This is for my character, The Cosplay Avenger. Hi! I am Mandy Alexander, cosplayer extraordinaire, Swiftie, devoted anime fan and Oh yeah, Superhero! Yes I do have a super power, sort of. Its totally lame-o for fighting bad guys but useful for being a Superhero. It keeps me from being identified. People will not know its me even if they saw my face. I can use an outfit that shows my face, change into regular clothes and walk in front of a person who saw me in costume and they will not recognize me. When I wanted to start being a Superhero, I couldn't decide on a costume. Then it occurred to me that why chose one costume when I can put my Cosplay skills to use. I can also use my Swiftie detective skills to find clues to solve crimes. A friend outfits me with special ammo for my guns that are non-lethal, but boy do they hurt when they hit someone. They can actually knock someone off their feet. I have different load-outs for special enemies. I don't want to actually kill someone, but this way I can arrest them with extreme prejudice! Ciao ciao!

I just noticed that Frigid Protection under blaster's Ice Manipulation adds the recharge bonus to all powers instead of subtracting it.

Just give me melee and a buff set like kinetics or I will Tsoo someone! ;D

I think the saving grace of Blinding Powder is that it takes a confuse proc if I remember right. This can make it worth having.

This might be a way to bypass that one auto power rule.

Or you can search the old forums for the popmenu that you can make a macro button that will allow you to open a menu to do all of them.

True, but that would take some time to get there and a lot of influence I don't have yet. I did create a fire/ice character. What sort of things should I look for? I would guess acrobatics along with the usual haste, tough and weave? I am not sure there is anything that I would absolutely need haste for. I will have to check. Any skipable powers?

In an effort to play one of each AT I am giving blasters another try. I don't think I ever got one above 20 in the old game. I know Fire/ will do more damage and has 4 AoE powers while Ice only has 3. I am leaning towards Fire/Ice as it looks like /Ice has a bit more survivability.

I haven't gotten the flight poses to work yet.

I am also interested in this question as I was planning to slot a bunch of procs into my dark cone immobilize.

I haven't remade my mastermind yet either. She was a bots/FF and I am not sure if I want to go that route again. She was supposed to be a doctor who specialized in medical robotics.

I hope this doesn't dash my plan to put several damage procs into my cone immobilize for my controller.

How eould you compare grav/rad with dark/dark? I almost went grav/dark, but wanted AM.

I noticed the build has no speed debuff protection so I need to account for that too.

Well drat. I was hoping to make it perma. Now I need to figure out how much recharge to get rid of because I already had hasten and AM perma. Still having it at 2 minutes recharge and lasting 90 seconds is good enough I guess.

I had this idea to try and get the Rune of Protection's 600 second recharge to perma status to see if it can be done. However I have run into a wall on the builder. I have not crossed the rules of 5 yet and still have more recharge that I can add, but it will not go down below 120 seconds no matter how much more recharge I add. Is this some rule I don't know about since hasten seems to be stuck at 90 seconds or is it a bug with the planner?

Is this an automatic setting as the option still will not let me change it?

You might want to try the alive modifier. Targetcustomnext alive quantum. I haven't been able to get it to let go of a dead target for some reason.

Yeah I should have specified non melee. I have enough melee right now. I am looking at defender, dominator and controller vs the corrupter that I have now to see how fast they solo along with group utility. I made a gravity/rad controller that I just started playing around with.

Are you doing this as a bind or a text file you load? The text file holds more than a bind can AFAIK.
