  1. There is a limit, it's listed on the first tab but you should have something like 170 slots so you shouldn't be running out. I'm not sure why you're having issues, have you tried listing it from the stored tab? When you put an item on the market it always goes to the stored tab, it doesn't move to the selling tab until you list it.
  2. So for the bots themselves I'm not really using sets. Basically for the Battle and Assault Bots I'm aiming for 3 Acc/Dam with the other three slots being the Aura IOs. For the Protector Bots I've got two Acc/Dam, one Acc/Dam/End and have a partial LotG set in the other slots. I am accepting a little less Accuracy on the assault bot in order to get an extra 10% Recharge, since it is even level to me it doesn't need accuracy as much as the other two. Note that I used attuned IOs for most of the auras, the exception was the Sovereign Right IOs in Battle Bots which I needed to make crafted so I could +5 them. Also I used Nucleolus Exposure's because I'm lazy, getting level 50 Acc/Dam IOs and +5'ing them is cheaper. Level 1: Battle Drones (A) HamiO:Nucleolus Exposure (3) Superior Command of the Mastermind - Accuracy/Damage: Level 50 (3) Superior Command of the Mastermind - Recharge/Pet +AoE Defense Aura: Level 50 (5) Sovereign Right - Accuracy/Damage: Level 50 + 5 (5) Sovereign Right - Resistance Bonus: Level 25 (7) Call to Arms - Defense Bonus Aura for Pets: Level 30 Level 12: Protector Bots (A) HamiO:Nucleolus Exposure (23) Superior Mark of Supremacy - Accuracy/Damage: Level 50 (23) Superior Mark of Supremacy - Accuracy/Damage/Endurance: Level 50 (25) Luck of the Gambler - Defense/Endurance: Level 50 (25) Luck of the Gambler - Defense: Level 50 (27) Luck of the Gambler - Recharge Speed: Level 50 Level 26: Assault Bot (A) HamiO:Nucleolus Exposure (37) HamiO:Nucleolus Exposure (37) Superior Mark of Supremacy - Damage: Level 50 (39) Superior Mark of Supremacy - Endurance/Pet +Resist +Regen: Level 50 (39) Expedient Reinforcement - Resist Bonus Aura for Pets: Level 50 (39) Edict of the Master - Defense Bonus: Level 30
  3. Caltrops is an awesome power for area denial. But it does seem a very odd choice for a Dominator set since they already have control powers as thier primary.
  4. I think they'd be fine. Yes, their raw damage is a bit low but with a Rad defender debuffing Regen you don't need a ton of DPS to get past the AVs. I don't think they'd set any speed records but they should be able to do it. As for the regular mobs, sure Invulnerability might not be the best for tanking some of them but you've got so much support it's not a major concern, plus in addition to the passive support Synapse can just drain everyone. So overall, yeah I'd take that team on an STF. I wouldn't necessarily want to try a speed run unless the squishies are up for it but I'd have no concerns about beating it.
  5. Well checkign your new build, you appear to be fine as is. If you turn on Hasten you've got 119 second recharge on Hasten and 72 second recharge on Domination which should put you comfortably into Perma-Dom territory. You could save a slot in Hasten by removing the third slot and +5'ing the other two, that only costs you about 1second recharge on hasten which shouldn't be an issue.
  6. Jack, should we add Hasten to that list? :D I don't think so, it's kind of an obscure power, there aren't that many people using it.
  7. Did you accidentally link the wrong build? The build in your link appears to have both perma-hasten and perma-dom but it's also a Plant/Fire/Ice build not Plant/Fire/Psi as you stated in the thread title.
  8. Indeed I did! Sounds like the Mothership Raid caused the server to hiccup. You could try asking a GM but I'm not sure if there's anything that can be done unfortunately.
  9. Yeah, I'm in a similar situation with my G110. I could potentially get a replacement from Ebay but I was hoping that someone was making new keyboards with a similar design since Logitech has apparently decided to go in another direction.
  10. Interesting, that does sound like a bug. Did you get the incarnate rewards for gaining the veteran level (120 threads for level 2 I think)?
  11. On a related discussion, does anyone have any recommendations for gaming keyboards? I've got a Logitech G110 but it's getting a bit long in the tooth. The thing that I really like about it is that it has 12 macro keys on the left side. I use those a lot in CoH for certain powers and (in particular) for controlling my mastermind's pets so I'd really like a keyboard with a similar setup. Unfortunately the newer Logitech ones don't have the same setup with fewer or no macro keys on the left.
  12. It floors their chance to hit, but it's only 5% for even-level minions. Enemies that are higher level than you as well as non-minion enemies (Lts, Bosses etc.) get an accuracy bonus to their to hit chance which is applied after the defense calculation. So for example a +1 Boss would get a 10% acc bonus for the level difference and a 30% accuracy bonus for being a boss giving a total To Hit chance of 7% even against soft capped defenses.
  13. Yes, all recharge bonuses (enhancements, set bonuses, other powers, external buffs and alpha slot) are added together and cap out at a limit of 500%. So no power can ever have it's recharge time reduced below 20% of the initial time.
  14. [Citation Needed] Jump Pack and Steam Jump were always rechargeable and usable multiple tiems per map on Live. I recall there was a bug on Homecoming that made them once per map but last time I checked the Jump Pack version seemed to be working properly now.
  15. Well Time/Elec makes a good Tankfender.
  16. Just to make sure, you aren't confusing veteran levels and level shifts are you?
  17. It's also got a pretty good damage debuff component. Personally I prefer Time's Juncture to Distortion Field, if I were going to drop one of them I'd keep Time's Juncture but I like both of them.
  18. You're correct, there are no dud powers in Time. The most skippable powers are Time Crawl, Time Stop and Temporal Selection. All of them are worth having but none of them are absolutely necessary so if you need to cut powers or push them off to later levels those are the ones you'll want to do it with. My Time/Elec did end up taking all three in the end (although Time Crawl was a near thing) but I pushed them off until the later levels.
  19. Aren't epic snipes already affected by the change? I know Moonbeam in Soul Mastery is. They are but LRM isn't considered a snipe so it doesn't have the changes applied to it.
  20. So I'm playing around with build options for my Earth/Fire/Ice Dominator for when he gets to level 50 and I was looking to get some opinions on a few different questions. EDIT: I should prboably mention that I'm taking Ice pool for thematic reasons, not because I specifically want an S/L shield. First off Defense. So getting to ~31% S/L defense is reasonably easy with Frozen Armor, CJ, Maneuveurs and the 3% Defense IOs but getting more S/L defense is tricky. Assuming that I get Perma-Dom is that going to be enough? Is it worth taking Weave? I could swap out Assault, Vengeance and Hoarfrost to take Weave if I wanted to I'm just not sure if it's worth it (Hoarfrost is the big one I'm worried about losing) Secondly Single Target attack chain. I'm basically looking at Blaze > Flares > Fire Blast > Flares (with Fossilize replacing one of the Flares when applicable). The main thing I'm wondering about is skipping Blazing Bolt. Right now I don't think it's worth it but with the new sniper changes on the test server maybe it would be? The problem is I don't want to skip Fire Blast since that would put to much of my ST damage at high levels which is a pain when exemplaring. But maybe one those changes go live it would be worth swapping Blaze for Blazing Bolt? Finally what are people's thoughts on Combustion? I've been using it while leveling and it feels very "meh", partly due to the small AoE. Here's my tentative power order. I haven't really started slotting IOs yet but I do plan on going for heavy recharge to get perma-dom. 21. Well according to the Underground Trial Vanessa moves her consciousness into the mask when she dies which suggests that the mask was created to serve as a repository for souls in the same manner as the Primal version of the mask. It's possible that Vanessa had just done that as a emergency measure but I think it's more likely that Giovanna's identity also exists within the mask.
  22. I would really disagree with your assessment of Time. While people often talk about Time buffing their personal Defense and Recharge the actual fact is it's a set that buffs everyone's Defense, Recharge and To Hit while simultaneously debuffing enemies. With Power Boost you can give everyone on the team 32% to everything (compared to 22% for Corruptors/Controllers). Time is great on a Defender, you buff everyone up, then jump into the middle of the mob to debuff them while your teammates clean up. Honestly any secondary works well with that, I like /Electric for full on Tankfender but /Fire would also be a good choice since Time doesn't really need extra mitigation.
  23. Traps, Force Field and Sonic all give status protection so taking one of those as your secondary helps a lot for tankerminds. Bots/Traps and Bots/FF are probably the best Tankerminds since both combos have high defense and status protection out of the box.
  24. Right because IOs are bucketed. So I can enter a buy order for level 30 recipes and the game will convert someone else's level 50 sell offer into level 30s for me.
