Pretty sure this is intentional. In the most recent patch Suppressive Fire was changed.
There is no longer any reason to ever use it with Standard Ammo. Using ANY special ammo is flat out better than with standard ammo. This is by design.
I especially like Bonfire with a KB>KD enhancer.
Meteor's KB is too much fun to turn it to KD. And everything's dead anyway, so who cares if it's scattered?
Just to be extra clear, I never once in this thread or anywhere else said anything about not getting drops I wanted. I have no clue where you got that idea.
You are somehow still not getting it.
I HAVE NO TROUBLE BECOMING INCARNATE. I DO INCARNATE ARCS ALL THE TIME.
Your responses make zero sense in the context of my posts. Seems like a reading comprehension issue.
Another bizarre assumption.
My play style is soloing and duoing Story arcs (mostly). I get lots of Incarnate drops. I very rarely get Incarnate SHARDS.
That still doesn’t answer my question, really.
By the time the other SLOTS are even unlocked I already have a t3 Alpha made using Emps and Threads.
Get rid of all the Alpha components and Shards. No one besides Lazarillo will even notice the difference.
Yea, as someone who generates their Incarnate abilities primarily by running DA arcs, the loss of shards would be almost completely meaningless to me.
But I understand what you are saying now, thank you.
I also like how each AT has a different advantage with it: Blasters get the highest damage, the set pairs well with Corruptors Scourge, Defenders get really great debuffs from Storm Cell, and Sentinels can make C5 perma in long fights.
I think what the chart really doesn't show is how MASSIVELY VALUABLE are the debuffs from Storm Cell+High Winds and the knockdown from Lightning. It is NOT just a damage power, it's a survival power too.
I did some of that late in Beta.
Limited data, and very limited sample size, but it's better than nothing.
On a level 34 Storm/Ice Blaster, +1/x2 Council Radio mission.
With Storm Cell:
Without Storm Cell:
Not exactly a typo:
When you begin the "Wheel of Destruction" story arc (think it's lvl 25 blueside), the first mission is referred to as Part 2 and the second mission is referred to as Part 1.
