We have real coffee pots now, but no tea kettles! Here's my tea kettle - wish that O2 tank were tintable but jade green enamel isn't bad: O2 tank 1 flipped upside down, Desk lamp 1 (off) flipped upside down for the handle and lid, urinal cake for the knob on the lid, Microphone 2 for the spout.

I see that issue with disorganized Z-buffers all the time! Annoying to deal with.

You know what I want? Kind of a simple request, easily done by those who have the power but tedious, but you know how the Barbarian Ring and Barbarian Iron gloves have both a Skin and a Tights option? Let's get that for *all* glove models that don't reach the elbow and/or leave the hand bare. The list of them: Small Pointed Glove, Small Flared Glove, Tied, Wristbands, Plant w/Leaves, and the female-only Cloud Bracer and Dragon Bracer. Hell, let's throw in boots too - Kung Fu/Slip On 1, Tied, Plant w/Leaves, Hellenic Sandals, and the female Bridal Heel, Strappy, Sandals, Slip On 2, and Talons Claw Feet! Conversely, how about a Talons Armor glove that has a With-Skin option (bare hand)? And a With-Skin option for all Organic Armor parts, please - the Awakened have that but players can't, plez fix 😆

well thanks, I love hearing that! The Hour Thief is the most beloved of my characters (as you can see from my forum avatar) so it makes me happy to hear he's appreciated. Here's a full sized version of that portrait of him, which I consider his definitive visual concept.

It's because chest and legs use textures that cover just half the body and are then mirrored, to save on processing power. PC faces don't do that. In order to have asymmetrical chest and legs, they'd have to "cut apart" the existing models down the middle (hopefully not leaving a visible seam! No guarantee that would actually work!) and do what they just did for gloves and boots. Kind of a more major project than it seems.

I saw a fantasy lizardman making good use of those shoulders! Tech Knight helmet detail though - the horns - I wouldn't use that for anything other than a WH40K character.

And the first discount art has been made! Mordenkai, from my supergroup 🙂 second one gives me skeletor vibes but the guy liked it, so I'm calling it a win!

Some good skies that do not have a day/night cycle include Cimerora (day) and Space (night).

We do have non-butterfly insect wings already - though oddly, it's a triple pair of wings, which no insect has (double pairs for everything but flies which have a single pair... and a butterfly isn't a fly, for the record). Still, it gets the job done. What I'd really like is some rotten, exposed-bone zombie bird wings. We have bat/dragon options with bone, but nothing with bone and feathers! And on the topic of insects, beetle wings would be cool too, with the shield that opens up and the wings that come out from under that.

Ohhhhh this was a fun one. I'm open again!

Haha, back on live I had some Menders of my own that were 'veiled' (by which I mean the veil being completely transparent) expies of characters from well-known time travel stories... Mender Epoch (Bots/Thermal MM), Mender Zeal (Fire/Dark/Mu Corruptor), and Mender Lathrop (Kin/Elec Defender)... let's see if I can reconstruct their costumes from memory:

I don't have a character to use this on, but I've had it sitting around and just my luck - last night, someone joined my group with a bee-themed character who had no hero costume yet! It'll probably be adjusted by the actual player to match face and desired colors, but I wanted to show it off here as just mine, too:

Look it's a young Edmund when he was in the Navy - god he's weird clean-shaven (This is the Not City Of Heroes version of him; in the gameverse he was in the Hero Brigade, not the Navy, and wouldn't be conforming to these uniform regulations - but I already painted that one!)

That is the Devil's Doctor, @Tinhead's character! He's a DB/Dark Armor brute but yeah Pain Dom would be the exact set for him if he were a support AT 🙂 Thanks! We want those skeletal bird wings for him so bad in the tailor, haha
