  1. 1. Server, transfer characters. Saving a name for a specific toon is a piss excuse just to PVP if its your PVE toon. 2. Public announcements, start a hardcore community. 3. Set a calendar or time, Oklahoma-man runs certain TFs weekly and several times a week. 4. ??? 5. Its up to the player base to fix a social organization problem, not the limited developer staff to fix a problem like PVP unless its buffs and balance nerfs.

  3. Green Lantern's power is a swiss army knife of malleable energy, he could turn it into a coffee cup. Not exactly granting a power that someone else can use without being controlled by Lantern. Invisible Woman, bends light around her and creates force fields. which are generally buff sets already.
  4. Is your brute over 45% soft cap before agility? Because that is a waste of an incarnate unless you really needed it for defense buff, you don't need the endurance modification bonus as you can get Destiny Ageless Core, which grants high recharge and endurance recovery; the Total Core at T4 is pretty much 120 duration with 120 recharge on it and the effect weakens over time yet it ends exactly when the power recharge. Alpha : Musculature will push the damage over the ED cap by a small bit, better option unless you need that +Def.
  5. No comic superhero grants defense against something, Supes doesn't give Batman invulnerability or Flash grant slow defense
  6. The first 4 powers of gravity is basically a set of blast attacks 1. Crush - similar to freeze ray from ice blast, with immb instead of hold. Reduce down 1.33 sec animation closer to 1. Gravity Distorion should also apply the [IMPACT!] bonus to Crush. 2. Lift - similar to energy blast, animation time is good as is but the delay secondary damage tick should be reduced to 1 second. Its mostly thematic, but 2 seconds for a tick is like corpse punching with T9 melee attacks 3. Gravity Distortion - The center of the set. Hold that causes extra damage with Life and Propel with the [IMPACT!] buff after it is applied. Activation time from 1.83 to 1.5 seconds. 4. Propel - the Fun PowerⓇ©™ . Reduce the animation time from 2.07 seconds to about 1.8 seconds. Increase the distance from 60 to 80. would be awesome if it did AoE damage up to 4 targets instead of 1 target and AoE KB 3 others. 5. Add Impact affect to all control powers. Maybe, kinda, sort off, probably not . Wouldn't be as damaging as fire, but when not controling stuff stunned or held it would be nice to wear them down; my dominator's /assault secondary just doesn't feel all powerful without a forklift or sink to the badguy's head. Gravity is a bit lacking in damage, would would love to see a single target attack chain to just beat things up. Distortion/Lift/Propel repeat against the wall 😁
  7. /Jranger for AOE set up, makes the game even easier. Intangible powers should be a hold with high damage, after like 4 seconds it wears off.

  10. click toggle like Incarnate, 60 seconds up and 3 mins or more downtime. Follows like a pet, like FF generator.
  11. Level 50 IO can be boosted 5 times, basically turns 3 SO worth of effec into 2. SO can only be boosted 3 times. Enhancement Boosters are just the Enhancement Combination screen, and they don't fail.
  12. td;lr - so a power was nerfed over butt hurt player base? Maybe they should of just avoided ENG blast and soloed
  13. Bounced down or back and away? Might be the repel aspect, its different from knockback. I think KB lifts you up, repel backwards, but with protection or -KB it just bounces, my kinetics farm buffer makes things drunk.
  14. Fury boosts origin attack power, can 1 hit clear contaminated for the badge in Outbreak in under 5 mins. Every other AT is a struggle.
  15. Activation time and some animations improvements. Fire, ice, broadsword, axe, Mace, share a lot of the same boring animations and feel clunky compared to newers.
  16. Malaise in the Sicciro arc I think, only thing let defeat him was burn.
  17. I'm under the impression they don't really buff the pets, they just unlock powers like going to visit a trainer which buff the pet. Actually buffs are from the secondary.
  18. Buff Regen, resulting in a Nerf. Nerf Regen, resulting in a Buff. End result nothing changes, but Regen is inherently worse now for no reason.
  19. about 12 50s so far, 11 fully IO and no Incarnate as I run off to the next one. Dozens of theory builds sitting a mids folder, just can't decide what direction to go.
  20. How many posts would you want to make, to look for a character with anything with spines animation, in every sub forum? Spines/ Brute /Spines Tank Spines/ Scrapper Spines/ Stalker /Thorn Assault Dominator /Plant Manipulation Blaster Or ask in general to narrow it down to AT? Than look for a build in the AT forum, as right now you can't make a Spines/Earth Scrapper but brute and tank both have earth armor.
  21. Next update releases a 4 piece IO set for jump, has 1.25% S/L defense if that's what you are building for but I think it's 3 slots in. Not best set up but 1 LOTG, 1 run IO with stealth, and 3-4 of the new travel power IO set. So, 6 slot investment but would make the power pretty worthwhile
