So for few squishies and to counter that we can have critical hitting enemies. All while making content harder and easier at the same time. Probably numbers need little adjustment but here we go. Let's say you have capped all the defenses. Glancing Hit chance should be at 1/4 of that. So 45/4 =11.25 (capped) Glancing blow is only deal %50 of damage otherwise taking accounting resistance enemy hit chance. So for players who has only to hit debuff and no defenses still could benefit from. Default chance could be 2.5 or 5. At the same time there could be new sets accounting for glancing hits. Sets that improve ability of Glancing Hit's effectiveness. Like say yellow sets %3 damage reduction while orange sets could have %6.25 purple sets should be %10. They could be new sets. Lets skip to Critical Hit Chance for now. Obviously most of AT's have chance to deal critical damage already even if numbers say otherwise. And giving all players ability to critical hit is obviously no go. Instead we can give enemies a critical hit chance and critical damage modifier! And accounting for glancing hit. Minion : %5 Glancing Hit Chance (Default), %10 Glancing Damage, %5 critical hit chance, %50 critical damage. Lieutenant : %7.5 Glancing Hit Chance, %15 Glancing Damage, %7.5 critical hit chance, %100 critical damage. Boss : %11.25 Glancing Hit Chance, %20 Glancing Damage, %11,25 critical hit chance, %100 critical damage. Elite Boss : %15 Glancing Hit Chance, %25 Glancing Damage, %15 critical hit chance, %200 critical damage. Archvillain/Hero : %20 Glancing Hit Chance, %50 Glancing Damage, %15 critical hit chance, %200 critical damage. Completely optional of course. Probably at +4 and +1 or +0 they will have no same chance and damage. So +0 or +1 content should be easier. It was already easy to begin with. Obviously I'm not expert at number crunching so numbers probably needs adjustment. Maybe we could also add AT's inherent chance to combat stats window for monitoring?

Cutscene maker on scene? Like you are creating AE mission if you want to make cutscene you have to go inside mission while in camera mode similar to arena cameras. Npcs will be frozen on animation until you say otherwise. With ability to customize HP of enemies so that other enemy can kill them in one hit, on cutscene maker similar to skullz scene. All enemies will be normal behaviour after cutscene ends. I know that it is still huge content probably never gonna happen because of sphagetti code. Still it could be fun. -
Hasten: Make it Inherent, or get rid of it?

If you don't want to pick that power that's your problem. It is free power pick so you should at least sacrifice 1 power slot for it. They are not the same. Recharge by itself doesn't bring anything to game or even do anything on its own. Lets say you pick build up you put recharge ios. Then you use hasten. Normally power that should be recharged in 1 minute is recharging at 30 seconds earlier. This by itself not a big problem even if you perma build up same instances never stack. Only thing you can do is refresh the duration which is click hungry. It is looking at clicking skills at this point really. -

Now that I think about little bit it is useless on high recharge + high level characters because ios cover most of them. It is only useful on lower levels where hasten actually make a difference because you didn't build a set yet. -

Probably most of control sets. They have way longer recharge especially nukes which deals no damage. So it is pretty much important to keep %100 uptime. Fade is probably one of them. Since Dark Affinity doesn't have recharge bonus powers unlike time and kinetics and electric affinity. -
Currently it is auto and giving smash and lethal resistance and gives minimal benefit. So instead of silly things like making it smash and lethal defense , making it +absorb (unregenable) makes more sense. Here is two options. Auto : %10 hp as absorb. When absorb depletes gives minimal speed buff and/or gives repel to enemies while making you knockback and only regens out of combat (not taking damage for 30 seconds) Toggle : %25 hp as absorb. When absorb depletes it detoggles instead and 1 minute recharge unaffected by global recharge changes. (Normal recharge should be 10 seconds but if it depletes it rise to 1 minute recharge instead) In the end Body Armor can mean anything really.

Only thing I don't like about redside is Grandville because Red Sky is looks depressing somewhat. Hell even Atlas Park's Night Sky looks better than this. I am still playing on redside though not sure why.

Here is couple I know : If you try to summon haunt on dying enemy it fails and power goes on recharge anyway. If you summon Shadow Field on Ouroboros (pseudopet) and jump down on water. When you teleported to pool Shadow Field will start to move and jumps down on water too.- 1 reply

I think Twilight Grasp's accuracy is little broken atleast for me.. I have 1.69 accuracy before this patch (touch on nictus accurate heal set)it should be 1.89 yet it is showing 2.03 unless I'm mistaking something. (%68.9 +acc) -
Which Control Hybrid Power do you choose and why?

I chosen radial for my dark/dark then never activating them because not much damaging attacks that way. Then I got a core and I always activate before fights now. So if you have too many control powers but less attack powers go for core. If you have too many attack powers but less control (I'm looking at you Illusion) go for radial for maximum effectiveness. -
Costume piece probably belts when not casting anything and power customization options when you tried to cast spells ? probably lot of work needs to be done but costume piece should be easier.

Seriously they need to restricted on regular play it makes things less fun on groups because someone always using it. Make it so you can accumulate charge for judgment powers during gameplay instead. Recharge will stay same (was it 2 min?) and greatly reduces rate of accumulation when it is on recharge so you can't always use it as soon as available. Tankers accumulating charge when taking damage or evading(?) and dealing damage. Brutes primarily dealing damage and taking damage and evading(?). Scrappers dealing damage and evading? Blaster's dealing damage or when their hp gets really really really low they will get bonus to accumulation. Sentinels : Dealing damage while taking damage? or using their inherent for whatever they doing. Controllers : Mezzing and debuffing while minor accumulating for damaging attacks? Dominators : Mezzing and dealing damage? Stalker : Burst damage and defeating or damaging targets while hiding. Corruptor : Dealing damage while debuffing. Scourge can also accumulate charge. Defender : Buffing allies and debuffing enemies while dealing damage? (why is everything is damage?!) Mastermind : Minion damage(lol) while debuffing targets. As for VEAT's I don't have any info on them I rarely see one on groups usually.

Nice! Can I also shamelessly ask to reduce cast times? Most of time I don't even bother to use that since getting killed and getting revived takes less time than Twilight Grasp animation times. Or if it isn't possible make it so -regen and -dmg debuffs apply buffs by same amount of debuff on target? Like they have -%50 regen -%10 damage you get +%50 regen +%10 damage for 10 seconds or possible lower since they have a resistance. -
Can we add hidden enemies like stalkers? as ambushes I mean since putting hidden enemy out in the open seems kinda pointless. And maybe a way to hide enemy rank because why not ?

Tbh I don't care what happens to tar patch since I was only using it for slows anyway. Sure I'm gonna spend even more time defeating enemies but thats it. It will be painful in pvp though that's for sure. As for twilight grasp not sure how to feel about this one, if heals going downwards can we atleast get increase in accuracy ? like 1.20x ? same as Transfusion? -
Maybe they could add base editor a pathdrawer or something, anything inside that path or area is pvp. Could work with most of rooms.

Primary : Nothing Secondary : Nothing If blank powers doesn't work put up brawl with increased damage for primary as for secondary, sprint with increased speed and maybe bit of defense. This AT will available to all pool powers and they can get them even at level 2 from now on and can have more then 4 power pool active. Inherent : Increased effectiveness for day jobs , ability to hold multiple day jobs at will , 1 permanent day job based on what title you wield. Ability to rebuy temp powers that you unlocked on missions. Permanent temp powers on melee only or increased count for melee only temp powers (if mission gives you 60 you have 120 for example) think of like maintaining weapons. That's it. They will also have low perception fit to lore.
