I actually do farm (pretty much nonstop) on TB every day. But my farming once in a farm is pretty sporadic -- sometimes i watch movies and just afk farm, sometimes I work and afk farm - sometimes I actually try. So I might not be the bestest farming buddy for someone that's looking for cash fast

Like 4M on the high end....

Sometimes my pets listen better than my teammates ; (

I think it's a trap that should just be made a passive 😜
-
Why the kismet? The only thing that can't reliable hit +3 is Oppressive Gloom, and you could just take the kismet out and slot OG with 2x Endoplasm 😜

What names are giving them? You can get some funny things if you name them after commands... Like Left Center Enter Right Down Up

*The OP* I ended up making a Psi/Rad which is like unkillable and enjoyable - with endless endurance (yay). I also made an Ice/Bio which is also great fun, lol Needless to say, rad did what I wanted it to do. Just gonna save /elec for a Sentinel one day when I feel like playing it since it gets to sit at 800% regen the whole time

Thanks all. Sorry to make this not so useful, as I decided just to re-costume/recolor my Water/Poison Corruptor and use that. Despite the debuffs being so much weaker, I just like it better. :P.

I think it's incredibly moot and short sighted for a (relatively dead) game to try and argue original design intentions are more important than actual functionality. Design intentions/goals are not always where things end up - in any game. And they certainly missed the mark with Brute as a scrapper and MM as a Tanker. This is especially true in HC, as these devs directly balance brute against Tanker, as we've seen in the tanker updates. To use wow as an example, Druids were originally intended to be master of none, shifting in and out of forms as needed. But it didn't play out that way, hence their role changed to be a multi-spec with a focus on whatever role that spec was. The original wow was built with the idea that Priests were the primary healers, with druids as the backup healers. Obviously they didn't end up there. Same with Shaman tanks. Anyways, my point is that to literally stick to what the devs wanted vs what actually happens is just silly. Case and point: League of Legends has MULTIPLE champions that were built for a specific role - literally a specific lane to play in - yet players find one that works out better. And what do the devs do? They either encourage that by including it as a role, or they nerf them out of that role -- mages as support or supports as mages is a common theme here. Also, I'm not sure how often you played Red back on live -- but your brute was your tanker dude. And your Corruptor was your defender dude, despite being the blaster of Red. It's just irrelevant. Devs are not omniscient. And unless they design against it, the player always wins.

So thinking of coming back to poison - in a very active way. I formerly played a Poison/Water corruptor, which was fun (although endurance was an issue) - but maybe the debuffs will prove a bit more helpful seeing how much stronger they are on Def. I know there are poison guides out there, but trying to think between 2 builds... 1st - I have -KB in here, though I don't think it's necessary with Clarion. But I'm worried with Clarion that end will be an issue... scary. So I took Cardiac, Blah. I know i could probably get away with using the P2W vendor buffs, but not sure I wanna spend the thought to go back and do that every 8 hours. anyways I am trying to pick between Dark or Sonic. Dark would be seemingly more defensive while Sonic would be more offensive (for obvious reasons) -- but dark also has a heal (that I slotted for heal rather than apocalypse in this case for 20% heal on demand).... I also veered to melee defense since I'll be in melee with VG. Now for some background - I like to run into things. I don't like to wait on teams. So being tanky is a must - but the question is am i tanky enough with VG + these defenses. Will dark serve me better with more - acc, or do I already have enough? A Caveat, however: I play a LOT of sonic attacks - like, I've played it several times over. My favorite set (since it launched)-- meanwhile, I haven't played dark since like Issue 2. So that'd be a fun change, though I do play Necro MMs with the blasts, lol. Also, Dual Pistols is a consideration with Ammo... though I feel like I'd end up with Incendiary anyways... thoughts on that? Not sure how I feel about spitting poison and using guns though 😛 (Yes, I am deathly afraid of End issues without Ageless here.... to the point where I would even think about getting a lore pet first just for the end buffs they give)... Sonic Dark

Rad doesn't have a real replacement for Lightning Bolt (X-ray is basically Charged Bolts while Neutrino is in its own little gap filler world). Irradiate matches to Short Circuit, which leaves you ball lightning to Electron haze-- a cone vs a targeted aoe. Down the line, though - Rad would get Cosmic Burst (its big hitter) and another AoE, vs a hold (which can be procced out to be a big hitter) and a little fuzz ball. Early on, Electricity has everything a basic ranged set has -- it just doesn't have any of the extras because it gives it up for an all-or-nothing secondary effect. It's niche, so finding a way to make it work better rather than replacing it is ideal -- hence, A) some sort of debuff at Zero end, B) chain lightning sparks somehow that would spread more drain/-recovery Heck, even making the Self+end a little PbAoE would be cool and give a support aspect to the set.
-
For A), in case you haven't, you can powexec_location me Voltaic Sentinel to at least pseudo-do what you want 🙂 PS I'm down for changing AIM to be a mini self-Amp Up- like >>+acc, +special (end drain), +chance to fire electrical bolts that deal damage (akin to Martial Arts +toxc dmg) and drain end.... >: ) just call it CHARGE UP lol

Purples and Winter sets are 20m-30m (you can boost the cheaper winter sets instead of paying 30). The others are 500-1.5M (the yellow sets)
-
Water example (proc based builds, btw) And Dark You can fit trip mine or time bomb in if you want (most like Trip Mine). I however do not use them, lol
-
Water or Dark, IMO. Dark for debuffs -- water for more trap stuff (lots of +FF opps). Water would probably be more fun for YOU, the player. I wouldn't go AR - A) it's a pretty common pairing B) I have an AR character that I like a lot - but AR is just a drain on the soul.

How do you hit anything with 62%-75% chance to hit +3s on Benumb, Infrigidate, Heat Loss and Hydroblast ?
-
Theyre not really at 0 endurance long enough for that to help? Hitting 0 endurance could do some sort of Convulsion hold for a few seconds. That'd be pretty neat. Anyways, my problem with elec is that because the debuff doesn't do anything unless you try to make it (and even then it doesnt do a lot), you basically just have a set that does damage. It doesn't have anything else that it does or makes it special. And your only non-pbaoe (which isn't all too great for damage) is ball lightning (and the nuke). It feels like it's short an AoE -- here's looking at you, Voltaic Sentinel. Maybe they could make 1. The pet start doing Chain lightning attacks 2. The pet give you a buff that makes your attacks chain 3. The pet give a debuff to enemies that makes attacks chain (like, when hit by X attacks from master, do an attack on nearby enemy Y). Start building them chaining ideas into lightning like the melee/control have 😜

I farm a character from 1 to 50+60 merits. Use that influence + the influence from another character that I farm 1 to 50+60 merits to IO it out. Join some random teams in PI or DA, proceed to reroll some other random character I want and farm that. Does that count Outside of that, I like 4x8 teams and go from there.

Not sure of the goals here - as some times you go for melee defense but other times you don't - sometimes you got for resistance, but skip Shield wall. Without changing the powers too much - except for Tactics out for Vengeance - here's a ranged defense soft capped version. It's also a hell of a lot cheaper. I'm assuming you want to stay at range since you skip the melee powers (like FSC/Consume) except for Burn. Please note - I didn't remove hot feet, but I don't like or use it and have no clue how to slot it. So do what you will with that lol

I initially avoided mAsterminds in favor of other ats but since I started full attack chains a while ago on my MMs they’re much more fun and much more efficient in a team setting. That being said, it’s definitely different than when I play my stalkers - who steam roll everything. But I also only play necro (right now I’m at 4 necros and a ready to go demon without enhancements)

They’re Both good. Cold is very good at what it does. that being said, I think your impression of storm is a bit off- as with IOs the other powers (TStorm, Tornado even gale) all become significantly more powerful— enough so that defender is a better fit because so much damage comes from those which don’t benefit from scourge

Make Snipes Actually Instant Like They Used to be

Am Yeah this one has a huge delay. Proton volley feels slow too to actually fire the first orb. -
You give up a lot for perma og. It’s not like hasten or domination where you lose out if it’s not perma. That being said, grabbing force for FF can get it perma easier than slotting more recharge.

Do you want to be a mini ice blaster? time Do you want to be a storm summoning monster of chaos? Storm the people that say time is basically an Armor set aren’t wrong. If you want to focus primarily on ice, time will help. If you want a more active primary, storm will be better. I think Ice is a pretty fun blasting set, so time would be a good choice.

Are you also sure it's using the right card? You can make sure to set CoH to always use your RTX in the control panel if you haven't.
