Mystic Flight - Is Combat Jumping or Hover a better bedfellow?

I still have SpeedOnDemand and CityBinder if you want them.... I have not tinkered with Mystic Flight and the old binds renaming them to work, but the automatic sprint when moving is a lifesaver. -

This was specifically in the context of Mystic Flight in the Sorcery pool. So it would be an extra pool either way. My specific question involves whether Combat Jumping changes the way Mystic Flight works, the way Hover does? Thank you for your answer, though! -
Based solely on taking Tactics and Maneuvers vs. Tough and Weave... Which combo would you pick? Ignore teaming for the moment. Best utility for a solo Blaster. Most Blasters have an Aim or Build Up, so I was questioning the need for Tactics. HOWEVER... Most builds I look at go Leadership over Fighting. Is it just the teaming benefit? Is Maneuvers that much better than Weave on a Blaster? What am I missing? Thanks for any feedback!

When combined with Mystic Flight, Hover offers a "Stop on a dime" functionality, and can mule a LOTG +rech. I have not tried it, but does the same thing occur with Combat Jumping? I know it also can take the LOTG. Is there an advantage anyone can see, or variety of mobility/functionality when running one vs. the other? If you were going to dip into one pool or the other to combine with Sorcery, which would you pick? Edit: I also recall Hover grants some Knockback protection, you flip instead. Combat Jumping offers some Immobilization protection. Thanks!

How good is Touch From Beyond? Specifically... As a Dark/Dark Blaster, we have access to Life Drain for Health recovery and Dark Consumption for Endurance recovery. Can these powers be skipped with an aggressive well slotted Touch From Beyond? What would those slots be? Do you find yourselves taking all three powers? Thank you in advance, glorious Hive Mind!

Just today, the map that appears inside the map window started automatically sliding south (thereby displaying the extreme north) when ever I stand still. As if the map itself is very heavy, and is sliding down. The Map Window itself, is fine and good, it is the terrain in the window that slides all by itself! Has this happened to anybody else before? I have reset my binds. I have unplugged and replugged my mouse. I checked the mouse (Naga X) for new drivers. I logged out and logged back in. I am now going to see if it affects other characters.... Any ideas? -Thanks! EDIT: I don't know why it happens, but it seems to be connected to the automatically scale UI function. I fixed it by checking that box under Window--> Options.
