One sidestep to the rule of 5 is the Luck of the Gambler +recharge that gives 7.5% global recharge. It is different from a set that gives 7.5% global recharge as a set bonus. You can have 5 of each.

I though about that, since I have a mod which gets rid of most of the graphics(need one for rad armor). I don't know enough about tanker bio to judge how it would compare though the extra damage would be nice.

I have a concept character I put on test of an Ice/regen brute that I tested at 50 doing 4/8 newspaper missions. I never had to use my big heals. I was wondering how a tanker would do. Since tankers do not have regen, I figure WP is the closest.

The closest I come is my character, Cosplay Avenger, who wears outfits of her favorite comic book characters. I figure it falls under the same rules as people who cosplay at conventions.

I made good use of taunt on an ITF. I jumped into one group and taunted the next one to me. It should be easier with the new aggro changes. I was on a stone/rad, so I had two auras to keep the group I was in taunted.

I plan on farming all the currency I need for it and putting it into storage when I have enough to create the character who can pick it up and buy it at level 1.

Except to have your character look the way you want from level 1, it is a lot of extra work before you can create that character.

Cones do not need a forced target cap since they have an applied one by being a cone and you are only going to get so many mobs in it.

I would to see a power that mezzes a mob by making it do a dance emote for the duration.

What character can get 4 offensive toggles? My stone/rad tank only has two that I would consider offensive.

Yeah, I figured that while the answer is simple, the execution would be horrendous to actually do. I have not been in an AE mission on Homecoming to know how afk farming is set up. I don't really see the point of farming much less afk farming. You run the same mission over and over until you are 50 and have all your vet levels and then what? There is no point in playing that character in the actual game and I would rather play my other the way the game is set up instead of giving them everything they will ever need at level 1.

If farming is the reason for the merit change and the AE changes, then it seems the simple answer is to prevent AFK farming.

I wish all of the invisibility powers had an option to not be faded or invisible. I out a lot of effort into my costumes and I want to see them. I have gotten to where I don't take stealth or sets with stealth powers no matter how useful they are.

There is a pop menu that has all badges, history plaques and so forth with clickable links. It even has a section for the stat accolades that tells you which parts you have done.

I used to drag that mission out just to listen to that music. Another good one is the song from I Walk Into Empty. If I find the sounds annoying, I just might replace them with some good old Aretha Franklin scat which would be hilarious.
