  1. I would really like to see Toxic Dart go from ten ticks to five (double the damage per tick) and add a -regen proc (equivalent to envenomed daggers)...
  2. I've used morality missions as well as other forms of repeatable missions to level different toons (I try to level each toon a different way). That being said, the availability of most missions via Ouro provides tons of stories to delve into. A wiki search will tell you roughly how long each story lasts and, if you are soloing, you can do just one mission and complete the rest later.
  3. I was thinking about the Lord Recluse SF. It seems that the hardest part is creating separation between the Heroes. Spacing heroes out a little more so they could more easily be isolated would be helpful...
  4. I am surprised they brought this out so quickly. I look forward to reading the Sentinel pages over the next couple of days... also, I really hope that Mids is updated soon so I can start on my respecs. I was really excited for Illusion Control on Dominators, but it is more of a ST traditional control set than the chaos control of the troller version... so I think I may pass...
  5. Would I prefer Infiltration & Super Speed to stack (as Super Speed used to), but the travel power IO proc still stacks. I am just happy that I can now run Infiltration and a stealth power at the same time...
  6. I know that, but I am running /elec, so I keep Energize on auto (which is kinda necessary for my build, so using auto or a switching bind is not ideal. (I tried, and ended up losing a lot of durability and sustainability)
  7. I only tested on my kitted out lvl 50 (+incarnates), but it seemed like an improvement. I know some Sentinels rely on Defensive Opportunity, especially at lower levels, to address endurance issues, however as an /Elec Sentinel I don't have issues with Endurance after I get Energize. Also, I felt that the extra click felt clunky and meant I was far less likely to use Vulnerability unless I am in a drawn out fight. If it were a toggle I could use a bind to attach it to attacks, but as a clicky that is impossible.
  8. It takes some adjustment. Going from Illusion Control on my Controller, which uses aggro management as its primary method of control, to Illusion Control on Dominator, which uses more traditional control methods. It requires a change to tactics and feels more ST focused control-wise even with Gleam. I have issues calling it Illusion Control, but it does look like Illusion Control.
  9. I'd say they are behind Kheldians, but that is a a reasonable point. However, I don't think it is only the build, but how you play it (again Kheldians and CC ATs have the higher disparity). That being said, recharge for several powers (AoE Holds are the most obvious ones) could still use a reduction.
  10. There are several powers in control and buff/debuff sets that need their recharge times reduced. Furthermore, there are a couple sets that could use balance passes. Finally, endgame utility wherein mob cc resists in late game are sometimes impossible to bypass (taking away the core mitigation of the classes) may need to be looked at for some endgame mobs. That being said, I main a troller and soloing TFs is generally not an issue (although there are some that seem specifically designed to be annoying for trollers/doms). Also, I think that Trollers and Fenders are the most common GM-killer AT builds, so there's that. These classes use CC as mitigation rather than Defense/Resistance. In situations where they don't have specific mechanics to prevent CC there is zero difficulty in sustain.
  11. I am working on leveling rather than endgame as well. Spectral Wall is working as intended, but I have to say, a lot less useful than Spectral Wounds. While Spectral Wounds had that oomph followed by a heal (if not dropped in time) it provided the damage to make it useful in low level content. I'm not sure if it would be on par with the Assault powers, but it would at least be worth considering. I don't see Spectral Wall as being worth considering in its current form.
  12. There is no power animation, nearby targets will just look like they've been mollywopped and then get a glow around their eyes. This power uses a pseudopet and the enemies have to be fairly close to the target of Blind to be affected.
  13. At level 10 it's impossible, but slotting Devastation (and possibly Lockdown, but it isn't as good) into Blind is really useful. The AoE sleep on that power is great too (if you pay attention). Deceive is best used before the fight starts (because of the long cooldown) and then concentrating on the mobs attacked by the deceived mob is very effective. Moving Spooky down to an early tier makes this version much more helpful as a leveling tool. You may find you can dump him later, but for leveling that is a great change. I hope that helps with your testing.
  14. So, Spectral Wall replaces Spectral Wounds... Immobilize replacing ephemeral damage... not major, but an improvement (would be bigger on Troller)... Then Gleam replaces Group Invisibility... A TAoE Stun replacing a really nice group defense and stealth clicky (that stacks on other stealth powers)... not a fan, but it seems popular, and pertty... Phantom Army no longer generates aggro in the same way... I don't like it, but I understand... The re-order mostly makes sense... As someone who mains an Illusion Control Troller, this doesn't feel like Illusion Control; it feels like a traditional control set that looks like Illusion Control...

I need to test this when I get home... so Steamy Mist, Superior Invisibility, & Infiltration should give me the Resists from Steamy Mist, the Defense and Stealth from Superior Invisibility, and the Movement Bonuses of Infiltration? Wait, Super Speed no longer stacks extra stealth? That may change the stealth calculations of some of my toons... I'll test and see what is happening...
  16. It would be nice if it were possible to bind or macro Vulnerability with another power... If you could change it to a toggle enemy (1s-ish duration 4s-ish cooldown 15s effect) this should be possible.
  17. That was implied. I just had Psionic Melee on the mind because I am tinkering with my Psi Stalker. The Assassin's Strike is a sword attack, but going pure-sword I lose a lot of good attacks, including the PBAoE T9. On the other hand, skipping the Assassin's Psi Blade and Greater Psi Blade would be tough for ST attack chains... Of course, the same is true for FIre, Ice, & Stone. In addition, sword/axe/mace animations would be welcome for Energy & Dark even though they do not have any current "weapon" attacks.
  18. That would be good, especially if the opposite were true as well. Psionic melee without the sword! Also, it would be nice to have the elemental weapon powers capable of being War Mace or Battle Axe shaped as well...
  19. Here I was thinking you wanted Goldside access to Ouro... I don't think what you want is possible. Each server is basically a separate entity, Server transfer is literally erasing your toon from one server and moving it to another. Setting up an infrastructure to allow inter-server movement would be very difficult and time consuming with not much payoff.

They will appear around target and attack target with Slapstick then dissipate) I'm just throwing some ideas out, anyone think they can improve on this set?
  21. There are a lot of Control and Buff powers that need to be looked at in terms of recharge, but there is one small change that could help a little. Increase the ppm of Lockdown's +2 Mag hold to be at least as good as the procs in Devastation & Superior Blistering Cold. It is odd that the ST damage procs are more useful than the Hold proc... This may not be that important to the current state of AoE holds, however if their cooldown is made more reasonable, this could become an issue.

  23. This may sound like a weird request, but I would like to see some current objects, such as the police call box, being available as portals.
  24. Adding some task forces would be nice, but I think a bigger issue is the lack of the key four accolades that provide +Health/+Endurance. Basically, that means my forever gold toon will never reach his full potential! That being said, I think a Night Ward Task Force (or plural) would help with leveling goldsiders from 40-50 sans AE (or going to the lesser earth).
