  1. Personally, Manipulation / Assault (Take a look at the Zoomer)... But: Operative (19.09.24.06.34.01) Assault/{Armor/Manipulation/Control} Preparation: Low threat level, stealth (weak), and a bar that constantly builds but is reduced by attacks - grants improved secondary effects Operatives are strategic agents that have many skills that they must strategically employ to be effective. They use a Manipulation secondary that has been bolstered by a modicum of armor and control for survival. Zoomer (19.07.25.22.56.xx) Manipulation/Assault Zoom: Personal +SPD for ranged, enemy -SPD for melee, and increased speed cap. Zoomers offer the feel of playing a speedster while providing access to two AT-specific power sets that are versatile an fun. Manipulator (19.05.23.13.29.47.02) Manipulation/Control Edge: Non-stacking defense/resistance debuff for specific damage types, with a weak general secondary debuff. Manipulators are a buff/debuff focused controlling AT. Adaptor (19.08.29.22.14.08) {Assault/Manipulation}/{Armor/Melee*} (it is unclear if this is Stalker Melee with Armor mixed secondary, or a Stalker Armor secondary. [placeholder]: A jack of all trades. The Incarnate (19.10.11.18.14.01) {Assault, Melee, Ranged, Pet, Support, Manipulation, Armor, or Control}/{Assault, Melee, Ranged, Pet, Support, Manipulation, Armor, or Control} Undiminished: No diminishing returns on IOs, also has the inherent of the chosen primary AT You wanted OP? I'll show you OP... Sorry, my list is dreadfully in need of an update, but these are the ones I could pull.
  2. If you use Mids Reborn, you can check these using Windows>>Set Bonus Finder as well. (but as a spreadsheet lover, thanks for your work!)
  3. Target cap is the other issue. I didn't want to open that can of worms in my quickly scribbled post though... Good point, Rad Blast - Cosmic Burst is a good model (half the recharge, but still does damage and a mag 3. My thought was that reducing it to eight seconds while maintaining the current duration would make it easier to stack and thus allow the possibility of using it to CC a Boss or Elite Boss. That being said, I was just writing up a quick rundown of one possible way to fix it without an overhaul. Any changes will likely need to be playtested and tinkered with to make them viable.
  4. My thoughts were that we should be looking at minor tweaks rather than an overhaul. Increase damage across the board. Buckshot -> increase damage more than other powers, change to KD, increase the arc of the cone M30 Grenade -> decrease cast time Ignite -> increase the radius, adjust the ticks so that they have the same amount of damage over roughly the same amount of time, but with fewer ticks to mitigate issues with fear Full Auto -> increase the arc Beanbag -> this is my controversial take. Beanbag doesn't fit the set well. To make it a better fit, increase damage, decrease the recharge to 8s, decrease to mag 2. Doing this allows you to use it as conventional damage with a stun that can be stacked effectively. That way the set keeps its style while improving overall performance to be in line with other sets.
  5. I definitely don't want aim, however it does not sufficiently compensate for the loss of damage from lack of aim. Overall, the set could use a slight damage boost and maybe some other minor adjustments, but it is nor as bad as many others think.
  6. Only an issue with the slash command. The underscore workaround works, but if you email it to yourself you automatically collect
  7. Thanks, that worked, Unfortunately, not I just automatically accept emails I send to myself
  8. query: is there a way to get around the "no spaces" thing in global names?
  9. For toons that fly, I generally try to have flying pets, such as Phantom (heal and adrenal boost), Polar Lights (Heal & Assault), Robot (Shield & Heal), Seers (Heal & Fortitude), and Storm (Heal & Hurricane, which is great for solo, notsogood for some teams) These are specifically the Lore pets where all the pets have fly. I tend to like Polar or Robot as they are also tiny pets. That being said, Seers is the best min/max set and works well for Praetorian themed characters. That being said, the question is what holes do you need the pet to fill in your build? Edit, I do have an ill/storm troller with Radial Storm pets, and it works great for her as it draws the enemies into PA. I also don't generally team with her, so I don't have to worry about people complaining...
  10. Sorry for not going into the details of the proposed mechanic. I would suggest that players can not change level while a mission is active (red). In addition, an additional lockout mechanic would need to be added, you can not enter or activate a mission more than one level below you. still simpler than the proposal I would guess.
  11. I was thinking about this, and was just thinking that it may be easier to introduce a different mechanic than the one being considered in this thread. New mechanic - holding back, slash command - /HoldBack [number] additional slash command (to end mechanic usage) - /LetLoose Holding back allows you to voluntarily reduce your level. This could be used for street-sweeping or engaging in outleveled content...
  12. Just thought I'd post this here. If you switch computers/monitors regularly /bind home "ChatLoad$$WdwLoad$$OptionLoad" So, when you set up a new monitor you can go/ChatSave$$WdwSave$$OptionSave and then whenever you change monitors simply hit the "Home" button. You can add filename to each command to preserve character-specific settings.
  13. I agree that the TF mode (in general and through Ouro) is annoying. It would be nice if you could temporarily leave a TF, but not sure how much coding that would take.
  14. I think that you can open most (if not all) contacts using the "Find Contact" button at the top left corner of the Contact screen.

    Best secondary?

Currently working on incarnate slots for a Titan Weapons / Fire Aura. Fire is more survivable than it looks like on paper and has some extra damage powers if you lack AoE. I don't actually use the heal... That said, my build would likely be considered on the expensive end. I find Regen can be incredibly strong if you are clever and proactive, but is generally not good. Super Reflexes is amazing, until it isn't. If you are a gambler, Super Reflexes is your drug of choice. Ninjitsu is really fun, but not as survivable as other armors. Stone is interesting... and Invulnerability is really good, especially since the Psi hole is so easy to fill. Shield and Bio (with Rad a close third) are seen as the top tier generally, and with energy or elemental shields you can make them work with a variety of concepts. Although a well-built Willpower is probably peak survivability as it has good layering. Almost forgot, Elec is really fun v sappers...
  16. I have a Bio/WP scrapper and the Form of the Body bonuses are so good that I don't use Sky Splitter or Eye of the Storm in order to maintain a constant damage boost.
  17. I mean, I have no objection to making the Shadow Shard a co-op zone open to Praetorians, Red-siders, and lesser toons alike...
  18. I mean, the simple solution would be to give Praetorians access to Cimerora, Ouroboros, and the Shadow Shard. The easiest way to do that would be to add a portal to the back of the Midnighter's Mansion in the Night Ward or make them accessible via Echo Plaza...
  19. I was thinking Dual Pistols / Martial Combat Blaster.... use the ( /bind j PowExecLocation Target Burst of Speed ) to jump into combat then Ki Push and shoot them as they float away! Let hilarity ensue! Note: Burst of speed has twice the range of Combat TP and does damage... Also, the recharge makes it very proc-friendly even though you can spam it thrice in a row...
  20. We have origin powers for Magic - Sorcery; Science - Experimentation; & Mutation - Force of Will. There are two Pools that were data-mined back during live: Technology - Gadgetry; & Natural - Utility Belt. It would be nice to see these two added to the game...
  21. Good point. I am looking up some coordinates, but will update the post in a minute. [edit] added, but there seem to be issues with the fire patch moving / not showing up. Still testing.
  22. No Brutes! Why? Edit, I would try this, probably the Scrapper version.
  23. I have a character list spreadsheet where I keep track of this, but it would be good to have something associated with individual characters in-game.
