I enjoy the show, but I agree, to be so widely known, I have to wonder how they're not more...but then, look at the X-Men. They mess with people minds all the time, but don't mess with the politicians minds?

Yes. We do. But the non comic audience, but yes, I'd also say it helps lead Metamorpho realizing he can't just sit there in the hopes he can one day get to his son.

I felt the scene was showing just how evil Lex and the Belarus President were. Lex murders someone in cold blood and they both shrug it off. Lex is more than just a guy with a high IQ and a little prick who's jealous of Superman, he's evil regardless. If it wasn't Superman he'd be going after someone else.

Visual aid for zone explore badges completed?
BrandX replied to Jacktar's topic in Suggestions & Feedback
Not against it, but don't you have the knowledge of if you have them all or not by looking to see if you have the accolade for that zone? -
I can feel the Slow Resist working well, since it stacks up to 60% (3 stacks of 20%)...not sure I really feel it's Recovery and Endurance Debuff resistance that much. Love it's Confuse and Fear Resistance and that it has +Perception. I won't say the set is the most survivable but it does best when it's Aura of Insanity works well (which does better with an attack set that mezzes) but when the enemy is resistant to the mezzing, can be a bit tough. So far, not sure I think it's that good on Stalkers, but Scrapper, Brute and Tankers I have thought it has done very well.

Weak to Lethal, yet easy enough to reach Lethal cap or close to it. Energy/Negative/Fire/Cold are pretty standard levels.

As mentioned he was in two cape movies...Winter Soldier and Endgame. 🙂 For me tho, the fave of Robert Redford movies where I would say he's the star...The Natural and SNEAKERS

That's what I was thinking but VS was used in the charts.

Is Vengeful Slice really good on Stalkers for ST DPS?
-
I thought the Damage Bonus made it to live too, but thinking on it, maybe Staff doesn't have any +Damage boost to it.
-
I love a lot of the lower end sets, and while I think even at the lower end they're rea;;y not that terrible, but at the same time, I get it...they all get you there but when others can get you there a bit faster... As for your Tanker, did the damage reduction on Tankers not cancel out the Staff improvement?

Okay, yes, that listing does mean one is generally going to be focusing on procs, which will have a factor on the build. However, in the case of Scrappers, I'm not to sure the numbers are that far off. For Scrappers you're putting in 2 ACC/DAM +3 HOs in every attack. After that all melee attacks can take at least 3 Damage Procs (Touch of Death, Mako's Bite, Gladiator's Strike), which leaves one Proc left to find. Now there is the one Purple Unique that can fill in one of the melee attacks if multiple of them can only take from melee sets. So, looking at Slash. 4 damage procs & 2 +3 HOs (according to mids) is doing 262.4 damage. 3 damage procs & 3 +3 HOs is doing 256.1. So a difference of 6.3 damage. Yes, it would add up over time...HOWEVER should be noted, if one feels the ACC of 2 +3 HOs is enough, that third HO could be a Damage/EnduranceReduction for better end use. One could also just use a +5 Damage IO for 258.1 damage, so making the damage difference only 4.3 points. And I get that one will generally not build around this style (I don't...want to for some build maybe at some point), as people generally like more survival, I do feel the list gives a good idea of what to expect for all things equal. Now Tankers/Brutes who it says to slot 6 damage procs per attack...the list could look totally different. *nod nod*

It's the 5th best ST DPS set. Just behind Dual Blades by 2 seconds.

That is something I did forget. Power Siphon and it's -Damage being weak, but I don't know how how to really improve Power Siphon other than all the stacks to last longer. Would be nice to see it be considered as effective as Follow-Up and Blinding Feint.

I'd give Focused Burst Total Focus level damage. Concentrated Strike would do full crit damage and possibly Energy transfer level damage. Repulsing Torrent could use a damage bump to maybe make it more worthwhile to take and not just as a knockdown power. Could give Focused Burst a hold component, but the damage would likely be enough. Another thought is to make Focused Burst snipe level damage, even if that means locking out snipes in Epics, making it so you don't have two snipes.

True, but this amount of love, I figure is easy to implement and not require much in the way of testing, like other sets that could use some love would need.

You have Taskmaster there the same reason Suicide Squad had Slipknot. Gotta kill someone off to feel the pressure! Also, no one liked her. 😛

I wouldn't think anything fudged or else, why not fudge the other shows they had that didn't make it. Why do it for Iron Heart?

And neither Time Crawl or Time Stop do damage (unless one slots with procs). I was thinking Time Crawl could lead to Time Stop having a much higher -Regen, like 150%. So you'd still have to take Time Crawl to stack with Time Stop for that 250% total. I'd of course like to see it a bit higher. Split between two powers, why not Time Crawl to 150% and Time Stop to 150% or keep it at 50% but add another 100% if the target is effected by Time Crawl. So 300% total, which would still be less than other's 500% but would likely still be noticable.
-
Time Manipulation needs a -Regen buff imo. Get it up there to mean something. Either with Timel Crawl doing more than it's -100% or Time Stop doing more than it's -50% Regen when under the effects of Time Crawl. I don't think this will overpower the set, but it will help it more with the single hard targets.
-
Or give it the 100% but also let it have the combo builder.

Currently playing an EM/Psi Scrapper. Good thing about EM and PSI is the stuns of EM and Aura of Insanity stack and so you can also get the AoI debuffs if EM stuns them while they're in your aura.

The Fantastic Four: First Steps
BrandX replied to Glacier Peak's topic in Comic, Hero & Villain Culture
I'm surprised. I enjoyed both movies and both movies were good, but I find Superman to be the more rewatchable (seen it three times in the theater) -
This is handy! Thanks 🙂

Changing it now would make me have to get used to looking for it elsewhere!
