  2. Firefarming is under attack every patch and rerolling alts is becoming more and more of a hassle. With so many branching paths of archetype, primary/secondary and thats pretty much it, being able to reroll like this is something we might need. Kinda like going Savage Melee thinking fuckyeah time to rip and tear time to be DOOMGUY but DOOG but then realizing claws does what you do but better in every aspect and dont want to walk uphill both ways in the snow to reroll only to be left with a set that feels like a kitten trying to open a plastic feeding container then kinetic melee vs energy melee then fire blast vs pistols then and so on
  3. Also to addon to that idea to make other stuff better: If you folks can LOWER exp gained on some stuff after a certain level like DFB. Can you RAISE exp gained after a certain level for certain things? With the new changes in power selection levels and added exp the complaints in Synapes would probably disappear overnight. The list of task forces can fill another post but you get the idea. I know you folks have internal tracking on the popularity of task forces somewhere. up-to and including the old posi and psyche

Can you guys stop trying to nerf fire farming and find a way to punish or slow down speed task forces? instead of nerfing fire farming, make the rest of the game worth playing add side missions with a 20 hour lockout that awards exp/inf/merits to prevent farming the sides or only have said bonuses available at the end kill x that repeats/gets larger each time and scales to team/personal difficulty rescues but not escorts clickies of various types enemies that see through invis/hide and instant teleport/slow people trying to speed flat out strait up getting rid of ATT, TT and MT and adding a longer cooldown to teleport target. or disable them inside instances i cant play the rest of the game because no one else wants to play the rest of the game. you know how many people dont even fucking advertise its speed or ask if its speed and just speed anyways because its the god damn norm? firefarming gives me that feeling of wading through seas of minions which CoX gave in an era of warcraft and everquest never had, and that will be gone. well until i finalize this energy defense/resist build i been working on and make an energy farm map to get around these constant fucking changes to the core of the game

  6. My last defender is getting rerolled as we speak into a corr. Between higher damage and power availability shuffling. In Corr numbers, Forge will be available at level 24(19 exemplared) and blazing bolt at level 22(17 ex). that level range will have all my core abilities ready to roll for random paper/radio/low level tfs. Also so many Sentinels to consider. Rifle/willpower with a non-in-game generic name and dedicate all costume slots to random gunners throughout the ages. Gunman McBulletface for example Pistol/Fire to explain fire rounds also have a fire dot proc to have with my fire dots. and burn! burn and hail of bullets or even rain of bullets. Psi/willpower and pretend willpower is psychic armor

Can these pets be made 'perma' like controller tier9 pets, or lowered recharge but still accepting recharge intensive pets (to keep the feel of unique or something) or have super low cooldowns like mastermind pets? Reasoning is I want some extra slot room to work in the def/resist/buildup procs to keep them alive. 10% def all and 20% res all shouldnt be game breaking but will help Please hard note that I did not list the Patron pets
  9. Came here to ask this, thanks. I always theorized Genin would benefit the most from Soulbound: Chance for buildup but they always needed KB2KD because of the high chance for KB and the frequency of it
  10. I am excite to not pay the KB2KDtax anymore on my bots/mercs, now I can make them even tougher by adding resistance pet auras or buildups

  13. Man it is hard to comment on this other than its just a gigantic kick in the pants damage wise, 5 targets is crap. But even raw damage it was designed to have two patches. Blazing aura is 18.whatever per tick meanwhile IR is 9.whatever per tick There are too many PBAoE damage enhancements, theres 4 readily available And adding on -def and acc-def procs thats easily all 6 slots to procs. Removing the ability to enhance the -def which is a viable thing to do still leaves 4 from PBAoE sets alone But removing all damage auras ability to slot PBAoE sets might also cause issues And flat out coding IRs ability to not proc procs might also be too far. But if you do go route3 can you at the very least allow Radial procs to stay? Might also be time to introduce a new mechanic on only having 1 damage proc enhancement per power --- Or maybe needing X amount of enhancements of the same set allowing activation of said proc to proc. say you need 3 whatever Obliterations to allow a proc to proc. I am just now remembering non-damaging procs that I need like Miracle, KB2KD and so on damnit.
  14. Tier1: Fast Healing and Quick Recovery merged into one and just flat out named Quick Recovery. Regeneration bumped up to 150% base, 200% tankers Tier2: Reconstruction somewhat the same, but add a lingering Heal over Time tick effect like Time Manip, or Nature Affinity has. Tier3: New Power: Ignore Pain: Activation power that grants absorption. Buys time to heal and we all seen Wolverine just take the pain to charge in a few times Tier4: Dull Pain is mostly the same, add a minor unehnaceable 5% base resist all and 7.5% for tanks. Increased healthpool and something minor to stack with Resilience stays on theme Tier5: Integration but increased regeneration, 150% base, 200% tankers, all fully enhanceable Tier6: Fine as it is, will shine more with Dull Pain Tier7: Instant Healing is now a toggle again, but 300% base regen and also has a heal over time ticker like Stalker's Cauterizing Blaze Tier8: Leave Revive as it is, many sets need a bad power or a skippable power or a low priority power to allow breathing room for builds, this can also be removed for Stalkers to allow for the use of Hide. Tier9: Moment of Glory total revamp to grant basically everything you just read, over time. Click it and you get X healing upfront and Y resistances followed up by 15 or so seconds of ticking HoT, Regen, Absorb. For Stalkers if you use this while dead it brings you back. Now, 10% hp/server tick is the max anyone can get. As a regen scrapper I still need a large outside regeneration bonus on top of IH now to get to it. And a lot can happen in a second and depending on how long said fight can go on. Heal over Time effects breaks or adds on to the Regen mechanic limitations and still stays on theme. Ya got me on the absorb thing thats just strait up not being creative and needed a filler power because this was a hidden regen/willpower stalker buff thread all along.
  15. Fiery Aura people are adapting currently to the changes coming and its a net gain if they adopt Phoenix Raising and some +rech with insp use in firefarms. Having a 10%~ fire def gap allows you to slowly and reliably trickle down health for a bigger blast. Luck up to slow the damage while its recharging You need to adapt as well. Even on live I take personal attacks because I know that Tactics is not needed for 99% of the game, Maneuvers is only worthy if you can stack it with something and Assault at the end of the day is adding a DO enhancements worth of damage will not make or break a fight. And the fighting pool is generally for late game stuff because there is few things at lower/mid levels that is genuinely a threat. Did you know that you can have a few pets on aggressive and some on defensive? Say my Bruiser gets attacked by being aggressive, the other pets will join in and i still have 5/6 the strength of bodyguard So I personally do not know why you are having endurance complaints. Maybe its because I use IOs. 5/6 Decimation no proc and 1 Devastation: acc/dmg/rech/end in single targets and 5/6 posi blast no proc and annihilation: acc/dmg/rech/end. Hell, I might even start buying epics post-patch All down to 4.1, 6.5 and 11.4 end costs Change is scary, we are set in our ways and just dont wanna. But utilizing my phone to take a pic pre-respec and counting on RPGgrowth dopamines from min/maxing will power me through all the respecs im going to do
  16. I had like 4 or 5 drafts of this so im just going to brute force it in as little words as i can low level sucks donkey ass for many sets. and in a game where low level content is recycled in the form of weekly targets it became an issue

  21. temps, titles, etc enemies drop recipes during the event but make them cost a hundred or so common salvage to craft. something as simple as 100 rubies or a mishmash of 5 of this and 5 of that but 5 more of these im fine with vendoring common salvage but just throwing it out there
  22. People forget that Rise of the Phoenix is a gigantic burn patch and when slotted for KB2KD its just another attack. mostly for my blasters. With the recent live patch allowing things over the agro limit to attack you being under 75% in a farm isnt that uncommon these days. And on beta now, Phoenix Rising is pretty devastating. Spines, while a nice starter farmer thing because double damage auras has crap animation times for Burst and other things like Impale. Meanwhile claws gets that passive damage boost from Follow up and super fast aoe animations
  23. Might be the new toptier. Not so much about Follow Up + Burn, but fast animating and fast recharging AoEs. Shockwave is sweet with KB2KD And now that you can select a level 41 epic pool power at level 38 you might not have to waste a slot now for dark oblit or fireball
