  1. you can get them but man do you get screwed lol i think ITF kill mosts are the most effective timewise for me. but i only run a few when i first 50 to open incarnate slots
  2. Lot of ideas folks thanks lol. I ended up taking Operative Wellman's other short Arc. "Master of Destruction" This still had one kill all. But the Wyvern are easier than Longbow. Also, that map is 25% smaller. (cargo ship 3 section wyvern, vs 4 for LB) The destroy materials hunt is always a bit of a pain. But as a Dark Tank semi stealthed it was cake until I could not find the last forklift. But, as always, you find it. I think i will stick with this arc for my last two runs in the section. I did it with no enhancers just now. But i think it is just easier than Wellman's other arc.
  3. Citizens are tough. Once in a great while you will see a Mayhem kill everyone pug form up. Get a decent number there usually. But the damn things flee immediately. Stun and hand grenade from p2w help… but a thousand citizens is a long haul
  4. We decided it had to be a Storm Regen Sentinel. May the odds be ever in your favor.
  5. Now, the fastest way to incarnate (for me) is to run a kill most ITF (or three!) This will open up Incarnate slots. As you hit Vet levels divisible by 3 you will get a ton of incarnate threads (not in AE!) So after knocking out an ITF or 3 you can jump into some incarnate content like BAF or such with at least your alpha slot up and going. in Ouro the Burdens of the Past from Heather Townsehend offers incarnate salvage after every complete, with a decent shot at rares and very rares. Once you get it down it should take 15-20 min per run. easy money. Almost any vet in game will show you how, it is odd the first time or two. Good luck cape.
  6. I did the breakout prisoners Redside for the first run. No travel power. But I want to avoid kill alls (esp of LB) for the unenhanced run. On a Dark Tank.... I switched to Blue and did the suggested Yin, but that is now in 20-24 badge range. Any suggestions for a 15-19 that does not have kill alls in it?
  7. Here is the thing. 90 min and more realistically 120 minute times are tossed around in this thread. PUG teams with members who have maybe done this TF once or twice in their careers, if that, do not get these times. If you are with people who are running this so often you have it memorized....get professional help. Now.
  8. I have known one team that did this in about an hour and a half. I am sure more have done so. The team was the absolute fastest speed runners from Cosmic Council. People with verified records on speed runs across the game. Personally the PUG teams I am on generally do this in about 2 1/2 hours. I think it is pretty disingenuous of you to say it as a 90 minute run.
  9. Redo Dr. Q. Just drop a turd in the punchbowl. Cut it to 1/3 the length. Just semi randomly get the F rid of 2/3 of it. Leave enough to make people appreciate not having to do it all 3 times as long. Then put a boss fight at the end. Investment in time? Investment in some hack and slash coding. and burn. do not forget to burn.
  10. Storm Blast on a Sentinel. For those times where you were thinking "I really like Sentinels, but they just clear the mobs too fast...." Regen on a Sentinel. Because concussions were a big part of your early life?

  12. Since it is possibly the worst Blast set I have ever seen I think the true pairing would be the worst secondary. Then try to convince some idiot to run it as a “challenge”. Oh, yeah.
  13. All Dark powers (Shadow Fall, Cloak of Darkness etc) which give -mostly- non suppressing limited stealth 35ft stack with say Celerity+stealth for full invisibilty.
  14. Yes, so Ouro only opens the next chapter after you 'complete' the previous. I did 2 but evidently never called it in. Just re did it..... and now 3 is there. AAAAAAAaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrgghghhhhhhhh

Good luck with that Funny enough in watching a LOT of German YouTube I learned the “Ich bin ein Berliner.” Is an acceptable and understandable way of saying you are from Berlin. Yes, it is a donut. Also a city. The accent is tough. About half of it (including the throat Rrrrrrr!) is pretty easy for me. The other half is all tongue twisting madness. I will keep at it. Concentrating on umlaut right now. I can say them, in an exaggerated fashion. But hearing them, especially when they are short (which is a common natural thing) or the speaker is just going fast as a new york minute is a true bitch. Well, it would not be a brain exercise if it were easy
  18. I picked German for two reasons. (just learning any language as a brain exercise is my goal) 1) I liked the accent from movies 2) I did not want to have to "gender" inanimate objects. Hmmmm. I guess 1 out of 2 is about normal for me. So... Hallo, ich bin Snarky.

  21. I actually did the Outbreak this morning for the badge. Cranked it to x8. The interesting thing is that only affected the spawn sites in the door mission and around the people needing saving outside. Everywhere else was normal.
  22. need sounds so....needy. I got a nice accolade power when i destroyed the cops. Which, as pointed out upthread, was so much easier with no Longbow or other distractions. As a Tank with limited damage dealing capabilities, it is important to focus. The citizens badge will happen. I am in no rush on that one since it is just a random difficult to grab badge. All my other mayhem badges are complete. I have 150 or so citizens.
  23. Deep subject, or wide, or...nvm. Temps that run out, that I get from missions. i do not use. I tend to hoard them. Once in a great while I will be in a situation where I am burning everything. They get used then. Otherwise they just clog up that section of the powers display. P2W temps like jet pack, summon, grenades, envenomed dagger. On low level toons or when doing flashbacks? Like candy baby. P2W temps like the heal, end recovery, and intangible. emergency buttons I usually buy and half the time forget I have when it would be useful. rarely use. P2W "temps" like rocket board, vet reward attacks. I use the flying carpet/rocket board a little more now that it does not detoggle. But its still a hot mess. Much like MM pets none of the themes are exactly what I want. And just not flat out as good as other options at any price. The Sand etc are relatively useful in low level content. Probably my favorite is the temp fly. Major dislike (such an easy fix that just is not in game....) is I do not like ANY of the jetpacks. Mostly because I run a ton of magic theme. Even my robots do not like it however. they tend to have back costume pieces. Can we get a "non animation" temp fly? Just a glow or something? preferably colorable? Such an easy code. One option, no animation, does what fly does.
