  1. It does increase, when you attack. I think they’re still working on adjusting how it responds to sets.
  2. With strength more like Singularity than Axe Cyclone. A slow pull.
  3. Honestly, the scatter from this set is extremely minimal and easily dealt with simply by taking a Slow or Immobilize ability. Not everyone has access to those, but most do. I'm not even planning to use KB>KD for this set. Not necessary.
  4. click Reveal hidden content under where it says Release Candidate 1 Changes near the top
  5. Interestingly, most MM Resistance is now in the upgrades instead of the pets themselves, I wonder how much of an issue actually remains?
  6. I think it's there at least in part to limit the effectiveness of procs in such powers? That's basically a guess.
  7. I was thinking also of Stone Melee>Fault and any other dual purpose power (though I can't offhand come up with another example).
  8. Unless I am mistaken, in this example, Siphon Insight will work on any power with an accurate tohit debuff (which I think is just about everything the Servant has, but I could be forgetting something). Doctored Wounds is only going to work on Healing powers.
  9. By multiple functions I mean things like Mastermind Pets that have a wide variety of powers, or a few random powers like Fault that are technically two powers in one. Slotting the pets with pet sets typically avoid this problem. There are few of any powers where it actually causes a problem as you’re fearing.
  10. All powers with multiple functions work this way, to my knowledge.
  11. if you don't enjoy this one sure. But I've had plenty of success with Corruptor/Defender Storm Blast so far...Nature Affinity pairs very nicely with it...
  12. I noticed this, mostly on the Defender and Corruptor. I *think* the long duration of these powers is what's meant to balance this. Go ahead and use your secondaries, SC/C5 will still be there after. But yes, it is to your advantage to use buffs and debuffs before you're ready to unload, so as to not interrupt yourself. Or play a Sentinel and you don't have this problem.
  13. Is it possible to make High Winds do no damage but be damage enhanceable? So it would take strength boosts from damage sets, but not actually do any additional damage?
  14. I’m sorry but that is deeply unfortunate and I strongly suggest you reconsider this design. Add a tiny bit of damage to high winds if you have to. Please make slotting this power easy and intuitive. This is one too many sacrifices you are requiring to get good mileage out of the set. edit: THESE powers, since this presumably applies to both SC and C5.
  15. This seems like a problem. People will have to slot a NON damage set in order to boost wind accuracy? Please consider adjusting this.
  16. Don’t stress, there are plenty of other things the patch is waiting on besides Beanbag.
  17. That may explain why there have been very different reports about high level effectiveness, if some folks were using sets and some not.
  18. Bonfire, btw, is bugged. It is SUPPOSED to only have a 10% chance to KD with KB>KD slotted.
  19. you get a "nuke" that lasts 30 seconds, an extra set of "procs" for your attacks, and a ton of debuffs and soft control. The set trades upfront damage for a lot of survivability but gets some of it back in long fights.
  20. That might just be Kin's weakness. No +Tohit or -Def.
  21. That doesn't sound right. Could you possibly post a video? It's a lot to ask, if not I understand.
  22. Based on the solution that was chosen, I would guess that most of all of those solutions would have required nerfing the stun itself. Since the change from Aim was done for people who wanted to keep the stun, I’m guessing they were non-starters for that reason. The change they settled on makes the power better at what it was doing originally.
  23. literally you’re doing it wrong. use Intensify AFTER summoning C5. It buffs your OTHER attacks chance to Proc C5 and Cell.
  24. It is a significant damage boosting mechanic. As such it requires investment to have it available all the time, just like any other similar mechanic in the game.
