  1. There's hit points in energy drain I can remember now, like 400 slotted
  2. its just 2-3 attacks which modify the effects, circle surrounds a finisher power, thats it. No crash like savage, nothing difficult to build like dual blades.

  4. Yup, made an /electrical brute, 2 in fact. Its next to useless, its like 30 regen but even with smash/lethal its not great and it takes just 1 CoT boss to cast a heal to render it moot.
  5. Suggestion, slight reduction on endurance consumption on toggles. The standard seems to be 0.26 across the board for most toggles that give +def, +res, or +status. Can it be changed to .20 for toggles run in defense or resist sets, at most saves about .18 since most run 3 toggles at all times (not counting damage or taunt toggles) Scrapper/Wet Ice gives + .75 defense and +22 Cold resist (already near cap without Wet Ice anyway) but you can only slot EndReduc, where as Scrapper/Inv gives 7.5% resist and can be slotted with resist sets. Wet Ice pushes cold cap and smidge defense, but Invulnerable is 7.5% resist across the board, the disparity on the secondary effects like +resist on different sets is kind of meh for the same endurance toggle cost. Especially with all the toggles in Dark or Ice. At least reduce endurance cost by 1/5 would solve lower level play. Obligatory "slot endurance reduction" 🥴 Gonna figure out this Dark/Ice scrapper with TOO MUCH endurance recovery ironically. Was looking at several damage sets but this was a random attention grab.

  7. So if you nerf regen by .01% , Assault Rifle is buffed. Like, both sets are the bottom standard of suck; so if you nerf one, every set in game gets buffed higher on the awesome scale.
  8. Look at an /Ice scrapper, an armor T9 that doesn't suck except (for its duration). And a second form of rest.
  9. And movement suppression will be implemented shortly, a type of Rest where your held for the animation time.
  10. Alkaloid is the heal for allies, very much like Storm has O2 Boost Only thing Poison needs is like 10-12 ft splash radius. About the size of a hit box for a player and like 6 things around them. 8ft hits 3 targets on average.
  11. You should use mids. If just to keep track of slotting/power levels/level picks, not min max a build. The mental gymnastics cuts into play time.

  13. Small debuff, thats all. Like maybe -def or -tohit, concussion force making the brain matter a little slow to process in reacting to a dodging a wrench or swinging like a drunk. You can proc it to do damage, but if used with an SO type build its just a minor damage cone with massive KB.

  15. Snarky says one thing, what he meant was this Reworded to fit the narrative but Fire/Dark/YourChoice Tarpatch -> Rain of Fire -> Fire Breath -> Fire Ball -> SCOURGE!!!!!!! They start running out of tar patch and fire because of their psuedo fear effect, fire breath and fire ball to put scourge into effect; scourge finishes off. But alphastrike return fire is possible without defense; bit reckless solo but less effective because of fast pace IO slotted and incarnate teams than pre-IO. Started one a long time ago and been trying to get back to it but I always forget.
  16. This. My exact same thought, it would be entirely regened nerfed rebalanced. Other debuff pbaoe toggles are typically -20% but they throw in other debuffs like -resist, -dmg, -def. Flipside, a revamped gale would be nice. It's a weak energy torrent, if it had a debuff attached it would be more useful.
  17. This sums why it was added, because of limited time away. But its of so little consequence, I burn through it in like 15 mins in a group. But I just play what I am in the mood for. As for the first comment I made, I couldn't tell if you were serious. Like, turn off....done. If you are burning time just punching things, its ok thats what the experience is for is every other situation except yours. Hell, don't even force yourself to burn it; play one character for half an hour and jump on another. Go run a DFB if you want to. Its just the most minor of inconvenience, I don't get it.
  18. Turn off XP ? 🤔 won't level, but don't gain exerience. Why are you for the suggestion? Patrol is free experience just to make up for unplayed time.
  19. Fire/Dark , beacuse;reason Snarky Fire - 3 single targets, a nuke, a range AoE, a cone Dark - 2 melee, 1 cone melee, an AoE toggle, PBAOE +DMG/tohit, PBAOE Endurance Drain, A range single target +end/rec power. PBAOE act like mini-nukes.
  20. Haven't tweaked my brute and I ran that tunnel map with the mafia theme, can't remember the name. They now aggro with range attacks even above the taunt aggro cap, but there is a fun exploit....break line of sight, hit burn, and they melt as they run to you with each death. Its the same as before, you just need to break LOS so an office map might be a good farm if someone can make one.

I noticed 2 classic pure resist have very little Status resistance, but they are niche for one being a damage set and the other control For having no T9 clicks which boost massive status protection/resister compared to other sets, they only get self rez powers Add Debuff resistance to Dark Regeneration and Fiery Embrace - Regeneration - Perception - To Hit - Recharge/Run - Recovery - Recharge (Not every one of these 6) Add Status Resistance to Dark Regeneration and Fiery Embrace - Fear (Dark has Fear Protection) - Confuse Not all of them, but something appropriate like fire gets recharge/run/Fear and Dark Regeneration gets +Regen/End/Confuse. Fiery Embrace would be higher resistance for a longer duration and its available late in the set, Dark Regeneration would be lower resistance because of the shorter recharge and available sooner Tangent thought - Endurance discount for Dark Regeneration because of the 7 toggles draining in Dark Armor
