  1. For example, PB used to buff Knockback. Removing that did not break the cottage rule, and that effected MANY more powers than this.
  2. PB improves -Speed and -Defense as well and +End. That's 5 powers OTHER than Farsight that benefit. 6 including. Far more than many sets. Making PB not effect one part of one power does not break the cottage rule, sorry. If you really think so then you may not understand the cottage rule.
  3. It can be both op and unnecessary, they are not in conflict. it doesn’t nullify a power, time still benefits from PB in several ways, and people can respec if they want but they don’t have to. how does it break the cottage rule?
  4. All the circuit powers can chain to the caster and yes can chain from the sentinel to the caster or teammates or other pets when solo or teamed.
  5. You want to nerf ALL Time characters so those with Power Boost can keep this one unnecessary thing? and people are arguing defense buffs don’t even matter at the endgame and only damage matters...
  6. No, let’s not ignore that, because that does not help your case, given all the Other tools Time has and FF does not.
  7. We know from powers such as Ground Zero that it is possible to make a power target BOTH allies AND enemies at the same time. Is it conceivable that Electrical Affinity Circuit powers (ONLY the Circuit powers) could be made to TARGET Enemies even though it has no effect on them, and then immediately chain back to allies?
  8. Darkness Affinity was a Pay to Play set and so the devs would have been reluctant to fix it even if they knew about the problem. That's no longer a consideration.

  12. This bug lets Damage buffs improve the resistance. There is no way that can stay in.
  13. Other aoe heals are usable solo at lvl 1
  14. I'm not sure why the defense isn't being boosted. Possibly a bug, or possibly the power is flagged to not receive buffs but we can't see the flag, which I guess could also be a bug.
  15. It's not that useful against minions, true. It's VERY useful against Bosses.
  16. You're better off creating a macro to target it.
  17. Awesome! Hoping for later additions of locks for each slot so we can selectively randomize and colorize. And also hoping for, when the time comes, asymmetrical chest and legs options as well.

  21. Power Boost has also never boosted Recovery, only + or - Endurance.
  22. Power Boost abilities have NEVER included Regen, only Heals. Test is down right now or I'd double check, but I believe the AB version does not include Defense, intentionally.
  23. I look forward to seeing how the Shadow Maul change by itself plays out on live. That will give the devs a better idea of where their balance point needs to be with DC.
