  1. I would just go for the standard overpowered uniques. Kismet +Acc, Glad Arm, Panacea, Miracle, Shield Wall, Reactive Def, Steadfast Prot, Numina if room. You want to prop up your end. Keep Dark Consump. Its great in the odd encounter with drainers and otherwise it is ghetto AoE. Definitely work on Recharge as a major build goal as you layer in your primary goal (which i a ssume is rock solid def) and maybe S/L resists? I mostly build Dark Dark for Resist, and you are rocking a Defense build. So, kind of sideways to the tricks i use. You will find that Dark Melee is a wonderful toolkit set. Not one of the highest damaging AoE sets but nearly unparalleled when discussing tricks for all situations. To hit debuff stacked with Defense is a great idea. I mean, are you incarnate softcap in all areas? If not... more is not bad... Someone cuts past your DDR.... you got backup.... Good luck. Most of all have fun.
  2. Statesman died? I never did those stories. (No rewards). Wow. Could have given a spoiler alert. Now you ruined it
  3. As much as I wanted (want?) all those other nifty incarnate powers.... I agree. Not profitable but the game (in my opinion) would benefit from a broader range of ITF and BAF level content. The Magisterium level is daunting for casuals. The ITF is popular, and more "beginning" Incarnate content with good rewards would have been quite a blessing. But, as you say, chasing dollars
  4. Okay, perhaps my reply was a bit short…and Snarky. But seriously, the Well is responsible for creating a few (at least) Godlike (small g?) beings on Multiple dimensions. Then an army of incarnates. And that is just what we KNOW?!? Now, as brilliant as I am….. I just think I may be missing a few details and there might be a little bit more happening…. Other than multiple godlike beings being created and a multidimensional conflict with an army of demi god incarnates that is
  5. You missed the whole Well thing then huh?
  6. Probably get pulled over by a cop for hotdogging
  7. In case you needed any more evidence to my madness: The film makes perfect sense to me.
  8. you need to update, constantly update
  9. I am not sure if this is relevant, but it is what it brings to mind. People cannot get too close to a Disney character. Not necessarily due to copyright, but because it confuses the young guests. So fans "Disney Bound"
  10. The world dances to Snarky’s mad tune!
  11. Bumped
  12. You want to look at hyperstrike’s work. I will try to find an old build on the boards and bump to top of brutes forum that has the sets transcribed. Hyperstrike does the best invulnerability
  13. You want to look at a comprehensive build strategy. It doesnt have to be perfect, but getting substantial s/l or ranged defense, depending on at/style can help a lot
  14. The GMs in Homecoming are incredibly good. If real life had city services like this I might venture outside more often.
  15. Dmitir Krylov. Take the details of his arc and make a TF out of it. It can be a redside/blueside. Red would be similar to his arc, with one mission being kidnap Paragon citizens (hampered by Heroes and LB?, the next mission being the heroes show up to rescue and bring justice. Blueside reverse that. The lore is pretty established, so build on that.
  16. screw homage you unoriginal miscreants! and get off my lawn!
  17. Yes, one of the things I like about current WoW is the scaling. Everything scales to your level if you are in “Chromie Time” which is what I mostly do. I was actually shocked that the latest stuff was not scaling. Once you outlevel Chromie (start of latest expansion) it goes away and if you grab a level or two before questing then the quests are trivial. I was like WTF? My opinion is all modern games should scale. If you want an “edge” it would be through good builds/equipment and weekly stuff like CoP. Reward people who are playing hard that week and let them push further in. Let builds/equipment do some heavy lifting and weekly buffs the rest with a “design cap” that allows the game to playa certain way. Like Magisterium. You can have a tremendous build and be fully incarnated but need to understand the mechanics and work as a league to succeed. Nobody one shots Tyrant and if you want the badges you better have a plan.
  18. always willing to throw in my 2 cents. Even when I am short a penny... Barbi Que or any derivation is a play on Barbeque Bar-B-Q etc and not derived from Barbie. In theory. Not a judge, but that is an easy argument to present, if not decide upon.
  19. I just learned that it was evidently a really hard film to shoot. Due to the ensemble cast and the writing and directing it was a doozy. So the line towards the end about "not bickering" is poignant.
  20. When I win the billion dollar lottery and hire the Devs (and a small army of code monkeys) to rebuild CoH it will be with all the old lore and missions. Some new stuff. But the blueside rescue 17 only to have it turn into a kill all. Suffer. It is staying. The hunts in PI for carnies when you have to wait for the respawns. staying. and all the other craziness. Now...there might be some new tricks for learned players to get around those old obstacles. But some you just gotta power through. Because it is a crazy world, and CoH has always reflected that back at us pretty clearly.
  21. if it was anyone but you Yomo i would assume that you were joking. since it is you....remember an old vampire when you are rich.
  22. supposedly that is a recoilless rifle. i.... i would not want to be the infantryman that tested that advertisement.
  23. are we creating digi infi now?
