  1. I tried a complete reinstall of Tequila and still get the same error I don't know what else to do as I don't know what the error means. Everything worked fine last night before the update
  2. I have tried revalidating. After I hit Play I get the following error in a popup window Error Parsing Command line argument 'auth51.161.76.201[' Then it let's me login and hit accupt to the UE. I get a single server called UNNAMED and then the application freezes. Please advise
  3. +1 on best secondary for hover blasting. If your blapping, its hard to beat the /fire AOEs.
  4. Its real easy to see. Just open the powers window, select the Combat Attributes window and go down to the Defense tab. When you mouse over the Def type you are looking for , you have the option to monitor it permanently on your main screen.
  5. IMO for a hoverblaster/ranged blaster it is the best game in the set. Lots of utility, personally I take all of the non-arrow powers because they add to speed/regen/revcovery and the holds. Eagle eye, upshot, agility and gumnastics can be appl;ied effectively to any primary. Upshot: gives you a full 100% damage buff Eagle Eye: More accuracy (great for AOEs) + regen and recovery good enough to let you take Barrier instead of ageless Agility: A nice plus recharge that frees up slots for other things. + a niuce speed buff Gymnastics: + Def all making it easier to hit caps and status effect resistance which is all important for a low hit point toon. The actual arrow powers are diverse so you have a good selection for IO mules to round out your build characteristics. /Temporal is also very good but my /TA builds seem to come out better. I think the best selling point would be to go over my water/TA build and see how I use it and look over the totals. http://www.cohplanner.com/mids/download.php?uc=1446&c=662&a=1324&f=HEX&dc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ood luck!
  6. This is great work. I see a lot of arguing on how and what is used by blasters. Take this valuable data for what it is and use it to influence your blasters. I have found it very helpful! Thanks for supporting the blaster community.
  7. Here is a copy of my Water/TA hover blaster build. If you don't follow all of it. It is very important to have the Positron's Blast enhancement with RANGE in it for steam spray. It makes that power much more useful, and it is one of the higher damaging powers in water's set I would paste the pretty build readout, but I can never get it to look right...so data link it is. This identical slotting is also very good for Fire/TA. http://www.cohplanner.com/mids/download.php?uc=1483&c=666&a=1332&f=HEX&dc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
  8. Blapper: Fire/Fire/Mace Hover: Water/TA/Mu Blastroller: Fire/Fire/Fire Dominator 🙂 Best and easiest control in the game when properly slotted, Great ST and all the AOE of a blaster minus the Nuke. The damage multiplier is better than that of a corrupter and is a suuuper fun toon to play. My Blapper build: I am not a huge proc man on this build because it does so much damage anyway. http://www.cohplanner.com/mids/download.php?uc=1525&c=696&a=1392&f=HEX&dc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over Blaster http://www.cohplanner.com/mids/download.php?uc=1483&c=666&a=1332&f=HEX&dc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om/Blastroller 😄 My personal Dom playstyle is to never have to rely on hasten for permadom. 9. For an all ranged blaster I really enjoy water and BR, as they have good AOEs and their nuke is not PBAOE. What are your thoughts on the best secondary for a hover, all-ranged, blaster. I've tried a bunch but cant settle on one I like best for this task. I am not interested in any of the melee powers unless I need them as a mule and I already have a few blappers that I really like. I do prefer my +recovery to com in an aura. I have played all of the below (as well as others) up through T4 incarnates, but I'm having trouble picking a winner. /Time has some nice recharge bonus, regen seems a bit less than others, but does have an absorption tick /Energy has the nice range boost features /TA seems to have good regen/recovery and some resists /Atomic seems well rounded with some nice resists What are your thoughts? -------------------------------------------Edit------------------------------------------------------------ Thanks for all the feedback. I've leveled both TA and Time. Both are awesome but TA is a little bitter. I prefer the absorb and the status effect resist is a bit better, plus i can 44.6% ranged def running with fly...not needing hover. I can also boost my psi resist by one more purple and last recharge is a hint better. Time does have better energy resist at around 50% where TA has it at 38%. General, not too expensive build below. FYI I am not a proc monster kind of guy. I can never post the build and have the formatting come out right so I'll only paste the link, \Thanks for all the feedback. http://www.cohplanner.com/mids/download.php?uc=1483&c=666&a=1332&f=HEX&dc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love the above build for a pure hover blaster. But my heart is on my fire/fire blapper. So what I've done is made an alt build for him that I can swap over to using the following macros. /macro Blap select_build 1 /macro Hov select_build 2 My Hover build is below and is Fire/Fire/Mu (Blapper is Fire/Fire/Mace and is very expensive) Build not shown as this is a hover thread. http://www.cohplanner.com/mids/download.php?uc=1447&c=642&a=1284&f=HEX&dc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
  10. Thanks for the replies! You've saved me hours of experimentation time 🙂
  11. I've been running a mission that lets me rescue, break and select stuff on every run, but I don't seem to have picked up the 2nd level badges that should kick in at the number 25, I've kept track and I've done the mission more than 25 times. I also don't see them at all in the closest to completion. Thoughts?
  12. This is great reading. Did you do this for other ATs?
  13. Fire...all day and all night good for single target and AOE. Fire BIO armor was my first 50 on homecoming and works great on all content. Also works great on blasters and doms.
  14. Here is my build. Its not cheap but it definitely does some great AOE and is pretty tanky. Needs more energy resist. SO I buy the temp power (Kinetic Dampener) from the p2w vendor...Its way down near the bottom of her inventory. 15. Back on live I never really played a blaster. But since the HC team (I believe it was them) fixed the snipe and the nuke, I decided to give it a try on and stumbled on an expensive fire fire build that after many months and tweaking has become my absolute favorite toon of all times. It does what I hear a lot of blasters say...it works because it kills them fast, before they kill you. So my toon is at about Vet Level 92 and I am looking fort another Blaster. I have tried rad atomic and ice cold (may have got those power names wrong but you know what I mean). Please reccommend your favorite blaster and why you like it. Thanks!
  16. I like to run 50+ teams on a regular basis. I prefer the Maria arc over others and definitely over radios. People generally like Maria because it has AVs and it counts towards the Portal Jockey accolade power. Unfortunately, once you run it you are done and you can't start over. You can replay Maria's arcs in Ouroboros, but it is in TF mode, so as people quit others cannot join. I would like a way, any way, to run these missions over with new players or those still leveling up in a non TF mode where we can add new players as others leave or I would like to be able to go back to a contact and reset their mission list. Thanks for considering this and thanks so much for taking the risk to bring the game back @Orion Midnight
  17. Im run a lot of teams and I gab a lot. Therefore i have a bunch of random mistells, some of which are quit embarrassing and end up in looking for group :) In any case I would like to have a macro or a keybind that either toggles my chat "input" (meaning the stuff I type) between team, supergroup and looking for group chat or takes me directly to input for those channels. For example, I would like buttons on my tray or keybinds that when I hit it all my input goes to team chat. I hit a different key or button and now all my tells go to supergroup. I hit another and the input goes to looking for group. Thanks!
  18. Ive always been a big fan of burn on my brutes, but when I use it on my blaster the numbers are low and in pines it also looks very week. I read somewhere that some of burns numbers are hidden. Can someone enlighten me? Thanks!
  19. Hi everybody, I have a bunch of brutes and I'm looking to roll a Claws/Electric Brute for endgame play. I want to have a good amount of AOEs, which means I'll likely go Mu mastery and pick the first two AOE powers (forget their names). If you think the inherent AOEs in claws/electric are more than good enough and I should pick a different epic powerset please chime in. I would like to have taunt (only a single slot is necessary) because I duo with a friend that plays recklessly and needs me to taunt things off of her :) Looking for high survivability and a decent amount or recharge close to perma-hasten. I know this build was popular back in the day, why not so much anymore? Thanks, O
  20. Back in the day i ran my fire cave farmer with an SS/Fire build and it went very well. This go around I saw a lot of people talking about Spines/Fire and since it is an AOE build it makes since because it has more AOEs. However, once you get Mu mastery you have access to two more AOEs. I was dual farming with a friend me on my Spines/Fire and she on her SS/Fire. She was racking up a large percentage of the kills. I know more kills does not necessarily mean more damage because there is a burstiness nature. But I was thinking if SS has rage up all of the time and access the mu mastery AOEs does it outperform Spines/Fire in clear times? Has anybody timed the two? I don't feel like spinning up a second farmer just to test it and I haven't got a hang of the test server. Looking forward to get your point of view. Thanks!
  21. Fire Bio Strong AOE and good single target. Bio can give you a 25% damage boost Been running ut up through many vet levels...no regrets!
  22. COHers, I am looking for a complete list of all of the soft cap numbers. For examplle, Def, Resist, To hit Damage and etc. Thanks!
  23. Hi, Looking for non-AE fire farm map. Who is the contact and what mission should I look for? Thanks!
  24. No. Ive seen people do it on videos and it looks like they have about 5 options...i have about a dozen or more where non of them have it.
  25. I don't have any farming tips. I haven't been to successful at farming and would love to hear any tips that you have :)
