My character, Model Citizen has a special armored yet stylish outfit for sewers complete with a filtered protective bubble to cover her head. -
I looked at a few dark builds and it had defenses in the 60s-70s. I opened another planner and slotted it the same way and came out with far less numbers.

I am wracking my brain to think of 6 unique IOS. I am at work, so I can't easily check it. I know of the two from the ATO sets and the two from the recharge pet sets, but what are the other two?

Would you be so kind as to describe the issue? Pine's v2.22 (have not tested the beta update) simply does nothing when you try to import a build (where "build" is a data chunk copied to the clipboard). This applies even to data chunks produced in v2.22. I see this too. The links work fine, but the chunk just opens to the default blaster for me.

I would do Fire/Ice Blaster myself. Damage, damage, and Ice! I have a fire/ice blaster after never touching them in the original game. You get your sustain at 10 which gives you absorb and energy regeneration as well as slowing mobs. Drop an ice patch on a group of mobs and beat they like a red headed step childwhile they bounce. -

From what I have read, broad sword works great on a stalker and sucks for everyone else. -
I wanted to see what this would look like as a brute. Its very close. Some things the brute gets better and some the tanker gets better. You would have to improve the defenses some with an alpha slot to get the tanker levels of defense. I just noticed something about the MM ATOs You could 2 slot each of them into 3 powers and get 30% recharge and 12% global damage. It might be worth trying to figure a way to do that in a build.

I have a first draft of my blaster for your consideration. I didn't want to focus too much on any one things and gimp myself in other areas, though I may have done so anyways. Its not soft capped, and I didn't really want to use hasten on every character I create. I figure if things are moving and attacking slow for less damage while falling down, my relative defense is far greater than the numbers.
