FWIW, supergroups are now alignment neutral. It doesn't matter if you're hero, vigilante, rogue, or villain, you can all be in the same supergroup.

Dual Pistols and Sonic Resonance is an excellent combination as you stated. As is Beam Rifle and Sonic Resonance, with the additional -res and -regen, and Beam Rifle does better AoE damage than Sonic Attack.

FWIW, IMO, it's a duplication of effort as there already are two Excelsior server Discords (the official Homecoming Discord has a few Excelsior server channels, and then the Justice/Excelsior server), and there are Excelsior, Excelsior Badges, Excelsior Raids, and Excelsior TFs global channels. Things there purely for people who denigrate others' playstyles is not a positive addition to the community in any game. You do realize that you just keep digging yourself further in a hole, yes? You keep mentioning things along the lines of, "It only negatively affects tiny slivers of the gaming community, so I don't give a damn." I don't know if you realize this... but RPers are a tiny sliver of the gaming community as well. I mean, it may not seem that way to you because they have their own server... but then again, so do PvPers. Why does your tiny sliver of the gaming community have more importance than another tiny sliver of the gaming community? Hint: It doesn't.

Yeah, something in the 08/27 patch lowered my FPS at times as well, but not all the time. Not even most of the time. Just enough to be noticeable. It'll be normal the vast majority of the time... then *WHAM* 5 FPS for several seconds. Then it goes back to normal. It's like being in a Hamidon raid for a few seconds every ten minutes or so.

No, supergroups being alignment neutral is a Homecoming change. On live, supergroups were restricted by alignment. So you had hero supergroups and villain supergroups. Homecoming no longer makes that necessary, thankfully.

I initially suggested this just for The Abyss, but I'm starting to strongly feel that all raid zones (The Hive, The Abyss, and Rikti War Zone), need to have their player cap put back to 50. I know that it will not be a popular suggestion, but I have four reasons. 1. There is little strategy to Hamidon raids now. It's simply too easy as Hamidon raids were not designed for more than fifty people at a time, nonetheless 150+ Incarnates. 2. The 64 bit client and server update helped performance a bit, but raids are still a laggy mess, especially Hamidon raids. The only real fix to this problem is to lower the number of people at the raids. 3. It will be much easier to intentionally spawn additional zones for concurrent raids, or if Hamidon triple blooms, or what have you. 4. Less players, less chance of griefing, and more accountability for people that do grief. Griefing is starting to get out of hand at both Rikti mothership raids and Hamidon raids. People spamming Dimension Shift. People spamming Black Hole. Multiple people spawning their team teleporters at the rock in The Hive, (each one prompts everyone nearby if they'd like to teleport to their mission). People TPing their whole league directly in front of Hamidon on numerous occasions, leading to massive wipes. Then there's the AFKers, people who won't do a danged thing because, "Hey, there's 150 other people here, they really don't need me."

I've learned a couple of decades ago to separate art from the artist, or you'll never enjoy anything.

Any Masterminds on team? Team Teleport will go through every single pet and try to teleport them as well. So it can take forever for it to get around to actual players, if it gets around to them at all.

In regards to larger cursors, you need to take a look at the new cursor mod by @Living_Hellfire and friends. It's helped me a lot the past few days.

Yep. Like SlimPickens, I run this on every character shortly after dinging level 50. -1/2, no bosses, no AVs. I haven't even bothered running the new A Hero's Epic on Homecoming. Give me Statesman over Positron any day.

ParagonWiki is currently locked in time as to how City of Heroes was back in September 2012. They wouldn't accept edits for new information as there are plenty of little things that have changed on Homecoming.

You have a couple of options right now. You can refrain from using double XP, or use double XP and turn off XP once you reach the level threshold for your current contact.

Signature TFs/SFs always have an AV at the highest level for the TF/SF. Working as Intended. That's one of the reasons why I run TFs at +5 levels past it. Synapse at level 25, Penelope Yin at 30, etc.

Very good guide. One thing I would add is that a Force Field or Sonic Resonance character or someone with Clarion Core Destiny would be very handy as well. Danged Rikti Mesmorists and Mentalists.

Denigrating others' playstyles while trying to champion your own isn't a great look. Those who know me know that I absolutely loathe PvP with a passion. I've never entered a PvP zone and never will. Like it or not though, PvP is part of the game, a part that some people enjoy. Other people enjoy PvE challenges, thus the Master of badges. Who are you to say "Well, I don't like this part of the game and damn those who do?"
