with badgers.... if you say there is a badge for doing 50 synapse in a one week window....they will get that badge. but that is what this whole thread is about. isn't it?

That is what perplexes me. They added new content. The whole leadership team disappeared soon after. The only other data I have is I know the whole leadership team are hardcore badgers and therefore ground out the Prismatics for ALL their badge toons. I wish there had been less “pressure” to run the newest content into the ground. In my mind I wonder if it was WAY more relaxed to get the Prismatics if Cosmic might still be around and leading events through the new stuff. Instead of obviously being dead tired of it weeks after it was dropped

I semi seriously badge. I collected all prismatics I received on all toons from the time they came out onto one toon a week ago. I was able to afford the badges. Barely. And, again, I play a lot. To me that seems stupid Also I look at the change in Cosmic. From leading content nearly every night to grinding the newest content for badges and prismatics to gone. Old SG. Literally a ghost town for last 4 months

When I discovered Homecoming I was ecstatic. Even more so when I discovered all mu favorite costume pieces were unlocked and P2W had all my old vet rewards Fast forward. Prismatic Aethers. Not just them, but the entire design theory that led to them. Hard to get. Need a massive number for badges and a stupid massive number for the best costume adaptations. So large even I do not believe I will ever get one naturally and I play all the time. I heard someone post recently they almost burned out on the game farming them even though they love the game I find it a strange coincidence that right agter everyone in Cosmic Council farmed theirs….they all left. And they show no signs of coming back.

Agreed. A new currency for badges and then cool stuff locked behind a month of grinding. Nice throwback to early CoH days. If only they made you take the Prismatic to the far end of each of the shadow shards to have them “activated” they would have made the vision real. One Prismatic, visit vendor at end of each shard before the prismatic is fully active Only one prismatic can be activated on each run.

I run a lot of Dark in various ATs. And it consistently has end issues across the board om my current main a Dark Dark Corr the end issues can be extreme, especially if you ise the debuff toggle (and I do) I put in Health the Panacea, Miracle, and Numina procs and then in Stamina a Perf Shifter EndMod and PROC then a I/O endmod. This hells a bit. I also squeezed on two Theft of Essence +end procs. You have to tend your blue bar carefully if you want to succeed oh i also chased the +end set bonuses and accolades. Sitting at 130 end. Helps….

i think i will just grab a quill and parchmen....erm, pen and paper. write down all the suggestions above. i will then gimp the shit out of my graophics as the msr team builds. then reload my normal afterwards. thanks

Now is there a way to save all these “gimped” settings for MSR or do I just have to manually switch everything back and forth?

Striker is correct. A little more detail. Getting your Alpha to Tier 3 (or 4) and slotting it grants you a +1 in all 50 content. (45+...i think lol) Getting your Destiny and Lore, separately each to Tier 3 or 4 (and SLOTTING it!) grants you +1 for each. ONLY in Incarnate content. (Which i think includes Dark Astoria?) I said a little more detail. Sorry for the stuff my memory did not think was important enough to store

I don’t (think?) i was on one. I think 2. But somehow my badge tracker has me at 3 bombs and 1 AV. I know i had one AV before. I am only doing these for the badges. I hated to cut out early. I normally am very active (OCD) and on my corruptor hang just at the bowl rim nuking and debuffing to help the forward melee elements. Sometimes even hop to the ship top and pull. But when things lock up…

Late 500s but I don’t feel a night over 100. Gotta skew the stats a bit though unless you are truncating the data in one form or another

Once you have attained survivability. And Brutes can survive +3/+4 built right. (All armors have weaknesses, Tank or Brute beware your weaknesses) Once you have attained Survivability you want damage. For me the Tank Armor is not the desirable part. It is whether the greater Tank AoE impacts and how much you are clearing. That 20%? damage ... Why throw it away for survivability you are not using?

Tank will be slightly more survivable Brute will do more damage. Either will do the job. Big caveat… with a good build. Not to be insulting but my Snarky butt thinks if you could build good you would know this info. Simple suggestion: get build from a master. Not an insult. Every invulnerability build i make is a Hyperstrike build or a 99% copy. Find a Bio Titan builder who makes one for what you are doing. Goid luck

Its not quite that easy. You have to drop the shields which is basically 17??? Giant monsters in a hurry. Then get a bomb for each team and drop the AV in the bowl. Everything after that is gravy. I have credit for 3 bombs and 1 AV. No idea why my team always sucks lol

On Live I could not do MSR because of the effect. I have experienced a small amount of lag sometimes in them on Homecoming. Today....complete slideshow. Now, I do not like the MSR. But I need the badges. What can I do? Best graphic settings? Is it my comp or server side?

It was a good crowd. Some of the ones not picked impressed me with concept design and bio! But well run. There was one Snarky guy in the corner making endless wisecracks though

Wow! at the lobby of all those warehouses. and randomly in CoT caves lol fun idea maybe more common on some maps than others. (always in lobbies, sporadic elsewhere depending on room....

as i understand it they can be powerful. they are just incredibly Fing hard to learn to build and run
