To those who are playing: do you actually end up using Shock all the time? EDIT: good catch on that Vengeance issue - yeah that's no good. I totally missed it was active.

Looking good. I wonder if I would mourn the loss of lightning bolt. If you want more recharge you could take the damage enhancements out of the purple sets since you will be hitting ED caps for damage without them and move one to Hasten, one to empowering, could always move the panacea proc to health and go with Spiritual alpha to get more healing and recharge. I dunno, just thinking out loud. EDIT: Nemu brought attention to the numbers without Vengeance running

It's free damage if you consider nearly a third of your endurance bar base cost is nothing.

This was in relation to the request to make it cheaper at vendors specifically - which would affect this feature since it uses those as a base.

Reminder that the devs actually want more inf spent in general. Inf sinks are a never-ending goal of development, so asking that they be cheaper at vendors and such is unlikely to ever happen. It's healthy for the market and economy.

That's why I argue for 6 slotting it at least while leveling. I am using it all the time - like nearly every time it is up while teaming. I can usually keep most at full end bars (including myself) this way. How does the recharge boost work in Energizing? Is the boost really that short?

Yeah the entire argument about it not being a dedicated teleporter with the 3 tp limit is all that is needed, and granting it limited hover wouldn't break that limitation or reinforcement that it isn't a dedicated teleporter.

Yeah he definitely stuns with the proc, but I am only 31 atm. Do you find Shock worth using? I know it's a nice damage debuff but I find I prefer attacking to using it a lot of the time

Hmm... What about swapping Galvanic with Energizing as far as slots go and giving the sentinel an acc and the stun proc - or do you think the loss of the max end isn't worth it? I am finding I like having Energizing 6 slotted while leveling quite a bit, teams seem to love it. I realize this is an end build but just seeing what else we could mess with

I have it bound and instantly spam it since you are hoping to not take fall damage which can be caused simply due to server lag which has increased since the patch

Jaunt is kind of hard to use without any kind of paused hover

The acc change is actually quite big. A couple people really hated the Tar Patch nerf - I think they said it went from -30 to 22.something in resist debuffs

Dark is getting some tweaks in the patch (prob tomorrow) which includes nerfs to tar patch and fade, however twilight grasp gets buffed, if that helps

Yeah I asked if there was a way to make the GPU only kick in when the machine was idle while at the same time having the CPU on medium or full.

Considering how incredibly fast electric control can drain enemies by comparison, this seems fine, especially with number of conversations people have made about just how soft the soft-control power of end drain is on PVE critters. Side note: wish Gremlins took end mod sets.
