Couldn't do it. It'd have to be Scarlet of course but that would destroy the game for me so... No!

For years I used Belkin Nostromos (n50 and n52) but sadly they all wore out on me. Currently I'm using a dual Razer setup, a Naga mouse and an Orbweaver which is very similar to the n52 but actually less satisfying ergonomically. I probably don't use either to their full potential but I use the Orbweaver for movement (multi directional button controlled via thumb and jump also thumb operated) and that takes care of my powers in Tray 1. I use the buttons on my Naga for powers in Tray 3 so effectively have over 20 keys within microseconds of touch activity. I'm still crap at gaming but I've got all the toys! 😝

Is part of the problem one of nomenclature? I'm talking here about the shard's names and how evocative they are. Excelsior! We know and love that word but most of us probably first encountered it through the musings of the late, great, Stan Lee who would use it to sign off his Bullpen Bulletins. Similarly Reunion is considered to be "the EU shard" by dint of its name - and the other shards don't have such a grip on the imagination - even if they perhaps should. Everlasting sounds more like a battery than a testament to the game and Torchbearer can evoke not only the eternal flame being carried forward in time but also angry mobs with pitchforks It's probably a bit late to do anything about it now, but maybe in an ideal world more "neutral" sounding names might have made things easier to balance loads, such as colours or animal names etc - especially if those names are selected to be less than inspiring. But that might be self-defeating in itself. Guess the only thing for it is to close the AE on Excelsior instead! 😎

There's a known issue with some badge locations - I think Vidiotmaps does the same - they point to incorrect locations

ok... I kind of see what you're getting at. I'm not entirely sure I agree - what you seem to be saying is that there's a decision to be made based on resources/fame. Where would say... Spiderman or Wolverine fit in your schema?

I have one question before I congratulate them: Would we have this, if the game wasn't already in the wild? I agree they made the right call in the end but it took a very very very long time and they could have made money for a decade had they listened. In many ways they are bowing to force majeure and this is the only way they can maintain any control over something they once threw away. The real heroes in my book are those nameless who got this back up and running. NCSoft have not been the players allies since sunset.
