  1. Some slotting adjustments may be advisable. On test I was easily able to get capped hp, and my second wind, reconstruction, and moment of glory are all well slotted and get used.
  2. well, just describe a little. Did you make any changes from live? Do you have Ailment Resistance...are there any adjustments you would have to make to take advantage of the changes?
  3. I’m curious to know about the level, build, and missions you tried this with, because this was not my experience.
  4. You should be able to just type the power in brackets in chat to make the link to its info. You can also just look in the character creation screen without actually making the character…
  5. I like this rework. The whole kit is now useful instead of just 2 powers. It's difficult to analyze in abstraction and isolation. So much changing at once, Deep Sleep, Controller changes, Spirit Tree now actually worth using, Vines patch etc. It's a lot to take in.
  6. Not entirely sure, but I think the instant revive part may not persist when changing zones. Did you have the buff up already when you entered the mission?
  7. The new version is stronger overall. If the character does not have Ailment Resistance it might need to respec to see the full improvement.
  8. Second Wind on live gives you a stronger effect the lower in health you are when you activate it. That isn't true in the new version, where you get 100% effect no matter what.
  9. It can't be targeted by either allies or enemies. It does not take damage. It does not persist through mission doors. If you get mezzed it drops. Maybe that's what's happening?
  10. This seems like a bug. I think it is supposed to take Accurate Healing.
  11. Loving Rime on a low level Brute. Significant upgrade.

I think increasing the strength of Precognition, or adding more All Positions/Defense All somewhere else in the set, could have a triple effect, (1) help shore up the squish factor of the set, (2) address the thematic complaint that the set should have more "telekinesis" in the form of defense, and (3) further differentiate the set from Dark Armor. In fact, I might suggest increasing Precog +Def significantly, adding Defense Debuff Resistance, and making the power a toggle.
  13. This patch note does not appear to be correct. Does not give Defense or ToHit resistance. This also, not quite right. Seems to be Defense to All but Psi and Toxic. Which doesn't make any sense. Why put Psi Def into Precog but leave it out of Mask Presence? Just make it Def All.
  14. No, your existing build will continue to work with its existing slotting, but you might have to respec in order to take advantage of changes to powers that you have or have not taken.
  15. AoE Hold Patches are great! But I'm glad it's not all of them.
  16. FH is still enhanceable. So it went from 50 to 40, but you get 20 more from Ailment Resistance and up to 55 more from Reactive Regen, so it's really nothing to worry about.
  17. In practice it's not a big deal. The buffs refresh, so it's VERY easy to keep at max stacks.
  18. You are not entitled to ATOs at any particular price besides 100 Merits.

  21. Yep, that makes sense. Powers like that, and Quicksand, are part of why SR gets decent Slow resists, so you can run out of a -Def field like that fairly easily.
  22. Yes, them having attacks that AREN'T high cost, even though they are for us is totally possible.
