I do not use Purples. I sell them. I love ATOs, almost every toon has them, I don't buy them so I have to play for them. After that, the below rules apply. My slotting is defined largely by how the character plays up to level 25 or so. Its easy to get there in fairly short order without a farm or a PL. This is also because the majority of the "good" Set IO's begin there slotability at 30 (I known there are many that are early, especially ATO and PvP), so that's my break point. So I play them freeform, with no real Mids work to level 20 in order to feel their play and determine fun. If they make it there then I frame them up in Mids and see what the numbers look like. If they look mediocre with a Set IO then I know they aren't worth the full investment but if they are fun they get flagged as Partial Set IO. There I give hem Set IOs that will impact positively the mediocre and enhance the fun; recharge, or some procs, things that bump recover up a little. The ones that look real good in Mids are moved to test and filled to see how it flows. I may have kitted them up with solid defense but if it was at the expense of play flow, I might rethink things. Anyway, if they pass this then I transcribe the buy list and then drive on playing. I am not in a rush to super charge them so for the more expensive ones, I will put the order in that I am willing to pay and wait. Also I use Enhancement Converters to turn what I don't need into what I do need. It works for me to where they all play well and I am not broke. In fact, I have two (2) Level 50's that are still slotted only with SO's and a handful of IOs (Doctor Finetush and Flattery). My crafting toon is working toward all Standard IO for them but that is also a take my time thing.

Honestly didn't know about this since I am usually focused on the 19th of September. But now I have two . . . TWO GLORIOUS Holidays to celebrate! I love this dimension.

I will help in Help channel answering legitimate questions. If I am on a PUG with em I try to be supportive. Otherwise its totally situational because some of my ideas for helping others aren't always helping and at time are dictating how they should play which I have no real right to do; my position on banning all farming being top of the list. That's why in game I keep those ideas in my pants. There are real helpers out there, as well as boosters. Okuri Okami the explore badges is for sure one. Oklahoman for the iTrial cycles, Blapperella for consistent quality speed runs, Monty Haull and Captain Canada with their Atlas Park philanthropy, Yomo and the free money and others of course.

Most of the time its Flight. Straight Flight with Hover, especially with my Blasters. Magic themed characters or ones that I am leveraging Rune of Protection on go Sorcery because Flight. I have a handful of Super Jumpers. I have a few with teleport but not as a travel power. Interestingly enough I have one with that speed run deal from Experimental Pool. Seems so fast, faster than Super Speed which I also have zero characters possessing. Part of the deal is that with flight I get other utility taking hover for hover blasting as well as a LotG Mule (also maybe a Karma KB). Sorcery gives me the bonus rune option if I also take enflame or bolt. Ironically I take Hasten all the time.

I am looking forward to it hoping that they give Ms. Marvel some of her joy back. The absence of fan girl joy in the series and a lot of episodes of not fun really wrecked a great opportunity. Seeing the Bollywood-esqe dance scene in the trailer and knowing the interaction with her family seen in the trailer and the end credits of the finale of Ms. Marvel says some excellent fun.
