  1. I do agree that there's enough evidence to hypothesize that there may be a bug. That's all.
  2. In the grand scheme of things, no it’s not all that extraordinary. I’m just saying there is not enough evidence to be certain that it is a bug. It could be, but it may not be.
  3. You stating that counting an enemy does not affect it is a claim without evidence. It doesn't apply a debuff, but it's still using them. Sort of like how you aren't affected by Facebook selling your data but also you kind of are. Now it MAY be a bug, but it may not. The fact it doesn't damage, taunt, or debuff doesn't necessarily mean that it's a bug.
  4. Flurry should be made to be similar to other t1 pool powers. No better.
  5. It's not a bug. It's just an unfortunate side effect of how the system works.
  6. You could set the areas with level 54 mobs "to x8" as it were. OR (maybe better) For RWZ specifically: Make the mobs levels in the zone be relative to a specified baseline, and then have them all scale to you! So no matter what level you are, the mobs in the closest yellow areas are White and Yellow con minions, those in the next areas out are Yellow and Orange, next Orange and Purple, and finally the north of the zone where Everything is purple to everyone. And perhaps also increase the population density in the north as well. I wouldn't mind seeing ALL "Hazard" zones, including the Shards, the Wards, and RWZ scale in this way.
  7. I think all the 54 areas should be populated a little more densely, including RWZ, The Storm Palace, Mot Cemetery in DA, etc
  8. The basic expectations, which are for the player to ask: "what are these currencies I'm accumulating, how do I spend them", and "how do I interact with the player economy to maximize my earnings" are not really all that high. How successfully they find the answers to those questions depends somewhat on their resourcefulness, but I've seen people explain merits>converters>ios/inf to strangers in-game, on discord, here, on reddit, and elsewhere, so the information does get out there. Sure, if a hypothetical player discovered the game by themselves and has made their first character and has no friends, it might take them until their second character to be able to self fund for SOs, but high likelihood someone will gift their first toon multiple millions. Thank you, Captain Canada! >.>
  9. Get all the Explore Badges in Atlas Park. This will get you a few Reward Merits. Trade these at the Merit Vendor for Enhancement Converters. Sell these on the AH. Buy your SOs.
  10. Let's change this to the new shorter version.
  11. Probably the status protection should be Mez Resistance not Protection. I would also suggest making it a Non Permaable Click.
  12. The final power in the Presence pool is a self rez.
  13. I don't think this is sufficiently differentiated. There are already Taunt, Self Defense, Self Status Protection, Self Rez, and Ranged Attack options in the pools.
  14. Now that PvP in bases is a thing, could we possibly have a SG Base PvE Practice Dummy, like in RWZ?
  15. In Final Fantasy XIV there is a character class called Blue Mage which is basically its own sort of minigame within the greater game. Blue Mage can learn many spells from FOES throughout the game, ultimately becoming FAR more powerful than any of the other classes. However, Blue Mage is considered a Limited Class, meaning it is restricted from entering many types of content, because it would be totally OP. Now, I'm not suggesting the idea in this thread would be OP, but maybe that would be the solution, that it would be restricted from certain kinds of content.
  16. Oh, this is much less interesting than what I thought it was going to be. I would love to see some more INTERACTION between multiple PLAYERS powers, like the kind of thing we saw in that great One shot in the first Avengers movie, Iron Man bouncing lasers off Cap's shield and stuff. THAT would be much cooler than freeform which was how this game was back in like the original Alpha testing, and it was gotten rid of because it was not good.
  17. those sets that lack or have weaker kb protection are already compensated with other advantages.
  18. maybe not in sophisticated endgame builds, but I have power surge on several characters, in particular Sentinels, who have more difficulty reaching their caps.
  19. I wouldn't mind something like this being added, but I do want to point out that Evasive Maneuvers and, maybe (?) Clarion Destiny offer KB Resistance.
  20. iirc having teammates increases how much you get out of each attack, I think?
  21. I asked about this and the answer that I got was that 100% equals one mag.
  22. Why in the heck are Arachnos web grenades unresistable??
  23. Just for kicks I decided to see how well I could protect myself from -Fly. I have Hover, Evasive Maneuvers, and the Hypersonic: -Fly Res special, and I am STILL getting -Fly'd by ONE Arachnos Lieutenant's Web Grenade. WTF?? These numbers need to be rebalanced so there's a POINT to these powers. Alternatively, just remove -Fly Resistance from the game, since it clearly doesn't work.
  24. Pretty sure range is floored at 0. There's no such thing as negative range...
