  1. They updated the visuals slightly during development - it was a direct port but after requests for it to be better they made it the 3 barrel version you see now.
  2. Tri-Cannon is a very good pet. It deals great damage and is very tough, plus it actually has a mag 3 taunt built in.

  4. Once the accuracy bug is patched, do you think it is worth it to slot Liquid Nitrogen for damage? Would love to see some permadom builds for Arse/Arse
  5. Permadom with either ranged capped or smashing/lethal sounds amazing.
  6. As far as I can tell, you aren't visible to them at all. I can sit there touching them and they won't do anything. Haven't tested against mobs with Tactics though.
  7. Couple of notes for Arsenal Control: If you have a 2nd one in your party, when they zone, you hear their Tri-Cannon firing sound fx but it doesn't show the firing animation (and naturally there aren't normally targets to fire at when you zone.) Yours does not make this sound when you zone though. This is probably a more global bug but when you defeat a frozen target, you hear the freeze sound effect go off (a 2nd time.)

  9. I think there was another patch and now the 'wet' combo with Liquid Nitrogen has been crossed out, granting a chance for immobilize automatically?
  10. Ah here we go, I missed this earlier. I thought something got royally messed up with either the patch or my system. What would the equivalent be for 4% on fx now?
  11. 27.7.5847 Is it just me or is sound different? Tri-Cannon sounds totally different to me (quieter) than it did in the last patch unless it is something with my system.
  12. Suppose I could get a tiny bit more recovery by swapping to the Core Alpha variant. I'd probably stick with what you have here instead of going the Brawl route due to the recharge alone. The heavy-hitters should be up constantly.

  14. Here's an odd one, this is for 27.7.5837. Just running around with a Arsenal/Arsenal dominator in the parking lot back and forth in the North: Fatal Error City of Heroes/Homecoming/assets/issue24/texWorld.pigg: Corrupt pig file detected Read failed for file: texture_library/WORLD/organizations/portal_industries/exterior/prtl_bldg/prt_bldg_06.texture -1 Your data might be corrupt, please run the patcher and try again. I did hit Verify, then it gave some error like it failed, I hit the circular arrow and checked updates and used Verify again and it seems ok. This is on a SSD that at least so far I have never had a problem with. Perhaps one of the patching processes glitched? Haven't run into it again yet.
  15. I brought up a caltrops grenade idea in another thread as well for these new Arsenal sets, so I approve.
  16. It would likely be a debuff set for defenders/corruptors/controllers instead of a buff set

Wishlist: Revamp Poison, revamp Kinetic Melee, release Gadgetry, proliferate Super Strength with revamp, proliferate Regeneration with revamp, proliferate Ninjitsu, proliferate Energy Aura, buff Spirit Tree/Triage Beacon, take a look at Archery, would be wonderful to see a new Mastermind primary, etc.
  18. I'm not surprised about Archery. You ever play it on a Defender? Painful. Kinda surprised at Water being down there but it does have AOEs. Happy to see Assault Rifle up there. I hate Buckshot though and skip it. Weak and kb? pass I figured Dark would be lower. I thought Elec would be slightly higher after perma Voltaic + Shock gimmick.
  19. Can anyone point me to a Battle Axe/Stone build? That sounds like fun. I took one to 20 so far. I am not running into end issues so far however I admit I am slotting acc/end in all attacks before even thinking about damage enhancements. I'm just letting fury do its thing.

  21. Yeah I like the pet's performance. Not nuts about its summon animation. I like its theme - naturally having a different name/look would be nice as others have mentioned to make it stand out a bit but it isn't a deal breaker.
  22. You oppose having a non-stackable immobile/droppable non-toggle regen patch that is up every other fight (all the way up to every fight) with the same max strength it currently has (using defender numbers.) We'll go on from there.
  23. No. I addressed frequency and stacking, and also mobilization and regen vs healing as healing actually breaks sleep and thus can't be considered.
