  4. Oldskool, have you ever noticed if you take DP and Incendiary that you cannot get fire damage ticks when activating Offensive? I mean on the actual activation, not during it... ...also why do we get quad 'VULNERABILITY!' messages when we do that
  5. Only scanned part of the thread, but the thing that surprised me from Kael's posts was how well Battle Axe did. You never see people using that set. Ice Melee is underrated also.

  10. If someone doesn't agree with the 'logic' (haha) of an argument that means they just want to argue? I would like to have a cold damage-type aura.

I've tried it multiple times - I cannot seem to get Pistols with incendiary damage to deal any fire damage ticks when choosing it for the offensive vulnerability activation - unless the quad 'VULNERABILITY!' message are those ticks all at once or something like that - I am talking about ON the actual activation click not after it is already active
  12. I noticed that Sonic Resonance on masterminds Disruption Field has the wrong endurance cost - a number of powers like that have had their endurance lowered. Base I think is .65/sec

  15. At least, I think it's about 600% regen if stacked and fully loaded - but I meant having the ability to at least have one of them up every group or so
  16. One at a time, yes. With this combo of course you could double stack even with that in place.
  17. So basically everyone thinks the cooldowns on these abilities should be vastly lower, yes? That's part of why I am asking about the combo, as they are the exact same power with different graphics so you can alternate casts and have a buff like that up more often
  18. Yes, and you would be able to alternate between the two and have a buff like that up more often (which IMO they should have much shorter base cd anyway.)
  19. Any value in having Spirit Tree and Triage Beacon constantly providing 300%-600% regen rates constantly/sometimes? Procs everywhere like 5 in Acid Mortar alone? Anyone try it?
  20. Yeah I think I will shake up Blind Feint at least to steal a slot for the scaling resist proc, I missed that earlier.
  21. Savage and Staff are light on end use with their mechanics for sure. I can't remember for sure but Claws might be also.
  22. Just go with the healing destiny for SR if you go that route, and you could always go Paralytic Interface to debuff damage on top of that if you are worried about anything beyond that (although I suspect you will go for a damage one no matter what)

    Yeah I would just build it to be tough all the time and I usually skip the god power in armor sets. That one has a 5 min base recharge and lasts 30 sec I believe.
  24. Correct, it will cast it on itself and not the player. The stun proc works though on enemies.
