I use the base porter (or Cosmic Portal) to head to Echo: Galaxy City, team to Ouroboros, then pick up the badge and day job before playing a character.
The optimal way (for new players) is to make the first costume, hop on the train to Kings Row and head to the tailor in Pocket D. That way, they will be able to make their additional costumes and get credit time for picking up the Pocket D teleport temp power in the process.
Interesting. I have all of my builds completely ready to go at level 1 (all sets and such waiting for their levels) and I find it odd that people wait until 47-50 for sets.
Parhaps I should clarify. I have found the keys to working around the Endurance management of Dark Armor, however, should it be necessary for such a pattern to exist?
I have an SG mate that took Dark Armor to 45 so far. He keeps asking me “when does this one become fun?” That is on an SO/Common IO build with the essential +End IOs.
As a practitioner of Dark Armor ( my second most played set), sure, I can use sets to allow for a 12-13 toggle build, but should I really have to?
In addition, every ATO that you ever see is 10,000,000 Influence and every Winter (except for the Winter Holiday Bonanza) is 25,000,000 influence destroyed entirely.
It has already been made crystal clear that this was going to be changed and no amount of discussion was going to stop that. There are ALWAYS going to be changes to this game that the Homecoming team will NOT be consulting us on and you might want to make your peace with that.
They most certainly do not. People playing the game versus people building specific builds/missions in AE to AFK farm will never be in the same category.
