Good Morning! I currently have a 36th level Time/Psychic Defender "Amelia Raitt" (Ameliorate) I went with Power Mastery, and grabbed Power Build Up... But I am wondering if anybody has other thoughts or ideas? Scorpion Shield would give me a 5th spot to mule a LOTG 7.5% Help me, Heroes!

Target is a valid location when creating a /bind, however. /bind BUTTON5 "powexec_name Savage Leap$$powexec_location target_custom_near enemy alive Savage Leap" This allows me to use my thumb button to BAMF! and rip into enemies behind/below/above I haven't even seen yet...

If I wanted to meet new people or expand my social circles in anyway I would shut off my computer and go outside. I can't thank you enough for this. I have a full set on a Dark/Dark Blaster with the Sorcery Pool. I was struggling to find a place for it, because I wanted to slot Life Drain for damage. This is a great solution, even if I don't use the power!

So... the cool thing is you can change the sounds and fonts in COX.... and.... to a certain extent turn off graphics. You can turn off effects on your own character for any power pool. /bind KEY "SuppressCloseFX 1$$SuppressCloseFXdist 300" This will turn off your auras and armors visual effects for you, in your view only, unless you scroll 300 feet out. Others will still see them. change the number as you desire /bind KEY "SuppressCloseFX 0" will turn all the visual fireworks back on. Pick two keys you like.

I have a werefox and a xenoform Alien that both /crouch after every action. I mapped it to the numpad zero button and it is second nature now to hit it with my pinky after every attack.

Hmmm... I wonder why? I am not arguing for it, mind you... I just wonder about the coding. Maybe because Rest takes "Enhance Healing" enhancements and Preventive is an "Improve Healing" set item? Are there any other Procs that work in Universal Inherent powers? Does anybody know the sticking point or semantic caveat?

I was wondering, since the trigger is stated as your health being between 31 and 75%... Would this still function just being slotted in Rest? ( The backstory is basically I am respec'ing a lv 50 Dark/Dark Blaster, and would rather slot Life Drain for damage. I have the empty slot in Rest. If I put the Proc in Rest, will it still fire when my health is low, not just when I use Rest? I actually have a full set of Preventative Medicine, but no good places to put it. Might email the set to another character...) Thanks for any advice!

This happens to me as well, specifically on DFB and DIB... Almost every time. I thought it was just me!
