There's already a mechanic in the game to make a door go cold briefly if it's clicked too soon. I wish a door would go cold for several hours after it's been clicked (by anyone) X number of times. That would force the ToT league to move to a new location which would create problems for the leachers who are left behind running into the corner of a hotel that's turned their lights off and are no longer handing out full sized candy bars.

Dynamic Duo - sort of like a limited Mastermind. During character creation you actually create the hero and the sidekick, and they travel together. Some of the powers have animations have the 2 work together: Bonus points for BAP, POW, and THUNK!

No, I'm a suburban soccer mom living in North Dakota. Seriously, I roleplay in the sense that each of my characters have a "voice" in which they speak, and the powers I choose for them are based on their character and not necessarily what's optimal - including inspirations. Oklahoman carries mostly team reds and greens, Vayne Glorious carries only ones that helps himself. Some people really get into roleplaying, such that you have to sort of join in on their little world to even interact with them. I don't enjoy that, and I try not to do that myself, but if that's fun for you and you have a group that enjoys it, good for you.

I remember commenting one time in a LAM that I was so speed boosted that if I tapped W I would end up in a Keyes trial. You can LRT to PD, too. And I wish I could place ole' Null in my base.

OK, so there's not some magical enhancement out there I'm missing that would take a single target from 0% to 300% in one casting. Whew.

I don't worry a whole lot about slotting and min/maxing, but I'm curious how you are slotting fulcrum shift for +300% instantly. May be a dumb questions, I just don't focus on that aspect of the game too much.

I haven't done this in a while, but sometimes I will lead DFB's and pay "bounties" for whoever gets the killshot on Tinder, etc. I align that with the badges, too, so that no bounty is paid out if a cadaver is killed first when fighting Dr. Meinst, for example. It's relatively minor transfer of inf, but I hope it also gets new players used to reading (freakin') chat. Honestly, it's a bit of a bookkeeping nightmare, which is why I wish we had the ability to click a player name and select "Send Mail" and have it pop up with a message formatted to their global. I'd probably do that more often if it was easier. MSRs are pretty easy to lead (they almost run themselves nowadays) and can net a fair amount of XP for players. The other rewards from an MSR maybe aren't so great given the time commitment, though, and I do know some people just sit AFK in the bowl which irritates some. Still, there are plenty of people who enjoy getting the XP from that. My only other suggestion would be exactly what you are doing already. So, keep that up!

So, you did it wrong. Rather than use the search function to see if a topic has already been discussed and then add to that, you're supposed to create a whole new post on the same topic. See: "Level 50 Token" Honestly, I say get rid of Group Fly for a number of reasons, and just have fly also work on pets. Anyone who doesn't have fly and needs it can get a jetpack.

So, you're under the impression people stopped having conversations in LFG until after I posted my last example of people having conversations in LFG? Nothing settled down.

Oh, to be sure, there were plenty of legitimate LFG messages in through there. I just removed those in this case to show the larger conversation. You absolutely could scroll back and sift through LFG to find what's truly recruiting. Or, ignore everyone participating in the discussion. I like how someone came along 5 minutes after everything settled down trying to stir things back up again. The other day I was recruiting for a Hami raid and this person kept sending me tells, despite the LFG message saying NO TELLS. I assumed they were in zone and saying they could not read the messages in request, so I was trying to help them get request active. If you've never formed an MSR or Hami, you may not appreciate how busy the organizer is, so really this was me trying to be extra helpful. What I came to understand is that this person was not in zone and not wanting to do Hami at all, but was rather having trouble reading all the traffic going through LFG, and was asking me to no longer advertise to reduce the number of messages. I imagine it could be frustrating for a new player to sort through all that. And, I don't think it looks very good. There are plenty of places for conversations like that in the game already.

I wondered if anyone had noticed. 🙂 I've been spending the bulk of my gaming time lately on Tears of the Kingdom. I'm doing that thing now where Zelda says I really, really should go defeat the bad guy, but I kinda wanna work on my house more first. I plan to be back on COH again more soon.

Like you, I target Hami before the league heads out. When we get TP'd in, I hit one of my regular attacks which then forces me to face Hami. Thanks for coming out for the early Hamis!

I never require Discord for anything I run, but some league leaders do and probably have a better success rate with some of the tougher badges (I'm looking at you, Triple Threat). I really don't like Discord. Having said that, I scan through several COH related Discords and by and large there's nothing you are missing out on. The most active Discord I am in is for some of the Excelsior league leaders, and we coordinate who's running Hami in the Abyss, and debate whether Margot Robbie is mid.

I do wish the bug would get fixed, but I doubt it ever will. I think we have to live with it and look forward to new and unique ways to earn PAPs. I think (hope) people know I am normally very patient. This particular day the frustration really hit a new peak. I enjoyed the movie, though. 🙂

...I expect you can do the most basic things in the game. Had a BAF run the other day with a 50+1 to whom LFG had gifted the league star after we zoned in. They didn't respond to my tells, nor messages from others on their team. FINALLY they fixed it, then complained in league chat about everyone bombarding them with messages about the star. Look, I'm pretty easy going, but I'm seeing more and more 50+ players who can't (or won't): respond to tells pass the star use the map pass an item without a trade window use follow click glowies etc. I know a lot of people new to the game are just leveling up in AE then doing iTrials, and I don't even mind. Whatever floats your boat. But if you don't know the basics like these you need to do a little research before jumping in the deep end. I've mentioned before I wish we had some sort of "test trial" you had to complete to go from 49 to 50. Anyway, that's my rant today. I'm gonna go watch The Flash now.

I've wished someone would look at Empathy again since Live, but I don't think anyone ever will. Honestly, if they would just change Resurrect to work more like what you suggest, I would call it good enough. I feel like Empathy rez should be the best in game.

Hami raids occur at least twice daily - one in The Abyss at 5pm Central, and one in The Hive at (I believe) 9pm Central. There's an additional Hami raid in The Hive on Friday nights, as well. That would be me, at least on my main. I usually run with 8 team heals, 8 team reds, then 4 super rezzes, just in case. Pretty much all of my characters have RoTP and Return to Battle, so I often pass the rezzes to others unless things really go south. I don't use very many inspirations at all, normally.
