I have another question about Frigid Protection. I noticed that under accurate healing there is another +end mod. Would it be good or too much to have a +end from Theft of Essence and Performance Shifter in this power and one +end stamina?

It can't be done, as a macro...But thanks to Adeon Hawkwood for a bind assist the other day, it can be done as a bind.. /bind [key] "powexec_name [second power]$$powexec_name [first power]" doesn't work because it keeps queuing the last power in the bind, but /bind [key] "powexec_toggleon [second power]$$powexec_toggleon [first power]" only evaluates powers that are in an "off state" and ignores powers that are firing or in cooldown. So for this bind, it will go to the last power in the command that is off (not in cooldown or firing). So the 2nd power being last will fire. When pressed again, now that the 2nd power is on cooldown it will fire the first power. I did test this just now and sadly it only works for 2 powers, not 3... I actually got /macro FLR "powexecname Flares$$powexectoggleon Ice Patch" to work.... One time! It fires the ice patch on the first click and flares on the second, then it gets stuck on ice patch recharging. I have been messing around with loading the bind using a text file since it is easier to change and reload using two computers. I can seem to get it to work.

Wouldn't a more balanced form of dps comparison be if all powers were slotted with level 50 SOs? IOs sets are too dependant on too many factors.

I am wondering if I can macro some of my attacks to fire off a click power first and if it is on cool down then fire the attack off instead. I think it can be done.

I am not sure this is true. They are global and work as long as you don't drop down below 3 levels of the IO unless you make the attuned. I could be wrong........

Someone posted this on the Defenders forum. I don't know if it gets around the one auto power rule. /bind rshift+numpad7 "powexec_auto Healing Aura$$powexec_name Healing Aura$$powexec_unqueue" I have healing aura on numpad 7 and hitting right shift + numpad 7 starts it and healing aura auto fires forever until I hit shift + numpad 7 again and it cancels

I have a fire/ice blaster that is in the low 20s right now. I want to get the most out of Frigid Protection. What is the best way to slot it? I was planning on putting the procs in health and stamina including the Chance for Absorb proc.

Can you go back and get the Moral High Ground badge through Ouroboros? I am not sure if it includes alignment swapping.

I made this character concept look, but I have no idea who she is or what AT or power set she would be.

This is for my character, The Cosplay Avenger. Hi! I am Mandy Alexander, cosplayer extraordinaire, Swiftie, devoted anime fan and Oh yeah, Superhero! Yes I do have a super power, sort of. Its totally lame-o for fighting bad guys but useful for being a Superhero. It keeps me from being identified. People will not know its me even if they saw my face. I can use an outfit that shows my face, change into regular clothes and walk in front of a person who saw me in costume and they will not recognize me. When I wanted to start being a Superhero, I couldn't decide on a costume. Then it occurred to me that why chose one costume when I can put my Cosplay skills to use. I can also use my Swiftie detective skills to find clues to solve crimes. A friend outfits me with special ammo for my guns that are non-lethal, but boy do they hurt when they hit someone. They can actually knock someone off their feet. I have different load-outs for special enemies. I don't want to actually kill someone, but this way I can arrest them with extreme prejudice! Ciao ciao!

I just noticed that Frigid Protection under blaster's Ice Manipulation adds the recharge bonus to all powers instead of subtracting it.

Just give me melee and a buff set like kinetics or I will Tsoo someone! ;D

I think the saving grace of Blinding Powder is that it takes a confuse proc if I remember right. This can make it worth having.

This might be a way to bypass that one auto power rule.

Or you can search the old forums for the popmenu that you can make a macro button that will allow you to open a menu to do all of them.

True, but that would take some time to get there and a lot of influence I don't have yet. I did create a fire/ice character. What sort of things should I look for? I would guess acrobatics along with the usual haste, tough and weave? I am not sure there is anything that I would absolutely need haste for. I will have to check. Any skipable powers?

In an effort to play one of each AT I am giving blasters another try. I don't think I ever got one above 20 in the old game. I know Fire/ will do more damage and has 4 AoE powers while Ice only has 3. I am leaning towards Fire/Ice as it looks like /Ice has a bit more survivability.
