there are quite a few if you search the bug forums I'm sure you will find a number of issues that you were lucky enough to miss here was my most recent culprit Devs did fix the issue, yay to be fair most of the time its a foe or objective spawning inside a wall or under the floor outside of oro you can just auto complete problematic quests like that but in oro all you can do is, reset and hope its not persistent.

yea I figured I would still love the find contact option to work 100% of the time on both red and blue side though which is why this post is in bugs and not suggestions

So this is a minor bug it does not hamper normal gameplay at all it just annoying I am attempting to do a playthrough where I do every single arc without using ouroboros I have tried this before, and somehow missed a few contacts/arcs. Now when I originally attempted this i just chalked it up my not paying attention or whatever so this time I am checking oro to see the maximum level ranges for quests turning off XP so I don't exceed those ranges then doing all the quests on one side, then switching and then doing the other side (id love to work yellow/gold side in but I don't know how) anyway because I'm checking oro between quest I'm noticing that the "find contact" function doesn't always locate contacts within your level range. I am actually having to hunt down some contacts to grab those quests to ensure I don't miss any by hunt I mean I have to look them up on the net to find their location and head there they then give me the quests. I am aware this is a niche issue and the find contact option only works 90% of the time its just, quite a bit of effort to avoid using oro to experience all the content. also I don't mind oro but there are many broken quests (that cannot be autocompleted) you can only do 1 arc at a time you cant invite someone to help you mid arc some npcs wont talk to you while in oro mode 😞

considering this badge would take nearly zero effort to get by doorsitters, I fail to see the point of its existence

@Jaegernault Thank you for your timely response. Your advice is greatly appreciated. Since this threads inception I'm fairly certain your build has been fine tweaked over the years would it be possible to see what its current iteration looks like? if that isn't possible, could I see the total values of the build? just so I have a ballpark idea of what I should be aiming for once again, thank you for your time and assistance

this was sorta an idea the original Devs had but with comics, each month a created hero would be randomly chosen to appear in an actual comic so to have one of our heroes appear in a story arc would be kinda cool tbh how the hero/villian would be chosen? that would be problematic some of us have hundreds of heroes some of us are just farmers (not me) some of us are pvpers some of us are banks, nameholders, retired and using a system where you have to apply or submit isn't fair to those who just don't have the time or technical knowhow (me, me me) but all hope is not lost there are a few ways this could work unfortunately, I'm not smart enough to figure it out.

KD has a cooldown from all sources iirc its not just this set Meteor is not the only T9 with a delay, see arrows for more information Use a knockback to Knockdown IO in powers you don't want KB. personally id like less......um visual effects for this set maybe a sand attack of some sort Id prefer if meteor were a volcano perhaps

yes storm is mid, deliberately so. It has been painstaking designed by the devs to be balanced. It mostly succeeds in this aspect. while I am sure there could be improvements in many areas the same is true of all powersets. Storm cell - tbh the proc isnt what bothers me, what bothers me is its main component slow is un-enhanceable. even though its the only component that is guaranteed. Flags - Most pseudo pets do not stack this is normal for the game the only pseudo pet that stacks is the lightning storm for the original storm set. allowing both category 5 and lightning storm to both have multiple pseudo pets would be unimaginably powerful. As it is throwing out cat 5+lightning storm is ridiculously strong (but fun) Chain lightning - gotta agree here its kinda lackluster. Proc lockout - I have never experienced this 1sthand, so I cannot attest to its validity. I will say with lightning storm in the mix very little stays standing in my storm cell. Personally I feel the problem with Storm is most folks attempt to play its very aggressively. I've found, that storm plays more like a traps set. You set things up and foes get snagged Trap sets are never particularly fast they are strategic.
