  1. It was strongly implied. Titan Network wants to remain independent and separate from Homecoming, ParagonWiki included. The only way that's possible with all of the divergent servers out there is to maintain the freeze on ParagonWiki.
  2. Make sure that your difficulty is set at +4x8, and that, under options, you are set to get XPs, and double INF while exemping. If you are set to no XP and double INF while exemping, it won't work.

  4. Here's my villain leveling guide. Note that I turn XP off at levels 9, 14, 19, 24, 29, 34, 39, and 44. Levels 1 to 5: Kalinda and Operative Kuzmin Levels 5 to 9: Mongoose, Fire Wire, Lt. Harris, and Dr. Graves Levels 10 to 14: Dr. Graves, Death from Below, and Veluta Lunata Levels 15 to 19: Dr. Graves, Ashley McKnight, and Seer Marino Levels 20 to 24: Bane Spider Ruben, Brother Hammond, Lorenz Ansaldo, and Henri Dumont Levels 25 to 29: Darrin Wade, Dean MacArthur, Vincent Ross, Bobby Curtin, Archmage Tarixus, Doc Buzzsaw, and Kristof Jaeger Levels 30 to 34: Ashley McKnight, Mercedes Sheldon, Crimson Revenant, Slot Machine, Archmage Hellewise, Mistress Maria, Montague Castanella, Ward, Sir Bedwyr, and The Magician Levels 35 to 39: Arbiter Leery, Johnny Sonata, and Sgt.   5. As we all know, Titan Network has decided to remain its own independent entity and ParagonWiki will remain frozen to the Issue 24 beta. Yesterday, I started work on City of Wiki. It's an unofficial City of Heroes: Homecoming wiki. All content will need to be re-written from scratch. Nothing can be copied from ParagonWiki unless the content comes directly from the game itself. The reasons for this are because so much has changed since Issue 24 beta, and because ParagonWiki uses an incompatible license. (Seriously, GNU Free Documentation License for a wiki? But I digress.) There's nothing on the site yet, and the look is far from final. I'm giving a heads up because I'm going to need help, obviously. If there's a graphic artist in the house, a new logo to replace the default logo would be great. :P
  6. I level all of my characters, from my second now to my sixth, that way. It is not the most effective way to level, but it has worked fine for me so far.

  8. FWIW, my SG did a MLTF tonight, and during the battle with the four AVs (Ghost Widow, Black Scorpion, et al.), two of us crashed again. I was one of the two that crashed this time.

  11. As long as it isn't in the 20 to 30 range, I am all for this. There's already far too much content between levels 20 and 30, IMO.
  12. I believe the red theme was removed in 2.6.0.4 in order to be more color-blind friendly.

  15. At level 9 in Kings Row, I did that character's first radio mission. I selected another radio mission, "Defeat Archon Whatshisface." It was the only mission I had. I got to the mission, entered... and it was a completely different objective, "Get the Claw of Doom." And the enemies were all Hellions, not Council. I completed it, exited, and went to get another radio mission... Only it told me that I still had the "Defeat Archon Whatshisface" mission to do. And it was halfway across Kings Row. I also checked the Detective tab, and it showed that I only had one radio mission count towards the Safeguard, not two.
  16. Little known fact: Back in the very early 2000s... 2001, 2002 or thereabouts... a graphical Trade Wars 2000 MMO video game was announced, backed and published by NCSoft. I recall seeing a few screenshots. NCSoft canceled development of it around 2004 or 2005. I don't know how far along it got, but as I said I do recall seeing a few screenshots.

  21. That's the response I got from a co-worker that I tried to get to play the game... back in 2010. I got him to play for two weeks or so, and he just stopped. He complained that the game was too boring and too old looking. He couldn't understand how I still played when there were much better looking games available. Again, this was 2010. 2019? Forget about it.
  22. There is a significant difference between developing Mids', and developing a website. You can't do it. The Mids' developers may not be able to do it. The way Mids' is written it is extremely tied to Windows, and separating the two is impossible. It would require a ground up rewrite, which the Mids' developers may not be capable of doing so as C# is not HTML and CSS, and vice versa. You've been essentially demanding that someone that plays the piano to play the guitar, "because they're both musical instruments, right?" Until someone that can code websites and is interested enough to develop a City of Heroes character planner comes along, Mids' Reborn is it.
