"Angel" and "Devil" shoulder pets 🙂

Along these lines, something I would love to see is pack-less flight temp powers that utilize the flypose animations (preferably in a way that overrides an active shield power, which overrides most emotes, including flyposes). Even for those not using a shield, it might be an easier way to get flypose working dependably for those players who are less bind-savvy than others.

yeah, I think the copy & lockout instead of move works for that. Also, I think Helmets and Half Helmets still have an Ear category too, so they should be included in the copy.

@Cobalt Arachne As it's not so much focused on Focused Feedback, but related to costume pieces and how they're sorted... How would you feel about moving the eye details (detail 1) of Ear Piece, Receiver, and Ear Muff to the Ear submenu on Standard, Full Mask, and Hat? The primary benefit being that since they cover the ears anyway, this would allow them to be used in conjunction with other eye details... for instance, wearing goggles or sunglasses with ear muffs (a must for snowbunnies!) I suppose technically the 'Imp' ears are still visible through these pieces and might conceivably be used for a specific shared appearance in a potential costume, so if it's possible it might be better to proliferate them over to the Ear slot without removing them from Detail 1, but maybe make them lock mutually exclusive with themselves? if you have one in one slot, it locks itself out of the other slot?

Focused Feedback: New Costume Additions & Fixes

You're probably right. The scope of the requests does seem to have exceeded the focus of focused feedback. I'm easily to blame as much as anyone in this instance. But the conversation kinda took a turn this way, and I hate to stifle myself while I have @Cobalt Arachne's attention on the subject. -
So, a couple notes on this dude... First off, it looks cool, but it's tough to really take a look at it for obvious reasons. Think it's be possible to put a couple of them in standby mode or de-milled standing guard by the doors to the building? Just for cosmetic purposes? Not statues, but not functional. (EDIT: or maybe have one in a maintenance bay somewhere, along with some other Blackwing trucks and whatnot) The other thing is my inner kaiju fan wishes it were bigger. Imagine if 1 Statesman Plaza were to split at the corners and the walls open up and fold down, revealing a near building sized P.E.A.C.E. Keeper that looks down on other giant monsters the way they look down on us... Ok, obviously that's not viable, but still I'd love to see it maybe 2x the size it currently is.

Focused Feedback: New Costume Additions & Fixes

FWIW, we do have the Nemesis Staff in Titan Weapons, and it's animated, and I've never seen it malfunction. So Council and Nemesis miniguns -should- be fine if there aren't invisible issues... Come to think of it, the Council version of the Minigun is available as a Temp Power via a mission in Praetoria, so I know it at least works in that regard on player models. For the life of me I can't even remember the animation on Sonic Rifles and Cannons right now. Speaking of Cannons though, that Resistance Heavy Cannon, the one that looks like the side gun on the old GI Joe Dragonfly helicopter... Is that viable for AR/BR? Or does the barrel line up differently from the firing effects? (Not that most of us would be likely to notice, or care that much in the heat of combat) And that of course makes me think of the Council Rocket Launcher... boy would that be nice to see, at the very least in the Munitions Epic Pool, specifically so we can use it with the Rocket Launcher attack 🙂 Of course, if it lines up with the attack effects, it'd be just as viable for AR as the Grenade Launcher 🙂 A couple other weapons I'd love to see proliferated are the Arabian Scimitar from Broadsword, at least to Dual Wield. Always felt like an oversight that didn't get done back on live. If the grip is long enough, it'd be nice to see it in Katana and Blaster>Ninja too. While I expect it's more of a hurdle, because I don't know if scaling the models is within your capacity, it'd also be great in Titan Weapons (along with it's buddy, the Chinese Broadsword)... The other is the Tsoo Kama, which would be awesome to see in Broadsword, Dual Wield, and Axe. I suppose a massive one as a scythe in Titan would be amusing, but probably too silly to be worth the effort... Don't we have a scythe suitable for Titan Weapons though, on the Reaper EB for Trick or Treat? And of course, as I write this, I remember another proliferation I've wanted to see since Live... The Arachnos machine pistol, the smaller HK looking one that's an option on Wolf Spiders... can that go to Dual Pistols? It'd be nice for making an Arachnos themed character that uses pistols instead of being SoA. Or is that the kind of thing that would just get nixed to avoid unique weapons on the VEAT being less unique? BTW, I REALLY appreciate the Imperial Defense Heavy gloves getting put in. That extra bit on top goes a long way towards selling the "Gun Hands" idea on a tech themed ranged attack that doesn't use actual guns. Lastly, this one is mostly a matter of curiosity, wondering if it's within you folks' means... How viable would it be to add one of the rotary cannons from the minigun pet (Blasters & Dominators) to the front of a D.U.S.T. Cannon? Just seems like it would be a neat looking gun that uses existing art, if it can be stitched together behind the scenes (and none of the concerns over existing miniguns prove relevant). Similarly, that rotary barrel would be neat on a Large Robotic glove, replacing the hand portion of the glove (maybe replacing it only during an attack, like that animated Praetorian Clockwork glove)... of course that's just dreaming at this point... there's no way you guys could do something like that, right 😛 -

Pretty sure it's always subjective -
What would you do if you were a DEV?! (Fun Ideas Talks)

FWIW, most UI settings can already be saved. /chatsave /optionsave /wdwsave get most of it done. Might have to do a couple manual things like monitor Inf and pull the opacity slider from 85% up to 100 (would love to know what that one doesn't save). But once you have the settings you want for most characters, you save them in the files under the Live folder, and new characters start out with them. -

And it's not a bad arc. I'm just saying, on the whole, they don't really stand out on their own rather than being known for being hybrids. It'd be nice to see another arc where they get to separate themselves a bit further, and find a niche of their own. -

Maybe. That's kinda low on the balance compared to rule of cool in this case though. -

I love that IDF chest piece for the gorget-ish part on it. I would get so much use out of that. Even if it's technically shoulder or back instead of chest. -

How about the Flamethrower various NPCs use? Could that be made available, at least for Assault Rifle? (might be neat for Beam Rifle too) Those rotary miniguns have always been desirable too. Are they feasible, or does the animation muck things up as a player weapon? -

Is it possible to get the Blackwing chest symbol added to Over and Under in Jackets & Sleeveless Jackets? -
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arrhichion Arrhichion could be a named Pankrationist with maybe a self rez or something. Maybe a long duration melee hold with a DoT and a self-immob. (Always wanted a wrestling themed melee control set back on Live)

Nope, just looked. Apparently I'm misremembering. The struggle of dain bramage. That said, if you ever feel up to it, it'd be nice to get a higher res (and with stock) Remington/Mossberg/Etc model. A SPAS 12 wouldn't hurt my feelings either. In a Blackwing related matter, would it be possible, within this release's timeframe, to get their Exelsion force field effect ported to the elemental Shield model? (EDIT: I suppose the Vanguard shield would make sense too, though that might be more complex since it has literally moving parts) v This one v -

Any chance we could get the Blackwing Heavy Gauntlets without the Blackwing chrome finish and hexes added as well? Just standard finish like on IDF costumes? Also, While I love having the new shotguns and grenade launchers for AR, iirc, doesn't the [Shotgun] temporary power use a model with a buttstock? Could we get that added as well? -
Focused Feedback: Enemy Group - Freaklok
Starhammer replied to The Curator's topic in [Open Beta] Focused Feedback
My only problem with Freaklock is they don't really stand out to me. They're a hybrid faction with a hybrid origin, but they have not yet done anything to make me see them for themselves. That's not a big deal obviously, but it's a place to do some work on them in the future I guess.
