  1. Fields of the Nephelim - Laura
  2. Arlo Guthrie - City of New Orleans
  3. Dem McCoury Band w/ Steve Earle - Texas Eagle
  4. Amboy Dukes - Surrender To Your King
  5. Goliath and the Sins of Babylon with Mark Forest is also enjoyably kinky.
  6. I usually run the wheel out as far as the map will let me so I can see what teammates are doing and which are in trouble.
  7. Maxim Berezovsky - Don't abandon me when I grow old
  8. Was going to ask, how'd you get smaller letters on the kiosk? Supergroup plaques and banners?
  9. Some of my favorite exploration badges are the ones in the Sewers and Abandoned Sewers. "Hades Aspirant" and "Persephone Supplicant" get at least some use, as do "Plutonian" and "Seeker of the Lost".
  10. Ultimate Spinach - Ballad of the Hip Death Goddess
  11. The Deviants - Billy the Monster
  12. Black Angels - Science Killer
  13. I gather you took it on a Brute? On a scrapper or tanker, attack speed is much less of an issue. It does work best. I think, with armors like ninjitsu or radiation that have an inherent recharge buff.
  14. Foer actually tanking Hamidon, IME Ageless (debuff resistannce) beats Barrier.
  15. I go for Tank on my tankers. And my blasters. 'Destined for Valhalla' and 'Vision of Despair' from Boomtown get displayed on many characters, as do 'Unspoiled' and 'Losing Paradise' from Eden. 'Liberator', the badge from the Eden trial, gets displayed a lot too, as do 'Mistress/Master of Olympus' for defeating Kronos Titan, and 'Emancipator' for doing a Clockwork King badge mission from Tina Mac. 'Strong and Pretty' from the BAF Trial is also a favorite, as is 'Hell Hath No Fury' from the Halloween banner event. 'Roman' and 'Centurion' from the ITF are also badges I use a lot. But Heraclea mostly sticks with 'General' which IIRC is for creating high level generic Accuracy enhancements.
  16. My understanding is that it involves Hovering and using ranged attacks longer than anything the target has to hold its attention and beat the target down, os using a range enhanced Taunt on a tanker to hold the enemy's attention while out of range from its attacks. I usually take leaping rather than flight on a tank. Not something I do myself.
  17. Pure Prairie League - Amie (full version)
  18. The Surfragettes - Undercover Secretary
  19. Gooble, gobble, one of us! I made one purely on a lark, to claim the punning name 'Ice Minstrel.' Ice something was a given, and I wanted to check out Plants. Once I saw what the powers did I chose to groom the character for Hamidon raiding. Most difficult part was thinking up a bunch of trash talk binds based on Stephen Foster, James Whitcomb Riley, and Al Jolson lyrics.
  20. I have always thought that character height affected the navigability of caves and other maps. I tend to build 'em tall, and am always running into torches and pipes or falling off railless catwalks. This may just be my clumsiness, but it may also relate to the fact that though each character is virtually the same shape, it puts your 'eyes' at a height appropriate to the model you chose.
  21. One other character to add, who lives on another server than my mains do: this one's a Radiation Armor/Street Justice tanker. I suppose it ought to be a more frequent occurrence to have primary and secondary powers to all be more attractive than pool powers.
  22. I find it hard to generalize about t9s. They are all over the place for me. There are some, like Bio's Parasitic Aura and Regen's Moment of Glory, that I consider bread and butter powers that I use frequently. The fact that they're t9 powers doesn't really figure into that. Regen's t9 is a go to if you have to take a tough alpha. Bio's is mostly a buff and debuff you can use. The ones that have mild crashes, like in Willpower and Shields, also have rather long or unbuffable recharges and get reserved for that special hell for powers that have extremely long recharges. That is, they're 'saved for emergencies' or 'saved for the right occasion' that, when that time comes come, you are so used to ignoring them that you have forgotten what the icon looks like or where you put it. So they don't get used then, either. Then there are the suicide buttons. These get skipped. Invulnerability's Unstoppable is the prototype. Apparently the one in Energy Aura is similar. I just got my Energy brute to 38 and happily passed it by. Then I started second guessing myself, since Energy Aura seems quite bad out of the box, a weaker version of Invulnerability without the scaling mechanism where more mobs make the armor stronger. I also skipped Energy Cloak, and maybe I need it, but a stealth power on a set with a taunt aura in its mez protection seems full of fail as well. The self-rez buttons ae also usually ignored; why spend a power pick on something you could have in an inspiration? Or a P2W boughten power?
  23. Qliphotic Rugose Cyclopean Effulgence Non-Euclidean (Make mine Lovecraft!)
  24. Chicken blast or chicken projection. The one thing that has a chance to defeat those squirrels.
