/Fire brute with S/L defense for PVE🤗 , reccomened it 6 months later in another thread . Guy who made it....is kind of an asshole, I think his name started with Out_01 or something 🙄

In the near future, this may become a "rate my X/Fire brute farm build" character so here is a few sources Farm Fresh Builds Low budget introductino to fire farming Fire Farming 101: How to get started Suggestions: Do not build a PVE/Farm build on the same character, +Fire defense is needed more than +Lethal/Smashing defense. You can have up to 3 different builds Procs for health, you only need Pancreas +Hitpoints/Endurance, you do not need Regenerative +regen, Miracle +Recovery, Numina's +Regen/Recovery, Preventative +Absorb at the same time. You do not need Energy Master Superior Conditioning and Physical Perfection The cost of the power picks above, prevents you from slotting 4 enhancements for IO bonus or 2 power picks that could be useful somewhere else; example is AoE in epic pool. You do not need KB protection of any kind in a farm, in any other content yes. You do not need a Kismet +Acc, Gladiators +Resist, or Unbreakable Guard +HP, Reactive Armor Scaling Rest. A farm build is capped and your accuracy/HP cover everything without IOs while you will get more than enough +Acc from the IOs themselves. Avoid using Damage procs when starting the build, a Touch of death +Negitive Damage in your melee attack is less useful than a -resist in an AoE.

Game is from 2004, with development before that. API integration didn't exist back in the early 2000s and would require more effort than its worth for the small developer team.

Most OP solo scrapper that can do it all ? Is there such a thing?

Nobody going top say it? Anybody? Fine, guess I have to say something. That is all. -
Alternative graphics is just the look of warm air over a cold surface. Only downside is limited color options, its really freaking bright on a lot of colors.

Help with my first Dominator on Domination recharge
Outrider_01 replied to tanglin's topic in Dominator
123% global with no hasten, 180% with Hasten and 2 50 IO recharge +5 boosted. Alternating popping Dom and Hasten with the rolling bind files set up. -
You can shuffle the slots into health up into Against the Odds, Taunt, or CJ/defense power for some set bonuses; Against the odds is your taunt toggle so keeping stuff clustered for AoE isn't a bad thing. Maybe shuffle 3 resist/health into One with the shield and just roll with it, god mode looking like Cappy A himself with the incarnate Rebirth Radial you got Regen numbers of Wolvy and half Invulnability of Supes in there. I might steal this build and modify it for my scrappper just to have one character with a T9.

Scrapper - Lower resist, random burst damage in crits Tank - Higher resist, higher target cap Brute - Tanker resist, extra 3 DMG enhancements in fury bar, higher damage cap, smaller target cap Tanks are the jock, scrappers are the flashy show off, stalkers are the quiet kid, and the Brutes the middle emo goth edge lord brother that just blow right through everything.

Its a brief description, not a memoir of your character and their abilities since they were born. Batman's secret identity is Bruce Wayne, a wealthy American industrialist. As a child, Bruce witnessed the murder of his parents, Dr. Thomas Wayne and Martha Wayne, which ultimately led him to craft the Batman persona and seek justice against criminals. He resides on the outskirts of Gotham City in his personal residence, Wayne Manor. Wayne averts suspicion by acting the part of a superficial playboy idly living off his family's fortune and the profits of Wayne Enterprises, his inherited conglomerate. He supports philanthropic causes through his nonprofit Wayne Foundation, but is more widely known as a celebrity socialite. In public, he frequently appears in the company of high-status women, which encourages tabloid gossip. Although Bruce Wayne leads an active romantic life, his vigilante activities as Batman account for most of his time. 850 characters Sent as a baby to Earth from the dying planet Krypton, Kal-El was adopted by Martha and Jonathan Kent of Smallville, Kansas. Growing up as Clark Kent, he devoted his life to helping others with the abilities he developed from Earth's sun. Moving to Metropolis, he became Superman, while still maintaining his secret identity as Clark Kent, who works at the Daily Planet newspaper. 380 characters Superman possesses the ability to fly under his own power, incredible strength and near invulnerability, as he can only be harmed by the element Kryptonite. His eyes can emit bursts of heat, while vision ranges from the microscopic to the telescopic. His vision is also capable of a broader spectrum than human eyes, able to see x-rays and radio waves. He can hear faint sounds amongst a bustle of noises by concentrating. His lungs are capable of holding air for long periods of time in environments without oxygen, and the ability to compress this air and exhale it in a freezing capacity. 580 characters. Can cut it down to fit the first paragraph if I tried. Peter Parker was orphaned at the age of six when his parents, were killed in an airplane crash overseas. He went to live with his uncle and aunt, Ben and May Parker, in Forest Hills, New York. Peter was extremely smart and worked his way to become an honors student at Midtown High School. However, Peter's shyness and scholastic interest often made him a social outcast, being overshadowed by the likes of high school bully, Flash Thompson, among other popular kids. While attending a public exhibition demonstrating the safe handling of nuclear laboratory waste materials, sponsored by the General Techtronics Corporation, Peter was bitten by a radioactive spider that had been irradiated by a particle accelerator used in the demonstration. Making his way home afterwards, Peter discovered he had somehow gained incredible strength, agility, and the ability to cling to walls; spider-like traits that he immediately associated with the spider bite. 951 characters. A wealthy American business magnate, playboy, philanthropist, inventor and ingenious scientist, Anthony Edward "Tony" Stark suffers a severe chest injury during a kidnapping. When his captors attempt to force him to build a weapon of mass destruction, he instead creates a mechanized suit of armor to save his life and escape captivity. Later, Stark develops his suit, adding weapons and other technological devices he designed through his company, Stark Industries. He uses the suit and successive versions to protect the world as Iron Man. Although at first concealing his true identity, Stark eventually publicly reveals himself to be Iron Man. 650 characters. Could rewrite the description too fit in COH bio, think Spiderman would be too long.

Stop saving, problemm solved. Everytime the suggestion for universal storage came up, this thread explains it all. You will always have far more than you will ever need. Its pointless to collect, game shits out more than you can get rid of it. Every hour or so, just check your inventory and build the ones you want like procs, LOTG global recharge, KB protection, what ever, Right click + D will delete salvage stacks or single recipes At a merchant, right click + E sells stacks of recipes and salvage. DO NOT TRY ORGANIZING! While you are spending time to sort salvage save influence, you are wasting time making your self so frustrated looking for a simpler solution like global inventory...global inventory is in the /AH shared by the community. UI is bad, but its worse than drag and drop in a SG salvage rack.

You can't widen cones, only lengthen them. Basically by increasing the base and multiplying the heigth (length), you increase the area it can cover. Like adding an extra room onto a house, than dropping it on a Wicked Witch to make sure you don't miss.
