  1. Indeed. Also depends on primary. Beasts for example, does pretty poorly if you don't select targets for them, but does excellent single target damage if you focus fire.
  2. This would be a nice, but not super important, feature to add. Or maybe someone already has a way to do this?
  3. On the Live servers I am able to run the game on Ultra mode and it is smooth as silk. (HC 64 bit) On the Test servers I have to turn it down to Minimum and it still is halting a lot, especially outside. (HC Beta 64 bit) Any ideas why and how to fix if possible? Should I try the 32 bit beta server?
  4. Maybe if Galvanic Sentinel and presumably Voltaic Sentinel are Not going to be made into perma pets at least Voltaic could have the same 2 minute duration as Galvanic?

  6. The question for me is, is it not intended that an Electric buff/debuff set be able to fully drain a whole group with this power that's on a long timer? Compare to Howling Twilight...
  7. Im pretty sure all mastermind pets can slot Recharge Intensive Pet Sets even though they don't benefit from the recharge.

  9. I'm a little unclear on precisely how Empowering Circuit works. The buff lasts a minute, but it doesn't stack with itself, right? but are the primary buff and the secondary buff different that they can stack? I'm confused.
  10. I also noticed that Shock and Discharge last much longer than the easily noticeable visual effects from the debuffs. Is there any chance of making the lingering visual effects a little more prominent or make them last as long as the debuff does if they don't already? Not game breakingly essential, obviously.
  11. So far I'm high enough level to use the first four Electrical Affinity powers. They are all very loud.
  12. I'm playing it on a mastermind now at the low levels and I am enjoying it, but one thing I will say is it is Very Loud.

  15. That’s exactly what they were thinking. You only hit it once in a while, so it doesn’t matter how long it is, within reason.
  16. The following Leadership powers have had their activation time reduced from 3.63 seconds to 1.5 seconds: Pools > Leadership > Maneuvers Pools > Leadership >Assault Pools > Leadership >Tactics What about maybe doing something similar for Tough?

  19. I wonder if it’s possible to break the defense of Farsight into two different chunks, one That can be boosted by power boost, and one that cannot. That way people could at least keep some of what it currently has, but it could be brought more in line with everything else.
  20. This is a great idea that probably needed to have been implemented in 2006. It might be too late now.
  21. Again, this is wrong. The most popular functionality of Farsight is buffing you and your team, not being itself improved by PB. The most popular functionality of PB would probably be to a slightly more popular set maybe? I don't know, do you suppose the largest single use for PB across ALL toons that take it is on Time toons with Farsight? I suppose it could be.

  23. To put it in specific terms, PB still does everything it always did, except not to That particular power. Farsight does everything it always did, except get buffed by PB. The primary function of PB is to buff lots of powers, not Farsight specifically, and the primary function of Farsight is to buff your team, not to be buffed by PB. The cottage rule is intact.
  24. I think you're arguing a radical reinterpretation of the cottage rule. Both powers still function Exactly as they always have. Only the interaction of the two is being changed. The Time player has many other powers that still benefit, including any other Def buffs, such as Scorpion Shield or Maneuvers. Really this would be a textbook example of Not breaking the cottage rule.
