Would be nice if the people held them to task. Remember when they said that Windows 10 would be the last Windows? I for one am tired of being told that something will be the last, just for them to keep on going.

I never understood why males can't get that pattern in the costume designer. It's one of the best classic patterns in game but males can't have it.

I preferred it much better back when the objects exploded upon impact. I hate that they stay around now. Back when they exploded, it actually gave the illusion that the impact was severe. Now, it just looks like they are rubber balls bouncing off somebody and wouldn't hurt any more or less than a dodge ball.

I get little wild hairs up my rear from time to time and create random mods. I'll see what I can do. I already have the sound bites, so it's just a matter of lining them up and adding repeated effects when needed.

I had it happen to me in a mission once. I dismissed all my pets, they vanished from my HUD, but when I went to resummon them, they weren't there because the ones I dismissed were still hanging around. The difference is, is that I no longer had control of them. They became true NPCs who ignored commands, did not show up on my pet menu AND prevented me from summoning new ones. Only had this happen once though.

MM Pets primarily, but all pets in general except the ones that are timed.

The only thing I can see would potentially be an issue, is if somebody dismissed their pets, then somebody else came along and revived them all with a mass Rez, like the Dark Rez. I can see that as being a potential griefing opportunity for some. That could certainly cause some issues.

That's about the only thing DC Universe got right IMO.

I wish they looked more like masks and less like face paint. It's why I never use them.

I can't make my Ice/Cold Corruptor or a Cold/Ice Defender to work. The reason is that there is no Ice Shield or Ice mastery for them. It kind of turns me off from playing mine. If I'm going elemental, I prefer going all the way or not at all.

This was brought up on live, but can't recall if it was ever brought up here before. What's the odds we can get the mechanics of Revive or any other rezzing ability to work for pets? Would there be any problems with this if something like it were implemented?

I already have one for Assault Rifle that gives them the sound of Plasma Rifles from Terminator. They have very similar sound effects, both using the vibration of telephone pole guide lines to bring the effect. @Starhammer, give that a shot. If you don't like it, I'll see what I can do to get more realistic Star Wars sound bites.

So is the Rooted penalty being removed current or will that be after the patch? Great news either way.

It's been, well over 15 years since I have played a Stone Armor Brute/Tank/Whatever. Was Rooted ever changed so you could actually move without a Kin buffing you? And is Teleport still the only truly viable Travel Power? Or has it changed since then?

I disagree. I think that was one of the many things they did wrong. If I had a nickle for every character I had seen with the name Frost I would have been a rich man. It took being unique completely out of the equation. That's the thing I like about this game. That battle has been fought many times in CoH, even on this forum, and that battle is won by the people who prefer unique every time.

This bug started on live some time back. But it started only when after you used a buff like Build-Up or Aim or some other toggle/click that utilizes the same animation. Now, it doesn't seem to matter, it just happens whenever. Been trying to get Devs to look at this since when I first noticed it on Live. Since it's getting worse and affecting a lot of players now, I'm hoping it finally gets a fix. It happens on my Illusions/Time Troller too, along with my Ninjitsu Stalker, and almost every blaster. Why the combat stance bug is getting worse is anyone's guess.

We'll get our hate soon enough, everybody gets a turn at being a "boomer" eventually. Even the Millennials will get their turn at being hated in about 30 more years, it's inevitable. lol
