  1. You can't, really. You'd be going between Hibernate/Ageless/Dominate and still have to manage yourself. You'd have to build for a Cardiac perma hasten build, if you really wanted to run on auto pilot. Personally, I think it's overkill to go for S/L + Ranged. Go for S/L/E and call it a day. Again, you're looking at almost 1 end/s just from Arctic Air and Chilling Embrace... Ice ;acks a lot of the HOLD abilities/random side things, so you're stuck being ... crafty... about what powers you pick This is perma hasten (at 114) with +5s in there; but the highest attack is down from over 12 to 8.1, which is the aoe root... down to 1.85 with Support Hybrid selected.
  2. There's one with like version 1 thru 7 in different threads.
  3. Hate to say it, but the reason Arcanatime doesn't matter for most folks is they simply don't queue attacks like what it requires to actually matter. For Arcana Time to matter in real combat, people have to be targeting a new target (if a target is going to die) and queueing an attack during an animation. Most people here don't play that way (sorry, not sorry), so the numbers are a bit misleading. For theorycrafting/on-paper analysis, ofc Arcana Time is the way to go, though.
  4. Still will likely need Ageless / Support Hybrid for end issues though (just a symptom of Arctic Air and Chilling Embrace, really). But Perma hasten, 45% S/L 45% Ranged...
  5. Charges are in top left. When a power turns orange, it means you're powered up. Most powers will build if youre beneath orange or consume if youre at 3. Aqua bolt builds Hydrobolt builds Dehydrate will build if less than 2, consume to heal 50% more if at 3 Water jet will build if less than 2, consume at 3 to instantly cooldown Water Burst will always consume, dealing additional damage per stack + higher chance to knock Steam Spray always grants 1 Whirlpool always grants 1 Geyser always consumes, increasing the damage and chance to stun -- at 3, it will always stun (within its magnitude) Tidal Focus (AIM), will instantly grant 3 Generally Water Jet is your best "@3" power to use... but obv different situations might make the AoE a better choice. Unlike a lot of other combos in the game, its pretty beneficial to use the right power when its orange (again, usually water jet).
  6. There are some run speed builds here... But I wonder -- is run speed better than getting 95% resist via winter sets?
  7. I think that's what I meant. lol xD

    WP/SJ Build...

It does great... but end drain is a bummer. Anything to do for that? Or do I need to run ageless just for mobs that drain end... 😕 If I do run Ageless, is the recovery one better for this purpose? Not sure if the eventual 21 end resist will do much...
  9. Its a fast 4proccer.
  10. With FFs, its the big giant bubble of Hold/Stun immunity that gets overlooked and shouldn't. Lots of things can do defense. But only sonic and bubbles do the aoe-always-on status resistance. Except sleep. On sonic. Which makes no sense to me. Like, WTF. MY SOUND DOESNT KEEP ME AWAKE?...
  11. Did you also find one dies a lot? I always turn around and only is ever left alive. They really are not great.

    Ice/Psi

Thanks 🙂 1. The AoE immob is a thought; no cons to it, just a preference thign for me at this point 2. WoC is definitely one of those "I like the way it looks" power choices - def agree that I would get WAY more mileage out of Indom Will (although Im at 5 LOTG already -- but i can double slot recharge reducers in it which would perma it for capped psi 3. I'm going to stick with Psi out of hatred for, well, Psi. lol Thinking #2 might be the best route to go here -- will probably take the extra slot into health for a numinas for a little wiggle room... though another 5% psi resist appeals to my psi-hatred... lol Decided to go the KB route - with Dom thats +13 KB resist, so 97% of the game neutered.
  13. the dots also open them up to ranged damage and ato sets
  14. They're the same - but it's the rest of the pool you get to choose from. .. which basically means do you want Sup conditioning or not, lol.

Also what is the cap on enemy -recharge? -75?😮
  16. Throw it in Poison Arrow. Thx devs.

    Ice/Psi

Ice. I never get to it. I only have one power in the whole set I like nowadays (Hi Arctic Air). It lacks a lot of pazzaz. Anyways, figured I'd give mind another go since my last (dark/psi) wasn't; my favorite, but I primarily blame dark because... I don't like dark. So here we go. It's capped ranged, 35% melee. It's 1 attack short of my preferred (6 total buttons not including the cones) since dart isn't doing anything. There's no heavy hitter here outside of Lance/Probe. Endurance looks to be a pain... but only like .23 off from perma drain. Theft of essence seems less worthwhile than power transfer, but open on thoughts there (for drain psyche). If it werent for hasten I'd be down to go for another Alpha, but 117 with 2+5 recharge doesnt seem too forgiving.
  18. I think you mean Red Robin Campfire sauce goes on french fries.
  19. Use it to break an alpha and call it day.
  20. Not as bad as the ones who send tells to anyone who loooks like a fire farmer walking about AE. lol
  21. I've done that since I was a kid... and ketchup and cheese sandwiches.
  22. Icy has it too - not that it synergizes anymore. Though I'd argue you really have to determine whether we mean synergize as in enhance or synergize as in works well with. I'd argue slowing the recharge so you can drain in between so they can't activate is pretty synergistic. Having them miss the 1 attack that goes through is pretty good too, as is knockdown to give more chances to drain the last tick. I do agree that Psi goes well though with Electric. If I wanted to be a real drainer, I'd go Elec/Psi/Mu or Elec/Earth/Mu. I think Earth does just fine with Elec, due to conductive wanting you to be in melee so much while providing some more control in there with KD going. However, the power of End drain only comes at 100% drained, which is why I think PB is so worthwhile for it overall, since it gets them to zero faster -- and then the incarnates you mentioned help keep them there. Mind you, my Elec is /Thorns, so take me with a grain of salt, lol
  23. Yuck. I only do medium. Anything less tastes like bleh. Just yuck. And I only eat steak to eat A1. Come at me.
  24. Curious question- I know /elec is chosen because it, well, has end drain... but I always found it meager compared to what Elec does... so my question: wouldn't an end drain focused build be better off with a Power Boost secondary? If it's thematic, ignore this, but if it's for "all in -end drain," I feel like you'd be better off having a power boost than the 7-10% drain in the attacks in between 😛
  25. Why are you skipping Ice and Emp? lol. Or flash even.
