  1. Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't contacts used to work this way? You do the first mission or mission arc, they say you are trustworthy, they sell you inspirations and give you their phone number. After their big arc, they'd call you a friend and sell you origin enhancements, of whatever origin they are, not you. Now no one sells you enhancements at all unless it's an origin store, like Serafina in Brickstown.
  2. Kick to the belly causes projectile vomit 100% of the time? While hilarious, seems kinda silly. COV City of Villains or City of Vomit, take your pick.
  3. I don't like to run controllers at +4/8 or even +3/8. Sweet spot for me is +3/3 +/-1. Bosses enabled. I used to solo farm my tanks at +4/8 but really don't need to farm anymore. I never have to build a ton of alts. I play the ones I make, usually solo to completion. My favorite controllers are Arsenal/Traps and Illusion/TA. Earth/Nature an honorable mention.
  4. The only tanker Tier 9 Armor power I like is Hibernate on an ice tanker.
  5. "Don't leave me. I have no friends." - Kip Drordy Don't be a Kyle.
  6. The least expensive uniques that can go in health are the Numina Recov/Rech and the Miracle +Recov. Panacea +HP/End, because it is PvP, is more pricey. Those are my go to for health in that order. In endurance, I go with the Performance Shifter Chance for + Endurance, which is not unique, meaning you can have more than one. Hello Physical Perfection. If I need additional Endurance slots, I just use invention IO of appropriate level. up to 50+5. Not all builds need this. Like a blaster or stalker wont, but a solo defender will, or a high toggle scrapper, brute or tank might. Play it by ear.
  7. Where do the Cimerorian Incarnate Arcs go in this list?
  8. that's it
  9. I have Perma PA with an Ill/TA but it utilizes the Incarnate Alpha power that boosts recharge. I forget what it's called. Old brain.
  10. I dunno. I think you worry too much about resistances. Ars/Traps is all about not getting hit, because everyone is vomiting, meaning held helplessly, and when they can fire they target the tri-cannon and not you. Yes, there are rare instances, namely when multiple ambushes seem to target you first, but that's more about the way the mission is designed and not the build. Get your invisibility up to superior, amp up your hold times by splitting up the Archtype Superior enhancers into 3 and 3, and 2 and 2 and 2. Lead with the confuse then the Nitrogen Patch. Then poison the F out of them and let the Tri-Cannon do its job. This combination just melts foes and you should never be getting hit at all. Fighting Pool?? Seriously?
  11. The thing about Arsenal Control, is if you only play it to lvl 21, you never get to experience the power that is Tri-Cannon. It's perma PA as soon as you take it.
  12. Thanks. I was looking for this info, but didn't know what the badge was titled.
  13. hmmm...I thought you needed just one punch. 😜
  14. They go to the landfill, duh.
  15. Oh baby you....got what I neeeeed.
  16. Im still running NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 3GB, i7 core main processor 8700 CPU @ 3.2Ghz, only 8 GB ram. This game doesn't even need that.
  17. I have an Energy Blast/Traps Corruptor that utilizes Fold Space. With my final slotting I find that two Trip Mines are enough. My sequence is TM1, Poison Trap, Caltrops, thenTM2. Aim, PowerBoost(if it's up, if not, no biggie) Fold Space. Any slivers of health are cleaned up with energy blasts. They are all choking anyway from the poison trap. This corruptor rarely teams, but I would never attempt this on a team. I just Fold Space when a group is spread out. Usually near the melee team mates.
  18. We all can't be Ken Jennings when it comes to pronouns.
  19. Illusion/TA works as well.
  20. I am pretty much owning everything with my Arsenal/Traps controller, with the exception of one foe. The Council Super soldier from John Houston's Rogue arc. He just repeatedly took down my Tri-Cannon before it could recharge, then I was dead in the water. The only one I could not solo defeat thus far.
  21. I only run mayhems solo myself, to get the instanced zone badges and temp powers. Not always, and not on every character, just something to do when bored.
  22. As a person receiving buffs from another player, I never ask to be buffed. That is your decision. If you think I can contribute better if you buff me, then buff away. I don't go into any mission without a plan for success based on my own power, skills, tools at hand (inspirations). I don't change my tactics because I am uber-buffed. So to answer the OP's original question, as a buff-er -- Would I like it? To keep buffs on a person? No. I really don't play them except as a MM, I buff my own henchmen. They don't complain if I forget. That is about it for me and buffing. Not really my cup of tea to re-apply buffs to a fellow player. No joy in it at all, no sense of accomplishment at all. All the buffers out there must be wired differently than me if you find joy in it personally.
