Well, we do have multiple snipes to choose from now (and I believe Ston uses Zapp) and while not listed in here, a proc'ed out Ring of Fire is really good on Scrappers too. That said, I feel the snipes/gloom/and proc'ed out holds as well, are fine to use, it's crosspunch I feel skews the times a bit and is the least likely of attacks to be used by anyone.
-
Should be noted for the masses, he's using the Hybrid and a lot of these make use of Crosspunch, which I honestly don't see in many builds myself, and I know I don't use it. It does give a good idea on where the sets lie in terms of DPS, but again, Crosspunch will move some up over others.

page 3 [FOCUSED FEEDBACK] New Melee Set - Sonic Melee

Have to say, I liked the idea of Attune being a toggle DPS. Like a ST target but possibly better damage version of Enflame. -
Nope. Blinding Feint > Attack Vitals Combo > Repeat is really easy to obtain. It's the non combo version that requires some serious +RCH. You're a Brute tho, so if Gloom fits your concept, it's a good Epic Attack to fit into the Combo and non combo for DPS.
-
It's an active set, but I feel it only really feels that way when trying to get Psychic Barrier triple stacked (20% Slow Resist a stack). When I want to do that, then after the third stack I have to keep it going. Devour Psychic has the same duration, but I can easily keep it 10 stacked once I hit 10 and just dealing with one ability doesn't feel to much, but keeping TWO, well, feels a little more active to do 😛

Honestly, this game is easy enough to get the build of your dreams if you actually want to get it. Get to 50 and TinPex is a good 80 merits a day in like 30 mins. Some of it, for what I would do, would depend on what you plan to do with the epic. While not favored by many, Blinding Feint > Attack Vitals Combo > Repeat is enough DPS once build to solo AVs. What epic are you going for?

Here's an Elec/Psi build to get you started on the Psi side of things. Don't worry about defense with Psi Armor. It has one power that gives defense and it's not much and weak at that, especially with no DDR to keep it up when you need it. Go for getting your resists up, and then using your Consume to keep your Regen up. Aura of Insanity is the key to your survival. Also, I'd for sure work in at least the Cupid's Crush proc into the build to stack with AoI (which should have the Confuse Purple Proc in it). Brute (Electrical Melee - Psionic Armor).mbd

Claws/Bio/Soul T4 Musculature Radial - Degeneration Core - Hybrid Core Follow Up > Focus > Slash > Moonbeam > Follow Up > Focus > Slash > Shockwave > Repeat *Used DNA Siphon for -Regen and Enflame* Hybrid Off: 1:45 (average) Hybrid On: 1:18 Switching Slash to Swipe Hybrid Off: 1:57 Hybrid On: 1:35 Slotting Follow Up: Blistering Cold (ACC/DMG - DMG/END - ACC/DMG/RCH) - Critical Strikes - Guassian's Build Up Proc - ToD: Negative Proc (when using Slash)/Hecatomb: Negative Proc (when using Swipe) Focus: Toxic Proc - Smashing Proc - Force Feedback Proc - Winter's Bite (ACC/DMG - DMG/RCH - ACC/DMG/END) Slash: -Resist Proc - 5 Piece Hecatomb (no ACC/RCH IO) Shockwave: -Resist Proc - Energy Proc - Fire Proc - Frozen Blast (ACC/DMG - DMG/END) - Overwhelming KB>KD Moonbeam: Negative Proc - 5 Piece Apocalypse (no ACC/RCH IO) Enflame: 2 50+3 DMG/END D-Sync DNA Siphon: 6 slot Cupid's Crush ... I have an extra slot I could move to Enflame for more damage on the Swipe build. Right now it's an extra +END Proc, which I wasn't really feeling the need for on the pylon runs, but on longer kills I could possibly need it (not sure). This was a concept build that needed Sorcery Pool and Soul Pool. What I really wanted was Rune of Protection for the concept, but I get to that t3 of Sorcery and I can't help but grab Enflame instead. So thinking for my build I'll go the Swipe route as the damage doesn't seem to much different. Not sure if I'd be better off with Build Up Proc in Moonbeam or replacing the Build Up Proc in Follow Up. They only have a 1 ppm rate. Another thing I thought of, that while it would take a tiny END USE hit and it would likely hurt the AOE damage a bit, but could switch the slotting of Spin (5 Piece Armageddon) and Genetic Contamination (6 Piece Scrapper's Strike) as that would put the Purple Damage Proc in the Damage Aura, so while not much more for damage, it'd be a little bit more on the ST DPS I'd think.

I love Psi Armor. It's my favorite set of the armors. Maybe just because it fits my concepts a lot or maybe because it has everything I love in an armor set (may have been better if it was positional defense set). Not sure I think it's the most survivable, but...Fear and Confuse Protection?! Slow Resist?! +Perception?! And Aura of Insanity is just fun! And it's Devour Psyche, while not some big bit of -Regen, is still some -Regen I get to throw out there when I want to use that power anyways 🙂

Here's a build I recently made, trying to decide between Claws/Bio and DB/Bio, that may help you with your concept. I was forgoing combos all together on this one. BF > AS > SS > AS > Snipe > Repeat...was the plan...likely very slight gaps (less than a sec) in the chain, but I was really wanting to go Sorcery and Soul Master Pools myself. Not going to say you're wrong, and I'm not even sure if the -Resist on it would be that powerful, but wouldn't... Assassin's Psi Blade's +Insight Assassin's Frenzy's +Blood Frenzy Assassin's Staff's Stack of Perfection of Body Assassin's Strike's 2 combo levels ...count as riders? -
Going to say CLAWS/STONE. First off, only Scrappers and Stalkers can pull off this combo and Stalkers Claws is bad. So, you get a great combo. It will solo AVs. Your survival will be good. Pretty sure I could even improve my build for survival and damage if I made a couple concept changes 😛 Not sure if you also include Incarnates, but those will only help with Survival with Barrier or Rebirth to add to your defenses.

*face palm* Forgot about that power because I was thinking the purple set in there, when it really should be in Pendulum. Yup. I'd put it in Cyclone. Best place for it, agreed.
-
I love Psi Armor, but the set's not really a defense set. It has one defense power, that only covers 2 positions (Melee and Range) when not stealthed. Aura of Insanity is your real defense and I'd slot that with ACC/MEZ HO's (2 or 3 of them) as the MEZ makes the mag (not the duration) of the mez stronger. I'd also put the Purple Confuse Proc in there. I'd also put the Cupid's Crush Confuse Proc (if not set) somewhere in the build. While not Axe/Psi, here's my EM/Psi Build I use. If I wasn't using the Cupid's Crush set in Bone Smasher, I'd put that Proc in Aura of Insanity. Which, an earlier build of mine did have the full Cupid's Crush set in Aura of Insanity, and it did well, but I wanted the purple proc in there. You going Axe, I'd maybe put the Cupid's Crush Set (or just Proc) in Pendulum. It's an AOE attack so you cover more ground on getting enemies confused. Stacks nicely with AoI. Devour Psyche being a cone is no issue really. Easy to get and maintain the stacks even with it's cone. Barrier can be a little more annoying to keep stacked up, but it does give 20% Slow Resist and that stacks for 60% with it's 3 stacks. When I can, I like to get it on my Psi Armors where I only need to get 2 stacks for 100% Slow Resist (if you hit 100% slow resist, you won't be slowed at all). Here's my EM/PSI build to give you some ideas. I put the third Endo into AoI because I had the Purple -ToHit there before, but didn't feel it did much, so I switched it to a 3rd +3 Endo HO. I could probably move it else where. Momento Mori I use as a heal. It's Self Rez option will last for 45 seconds after use and the Heal looks to be auto hit, so I don't worry about the ACC in the power. Sprint gets 2 Celerity for the +Stealth IO to have Mask Presence + Stealth IO for full invis. Not sure I'd slot RoP the way you did, as it's +16% on it's own. That said, I have a Psi/BS Tanker, so it's a fun combo 🙂 Scrapper (Energy Melee - Psionic Armor)3.mbd

Daredevil Born Again getting a Season 3
BrandX replied to ZacKing's topic in Comic, Hero & Villain Culture
I was one of the few who liked Iron Fist, but yes, the guy needed to learn to fight and they should've cast someone who could fight, as Iron Fist is a fighter. To bad Moon Knight didn't learn from Iron Fist. Skipping all the fight scenes because it somehow shows his multiple personalities. No, it means the show lacks what people wanted to see. I wanted a season 3 after that ending of season 2! -
Well, Wonder Man isn't a fave of mine, so the race bending of Wonder Man isn't going to bother me, but at the same time, as the character is getting their first on screen appearance in the MCU, I'd be more inclined to see them stick to the comics. But, I'll complain about such changes if it happens with X-Men since it's a comic I actually read. Trailer doesn't have me excited tho, but I'm going to give it a chance. I can't imagine it being as bad as Echo, which may be the suckiest of sucks that ever did suck in the MCU.

DB/PSI/FIRE Stalker T4's Musculature Radial - Cognitive Radial - Assault Core Sweeping Strike (-Res Proc / DMG Proc / Purple DMG Proc) > Build Up (if available - BU Proc) > Assassin's Blades (Stalker's Guile full set) > Ablating Strike (-Res Proc / DMG Proc / Purple DMG Proc) > Ring of Fire (2 DMG Proc / 1 Purple DMG Proc / Cupid's Crush Proc) > Repeat (throwing in a Drain Psyche for the -Regen) Hybrid Off - 2:23 Hybrid On - 1:48 End could be an issue w/ my build and obviously I didn't have the optimal Interface (went cognitive for just a little more chance of confuse popping off with Aura of Madness).

Claws/Stone Scrapper T4's Musculature Radial - Degen Core - Assault Core Follow Up (CS Proc / 2 DMG Procs) > Slash (-Res Proc / Purple DMG Proc) > Focus (Purple DMG Proc) > Eviscerate (-Res Proc / Purple DMG Proc) > Repeat Hybrid Not Activated: 2mins 10seconds Hybrid Activated: 1min 50seconds As you can see, not a Proc happy build. Mudpots is 5 slotted with Winter Set with KD Proc instead of ACC/DMG/RCH, which I don't think it'd make that big of a difference on damage. Leadership: Assault is also in the build.

Possibly a pair of dumb idea for epic/patron pools

I'd like a Sword Epic with all the sword and titan sword skins for the Support/Control ATs.
