  1. I don't know which setting specifically is responsible, but the Force Field Excelsion appearance is NOT displaying when graphics are set to anything under Recommended.
  2. Build looks fine to me. Try to get DP to 10 stacks quickly, and then keep it there. Get Psychokinetic Barrier to 3 stacks and keep it there. Use MM in bad situations.
  3. Also there IS now at least one power in which Kb2Kd does turn off repel, Force Field>Repulsion Field. Maybe also Storm Blast>Jet Stream, I don’t remember.
  4. No, kinetics repel is just knockback.
  5. It’s not entirely correct. Deep Sleep is only Control sets, but other Sleep powers stack now.
  6. Did you miss that it stacks up to 10 stacks and can be refreshed easily? Skipping it would be a huge mistake. It gives the set near Regen levels of regen.
  7. Slotting the Pet specials and ATOs might be higher priority, but it works.
  8. As of Build 5: Precognition is now showing -Def Resist, but Psi Defense is still identical to the others, wasn't it doubled in value?
  9. Soul Transfer says it increase maximum HP, but in fact it provides Absorb.
  10. Extraneous apostrophe in the description of Cloak of Fear. Says "Mez enhancements on this power enhance it's magnitude rather than its duration."
  11. All working as intended. The power is actually TWO powers. One fires at the location of your target, the other at the location of your click. They don't HAVE to be the same location. It is a unique ability that lets you mez two separate groups at once.

  13. Devs already said this isn't getting changed in this patch, because those are constructed differently from the new ones and will need different adjustments that there is not currently time for.
  14. It's 25 or 30% for a few seconds, then drops to like 15 for a few seconds, then drops to like 5 or 10 for a few seconds. +Damage can't be buffed.

  16. That’s not really how archetypes are balanced against each other. It’s not One for One, the inherent against the inherent, etc. It’s total package vs total package. The Stalker inherent does more for the Stalker than the Scrapper inherent does for the Scrapper. A Stalker with no crits is worse then a Scrapper with no crits.
  17. I don’t think that’s the goal. The goal is to leave IH there for those who prefer it, while encouraging most people to take RR.
  18. Similar to Memento Mori, if Soul Transfer will have a 300 second cooldown regardless of mobs, then its effects shouldn't scale down quite so much in smaller encounters.
  19. It DOES seem like if Memento Mori will really only be useable on the 300 second timer, then its effects shouldn't scale quite so much, so they can be a bit stronger with fewer mobs around.
  20. Well, that's Scrapper primaries. A better comparison would be in Armor sets, since that's what we're talking about here. So the comparable powers are really like Ninjitsu>Blinding Powder, which certainly is Range enhanceable, and Sentinel>Bio Armor>Parasitic Leech which is not Range enhanceable. Note that Parasitic Leech is actually far more comparable to Devour Psyche. I'm not sure whether I think it should be Range enhanceable or not, but I would still like to know why these powers are cones on Scrappers and Stalkers, I don't recall seeing any dev explanation of that.
  21. There are, I think, other ranged abilities that are not range enhanceable...not sure what off the top of my head...but there are, aren't there?
  22. This last round of improvements to Psi Armor have helped significantly. My main critique now is that Impose Presence does not "feel" good, compared to other sets taunt aura powers. In other sets the taunt aura has, in addition to taunt, some key element of the sets toolkit, whether its something like Invincibility, a damage aura, or in the case of SR and Regen, just an important part of their basic coverage. Impose Presence doesn't feel that way. Instead it feels like the taunt itself is the most important part of the power, and the other elements are just a bonus. This is because the Defense numbers are low, don't cover AoEs, and the set has no DDR. To put it another way, in other sets you REALLY WANT the power that has the taunt for the other things it offers, and the taunt is either a nice addition, or helps the power to function. Of course you want it for taunt ALSO, but all the other taunt aura powers feel very significant in the kit. In this set you don't really especially need Impose Presence for its buff/debuff qualities. Instead you just feel like you HAVE to take it, because you're a tank. Not sure what the solution is really, but it would be nice to feel like Impose Presence was something really exciting, the same way Invincibility or Against All Odds feel.
  23. Expand the gameplay by using mobs we’ve fought before ad nauseam? How does that make any sense?
