And yet, I would still stop playing if I lost my names, as would others. People play on the less populated servers for a reason. Your suggestion would simply drive those players away from the game altogether, resulting in no benefit for the effort.

Personally, I enjoy playing on a less crowded server and I am very fond of my character names. If such a merge were forced upon me I would stop playing altogether. I have seen posts from many others expressing the same or similar sentiment. If you want to play on a more populated server then transfer yourself, leave my server alone please.

My Heroes always win. Mainly due to the fact I only have Heroes and no villains.

I'm old so I go at a slower pace. I did a few Hami raids years ago but that is about it. While I appreciate Snarky's stories of his experiences in PUGs, the PUG life just isn't for me.

It was probably December 2004, between Issue 2 and 3. The game wasn't out in 2003 I honestly find the game a lot more enjoyable solo. If it was required to team I would stop playing.

One set has to be the worst in class and Regen has been it for far too long. It is the only set that has it's own meme (afaik). I am all for a buff to Regen even though it will increase the occurrence of calls to... Nerf Regen there, I said it.

I have around 130 characters, half of them in Praetoria. I tend to switch back and forth from alt to alt so getting any one character to 50 takes awhile (months if not years). I am never in a rush to hit 50. I enjoy the journey more than the destination.

I solo'd Frostfire easily at level 13 on a Brute today. Just trigger him then run around a corner and wait for him to get into melee. An easy fight for any melee.

On a more important and off topic note, how is the new set? Are you done building Barad-Dur?

I make a leveling build to level 22 and 32 then a final build for 50+. I start slotting a few IO set pieces as early as level 7 but generally run SOs until 22 then sets the rest of the way. If I am struggling I make adjustments (respec) at 32 or so if needed. I tend to try out different powers and slotting on the road to 50. For my Praetorian characters I build for level 10, 15, and 20 (my points where I turn off xp to complete the story arcs for each zone). I usually frontload a lot of attack powers that I subsequently discard later on. Also, no travel power from 1-20 which gets changed once I am in Paragon City (usually a respec at level 22).

My team is always capped at 1. It always seems to fill quickly too
