No they are not, emailing insps to yourself, buying them from a contact. i cant recall how long t1 insps lasts but if you space it out you can get some nice time with Lucks. And you do not need that many to skip and speed stuff, anything from Epidural to LAM Luck insps do not care what is incoming as long as its not autohit. And someone S/L capped can skip a huge chunk of this game Also do not forget that getting to 45% fire def requires some dedication. 95% resist cap does not mean much when more than 16 targets can hit you now, moreso with -def. your health WILL trickle down without both

Speed TFs and itrials exist. even hami raids pretty much rush blooms with lore pets No one complains about that speed content for some reason and its frustrating as fuck watching firefarms take a hit every god damn page meanwhile they do not want to disable lore pets in the hive/abyss, or anything to the rest of the game. And if someone is about to complain about the "slog" of killing blooms then damn son, can i skip the slog of leveling? leave firefarming alone

Maybe the recent patch on allowing us to select tier 1 or 2 from secondary was a test to see if we can make the OPs wishes come true. So many blasters are dumping their immobilize for an extra mule Tons of doms are dropping their T1 attack sit tight folks, might happen. or they will make tough/weave baseline for everyone but make them timed toggles and add even more attacks to fighting, like throwing a rock or the old storm kick animation -

This seems like a Null the Gull thing with "other peoples movement powers" option and such Right up there with Team Teleport as well Did you know with the <crap i forgot the command> command you can target someone in your group around a corner or through a door and team teleport right to them? awesome in general, perfect for melee pets --- I think this got changed, I was not able to teleport through walls using a player anchor in ITF a little bit ago. /bind r powexeclocation target "team teleport"

I only tested it with the Mace Mastery Pool on a mastermind But you still need level 41 (should be 38) to select Power Boost. And yes, I have Scorpid Shield Also Patron is in caps because the patch notes said it effected Epic pools only, unsure if Patrons counted in that
