I am slightly confused by the premise Bombardment 5% range 2.25% s/l resist 7% accuracy 5% recharge 4.5% energy/negative resists VS obliteration 2.25 S/L resist 3% damage 9% accuracy 5% recharge 3.75% melee defense only 2 of the bonus' match and the order of the bonus' is different. the order matters a great deal btw. finally multistrike is a pbaoe set so its already melee? -

<closes can of worms, places it in ziplock bag. puts bag in an empty coffee can. seals coffee can. places coffee can in a barrel, fills barrel with cement. welds barrel closed. rolls barrel to dock, puts barrel on boat, pilots boat to Mariana Trench rolls barrel overboard never looks back> -
since this is all currently theoretical lets go with all cybernetic assets currently in game for now. Robot MM's would get a passive stealth buff because the AI considers them allied units. as far as cyborgs like warhulks and the like, if they are more machine than bio they get co opted but if all you got is a bionic arm then you are fine. The AI is like a ephemeral brain. The brain can control all the individual components of a body regardless of how far away or how different in structure it is from other components. Your tongue and toe are very different things but are both controlled by your brain connected via your nervous system. The AI's nervous system is the electromagnetic field of the earth.

I was just naming potential secondary effects the reason I put blinding is because iirc the actual animation summons a bright flash of lightning that I'm assuming triggers the sound effect. If I were a nearby foe looking directly at the power being triggered I would be blinded. When my inner ear gets out of wack from benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (yup that's a real thing us oldies get) I'm less immobilized and more dizzy and nauseous but ymmv

a few alternate sonic attacks have your character shoot them out of your fists it kinda looks like havok from xforce or xfactor (i cant remember I'm old)

I play daily on the most popular shard (excelsior) I have not encountered any of the mentioned issues in fact the chaotic copious amount of players gives me the "live vibe" Check with your isp for throttling or if you can upgrade what are the specs on your rig? ram is a pretty cheap way to alleviate lag/stuttering/etc... are you on wifi? if so switch to cat5 or cat6 for a huge performance increase try a less populated shard you can adjust one of the chats to inform you when and where events are happening in real time lastly turn down some of the graphics settings. -

@Psiphon hits the nail on the head. this dom is probably my favorite dom decent holds decent range decent damage all other doms i feel like i need to run in and out of melee range to maximize its potential but symph sonic gives me that blastery feel with excellent crowd controls i will say the pet isn't so great but i just may not know how to use it properly yes finally the confuse does damage which means adjusting your playstyle if you tend to play conservatively

this is a great idea! it doesn't need to have -res @Wavicle to be disseminated to other sets even if it did have -res as its gimmick, since sonic is mostly smashing damage its heavily resisted and the damage per power can be lowered to compensate maybe we can get time/water/poison sets in the future too!

I dunno I thought it was cool when he teamed up with war witch and apex 🤣 anyway iirc thunderclap is a pbaoe that disorients for mag2, ineffective VS bosses? so you wanna remove the disorient and make it KDx2 instead? kinda like super Strengths handclap? ok so since KD affects bosses this power becomes a decent CC tool since it now accepts KD enhancements it can take force feedback it would probably have its endurance and/or recharge bumped up to compensate seems like a big price to pay to do what gale does with one KB-KD io I'm not sure how it makes sense thematically though? I can see thunderclap disorienting or blinding foes or maybe even fear (werewolves and ghosts are scared lol)

couldnt agree more family with lasers is just weird but then again so are zombies with pistols anyway, even without the laser guns family can be challenging in certain situations try a few family bosses in a smallish room with singularities! -

I like the new storm set I'm not ashamed to say it. It requires some thought, patience and strategy but................. my storm/storm feels incomplete without a water spout please disseminate water spout to mako's EPP's on corrupters/defenders thanks

1. Agreed. while the animations look really nice its a bit impractical mid-combat to throw your weapon into the air. 2. I am ok with this as long as we get the laser pistol sound FX to go with it 🙂
