  1. seconded. Seismic Blast>Meteor is one of the most fun Knockback powers in the game.
  2. Knockback was removed from Power Boost like 15 years ago, on the live Cryptic servers.
  3. With recent changes to Rise of the Phoenix, there is now a self rez power in the game that will rez you if you die AFTER having activated it, at least for a second or two. I would love it if such functionality were added to any power (self OR ally) on which it would be appropriate.
  4. I wish that Presence, Medicine, Leadership, and Fighting all had Travel powers so that EVERY power pool contained a travel power of some kind. That might mean that the other sets would all have to get one more power to keep them even, but I'm ok with that.
  5. Be aware that the first upgrade is in fact a little buggy. Single Origin enhancements may not work to raise the level of Damage Resistance your guys get. Invention Enhancements should work.
  6. While I don't object to the basic idea of what you're asking for, it seems to me your suggestion would make things LESS immersive. Ourobos lets you experience previous moments in time. What justification would there be for me walking up to a contact and having that contact be able to send me back in time?
  7. Yea, my very first toon was an Energy/Energy Blaster, Power Boost+Knockback was both hilarious and fun and also completely unnecessary.
  8. Knockbacks WERE enhanced by Power Boost and it was changed long before the original game shut down. The text was never changed, apparently.
  9. OP's Corruptor is probably Empathy.
  10. Steven Sheridan, Organ Grinders arc Defeat All Villains In Warehouse Zone/Mission: 5th_Column_30_Layout_04 Position: [-376.1 28.0 225.4] Big hole in the geometry I can get inside.
  11. The chance increases per stack. At 0 stacks it's 0%. But it sounds like one of those wonky display things.
  12. The location that the game thinks of as the point where it would try to place you if you teleported to it is inside the control panel. The game doesn't know how to put you NEXT to something.
  13. objects where the location is INSIDE the geometry cannot be teleported to
  14. Range buffs do not increase the size of PBAoEs. They DO increase the length of Cones, including Soothing Wave.
  15. It was a great idea...for New players. I can understand returners being irritated.
  16. That's a serious problem. I would suggest then that this SHOULD be changed. Such mobs should not appear when on No Bosses.
  17. ah, ok, I found the place where it says 100%, yea Lumi is right, that's a display error. The text description of the power is correct.
  18. Where does it say 100%? I'm not seeing that.
  19. If anyone can supply a justification for the existence of an enemy group that doesn't ever get any harder after level 30, I'd like to see it.
  20. No, that's not how it works. The person making the assertion needs the evidence. Like I said, the Council have been brought up to the same level everything else was at before, which I see you agree with here. That is how it SHOULD be. There should NEVER have been an enemy group that was just easier than all the others at the high level. And I still solo them all the time. None of that, whether or not we agree it is as it should be, forces any sort of trinity anything. It does force you to have gotten stronger as you levelled, and to learn tactics, or accumulate resources, to overcome such obstacles.
  21. This is an idea that has been asserted multiple times now with nothing backing it up. What forced trinity are you actually talking about?
  22. You can absolutely still solo your way to 50, in fact this is how I level most of my toons. That hasn't changed, and outside of the new Hard Mode content, the flexibility of being able to make successful teams with almost any mix of ATs has also not changed. I think some people are forgetting how ridiculously easy the Council used to be, or not forgetting but ignoring that they were TOO easy. These changes simply bring them up to par with other groups at high levels.
  23. Council over 35, now, is no harder than other high level enemies (Carnies, Malta, etc). They may SEEM harder the first couple of times you face the new mobs, but once you're used to them they are no harder than other mobs of that level. Council over 35 BEFORE was Too Easy compared to other groups the same level. That said, again, No Bosses ought to mean No Bosses, for sure.
  24. They were meant to be rewards for having quite fully explored the content. Click plaques, find badges, do Arcs and TFs, you'll get them, mostly.
  25. I mean, it depends heavily on your choice of Secondary, right?
