I am not a power player, no purples and no 4/8, I play (and test) like a normal, average solo and team play would play. Initial test with my Storm/Marine Corruptor in the Holz/Honoree incarnate intro mission seem to have little negative impact. I will say storm cell not moving messed up jousting rhythm a little but I overcame it. So far I haven't seen anything in the combat tabs about High Winds and nothing in the effects icon tray so I am wondering whats the deal there and because I am not seeing that I am assuming the lightning isn't proccing in Storm cell because I see no combat log entries on that. I am seeing lightning aura damage statements when other powers hit so that appears to be working. Did the Minotaur at the last mission of Rameil get downgraded? He was just a Boss this time and I remember him being an EB before -

Yeah, super not pleased with my procs being banged up on Whitecap with the recharge change, maybe increase the amount of Resist debuff if you are gonna stick with this. -

I used to have the same problem when I was out drinking in Japan; Shibuya, Shinjiku, or am I just in my room at the barracks watching Country of Ambition in my underwear. -
I like the changes that were made, it makes it so that you don't always 100% get Icebreaker (though its not super hard). A total booster ran 5 runs of it and 4 got the Icebreaker, one didnt cause map was janky and HK team 2 was spread out. Devs are just killing it with the TF/Trial reworks or creations (i.e Zoe and this)

My ears pop at how badly the Fonts suck.

The Stalker one with the chance to hide hits way more than it misses which means almost guarantees better damage and surviviability. I always to slot in in my T4 super sneaky death power.

So, started tweaking my Masterminds after the release of the latest patch. No real changes for me for Mercs, Bots and Ninjas. Necromancy - Alteration of the upgrade powers to factor in Heals and resists worked fine, saw the numbers change (Level 50 IO slotted in Second Upgrade (Lich was 33.75 but with Resist enhancement is 42.34). So Working as Designed. But two aren't. But I am not sure if I am missing some mechanic. I have re=read the Focused Feedback on these power groups, but I was mostly testing Sonic Armor so really didn't get to deep into my MMs then. Beasts - The ToHit works, IO makes it go from 7.5 to 9.41 - But the Will of the Wild that is supposed to bump up resist, its not even appearing. The Resistance from Self remains unchanged when upgrading (regardless of slotting). When a resist is slotted, still no change, zero Will of the Wild. So for beasts my questions are, is Will of the Wild only fired by Dire Wolf in combat? I am not seeing it buy maybe I am just not combatting enough while testing. I read the focused feedback and saw some tap dancy responses so I wanna get a comment before I say well this is bugged. Demons - Different Resist issue. using the Demon Prince for numbers his self resist is 17.43 (just noting). A 12.55 bump from Ember Shield from the Ember Demon shows on upgrade and matches the info in the power for the upgrade. But when an resist damage IO is slotted in, no change, still showing 12.55. I played all of the goofy tricks to make sure, dismissed, re summoned, dismissed then logged then relogged and summoned, no difference. Any insights, anything I am missing?

DFB is literally nothing in the scope of things to me, the only thing I use it as a judge of it is weather people can listen to direction about and weather MMs can control their henchmen. Its nothing to get to level 20 so that is when I start deciding if I like the character.

Hmmm. @ScarySai, I am watching that video watching you put up of the solo character +4/8 content (based on the mob size I am seeing and level 55) and to be quite honest, it doesn't look like it sucks. Looks like you are plowing through mobs at an amazing pace. Is suck code for something else, becuase I would love to suck like that. -

I didn't have a problem with it as a anchor toggle, Ive been playing toons with anchor toggles for a while (Rad, Cold Dom, etc). I had a problem having to reapply it against the same living target. When they expanded the toggle drop range out it was good for me. -
Below are my characters. I play /like Kheldins the least, the PB was made on a dare.The Arachnos VEATS are one trick ponies to me so there will never be any more made. Scrappers bore me as do Stalkers followed by Defenders and Corruptors (Both just Blasters having an identity crisis). Sentinels used to be a single one but I have found use for them. It took Homecoming to make me even want to play Melee types beyond one of each AT. Blaster 14 Brute 6 Controller 8 Corruptor 3 Defender 3 Dominator 5 Mastermind 7 Peacebringer 1 Scrapper 2 Sentinel 4 Soldier 1 Stalker 2 Tanker 3 Warshade 0 Widow 1

I see nothing in the build notes changing Attune from being a toggle to a click, it is supposed to be a toggle. What am I missing here? Now that Cost/ second. Ouch! And I am testing on a /Regen and a /Psionic Brute FOLLOW UP: Okay I totally get the cost for the face melting speed but it could come down maybe a smidge. -

New Build with attuned is night and day better. No longer clunky. visuals also a plus. My complaint was never about the newness or the mechanic of how it works it was the de-toggling and the extra work that was required to make it flow with the attacks chain. Now I flows. Bravo. Way better and still keeping the power new with the mechanism. -

Okay so yeah, Attune is clunky as hell. Still testing but its annoying. Reapplying is a PITA, an unnecessary PITA.
