Since the GMs are VIPs, I think DMing them ASAP should definitely be on the QT.

I'd like this. I'd also like the option to either log into the last zone I was in, or my base.

Can we go back to 1,500 players for the no multiboxing limit?

And I know on at least one occassion I tried to snipe your name after you moved and hold it for ransom, unsuccessfully. -
And, btw, we oughta change it so the entire league just bumps based on the league leader, not the team leader, but I digress. One downside of the instanced MSR is that if you do disconnect, you need to use the LFG tab to rejoin. If I try to reinvite you I could lock you out of the event completely. So, just pass the word on that fun feature.

Was asking because it looks like someone used it on Hami recently, causing it to go intangible. May not have been a troll - they may just not have realized it works like that now.
-
Is it still doing that weird thing where if it misses, it makes the target intangible? Or did that get fixed recently?

Hive/Abyss Raid - Number of participants
Oklahoman replied to Zappalina's topic in Suggestions & Feedback
I would much rather have an instanced Hami option. -
I've always said you join an MSR for XP, not rewards. I think the conversion rate for vMerits to Reward Merits could be tweaked, but beyond that I'm kind of OK where it is.

I'm a believer that you shouldn't NEED discord or other tools outside of COH to get these badges, so other leaders may have better success rates using those kind of tools. But, consider for a second what is required of a league leader going for Triple Threat. You're looking for a narrow window when: Chimera has just teleported, and you've allowed enough time for anyone he teleported from the other teams to return to their assigned AV Nega's shield is not up, which is not something indicated in the game only inferred by the rage bar status (or someone very good at reporting it) There's still time left on the clock for this phase All AVs are at 2% (or, gulp, 1%) so they are close enough to be taken down quickly If you can hit that window perfectly, you still have a decent chance of failing because after you give the kill order any of the 3 AVs can regen. Some have speculated that these regens are predictable, but I haven't found them to be. I've used timers and never found a consistent length of time between regen ticks. It appears to be like other things in the game, where the percentage chance of it firing goes up with time. Once you give the kill order and the first AV falls, you only have 5 seconds to put down the other 2. So, there's a fair bit of luck involved even if you do everything right. And then, even if you managed to do all that, you have to make sure not to kill Tyrant too fast in the final battle or it could bug out and no badge. I've said many times that Magisterium needs fixing and I hope we get an update for that soon.

This quarter, of the 15 failures, 5 were due to "Itchy Trigger Finger", 7 were due to regen ticks after the kill order, and 3 were due to... basically me making a bad call.

You didn't ask for it, but you're getting it anyway. Here's my second quarter stats, with updated 2025 totals:

I hear this complaint from time to time, and in fact sometimes there is someone in Ouro shouting for people to move away from the portal. I always LRT or use a base portal to leave Ouro so I've never had a problem with it. But considering it's a perhaps unintended hub for a lot of team and league stuff that forms it wouldn't be a bad idea to add a couple of (not noisy) portals to the sides.

I don't think it's a conspiracy, but just in this thread we seem to have noted at least 3 things that were added but were not listed in the patch notes. They may seem minor, and maybe they are, but they weren't highlighted for discussion and feedback in the beta period. Be cooler if they were. It's reasonable, then, to wonder what else slipped through - big or small - that just hasn't been brought up yet.
-
Sorry, this may have been mentioned earlier but I'm not reading everything in this thread. Just wanted to say that it seems the LFG popup looks to have changed, and I think for the better. But again, I don't remember reading that in the patch notes so probably something that just slipped by.

I have no way (or desire) to verify that the change to Moment of Glory was actually made as @Troo described, though I don't doubt them. In general, no matter how few people may be impacted by a change, I don't see why it shouldn't be in the patch notes. My guess is this was accidentally left out of the patch notes, but I hope it (and any other changes like it that were made) are amended to the patch notes now even though it does mean the player base didn't have the opportunity to provide feedback on it during the beta period. I also think that if it wasn't allowed a chance to be beta tested, we should be open to reversing it quickly and consider adding it back in to a future update.

Wish List Issue 28, Page 3 (What could have been in Issue 28, Page 2)

Several things I would like to see are listed on this website. And, if it's not too much trouble, I'd like LFG to work. -
Open Lettur from Disgruntled Player regarding Plant Control
Oklahoman replied to Nayeh's topic in Open Beta Testing
I don't disagree. But this is Homecoming, and generally and historically speaking the devs have seemed to be more open to feedback from players who have tried what they have created and responded with facts, figures, and informed observations. You're gonna have to taste the food before you declare you don't like it. I wish it were different. -
Open Lettur from Disgruntled Player regarding Plant Control
Oklahoman replied to Nayeh's topic in Open Beta Testing
I hear you, but it sounds like the sort of thing you need to try on the open beta server then share in the appropriate focused feedback threads. If you've tried it, then you are providing informed feedback in the appropriate place and maybe have a better chance of being heard. In general, I wish our updates included more from the Suggestions & Feedback forum. Not all of that is gold (I mean, I've been known to post there) but there are some solid suggestions in there. I understand that some in the community have been asking for the tank adjustments, so I guess that's a good thing - I'm not sure if those suggestions came from that forum or just out the Closed Beta community. And, no @Psyonico you can't have my stuff. -
I saw another demo of something like this, too, but at the moment my Google-fu is not strong.
